Scott Kenan My mother, not wanting to be outdone by the Kenans, was born Ruth Anne Meyer into a family of Catholic Dutch/German immigrants (who came about 1885 or so), researched her family after the first (1967) edition of the book "The Kenan Family" was published -- fully available online, now: https://archive.org/details/kenanfamilysomea00regi -- is actually the Dutch "Meijer", pronounced the same way, but at Ellis Island, they were forced to change the spelling to the German form.

And he later married a German Wess (pronounced "Vaze"), whose father had fled northern Germany to track down his older brother in Indiana, over some petty fight. Their father was the chief caretaker of a large dairy farm in northern Germany and they had no future there.

BUT, the youngest of the three sons remained and assumed his father's role on the estate, and when the heirless owner died, he left it all to his faithful servant.

When my parents first went to Germany in the 1980s after Dad retired, Mom tracked them down and they own the LARGEST, most MODERN dairy farm in Germany!!! And Mom ALSO tracked down that older brother's line -- the one who was never found. He lived in the next county in Indiana -- and had become a horse thief -- LOL!!!

But the KICKER is, that the Meyer/Meijer (meaning "Smith") Family, is said to be Jews hiding their bloodlines. So while I'm a "smidge" Cherokee from Dad, I'm a smidge LANDSMAN on my Nazi Meyer side -- and from studying Science of Mind under Kennedy Shultz, I learned in the Metaphysical Bible Dictionary that Kenan means "The Sorrow" or "Unbridled Greed and Acquisitiveness" -- PERFECT description of my wealthy relatives!!!

That said, they pride themselves in Kenan being 4th in line from Adam to Noah in Chronicles I (yes, you can read that in the Kenan book that is linked, which has me erroneously in the index as Scott DANIEL Kenan with the promise of a basketball scholarship to Duke -- and I am correctly named in the body of the book).

Further, when the Kenans hired Marie DeLamar, then the top genealogist in the world to update it (1999, Mercer University Press), she PROVED the Kenans are NOT related to the Royal Governor of Carolina surnamed Johnston (Johnstone before coming to America) -- where they got the line through the Stuarts of Scotland, Charlemagne,etc., and I proved that the GLORIOUS Kenan coat of arms was MADE UP by the rich Kenans for MARKETING purposes -- and they still to this day use that FAKE coat all over UNC The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, Duke, etc.

In Science of Mind, I also learned that those long-lived gentlemen in Chronicles I actually refer to AGES, the age of Kenan/GREED to yield to that of Mahalalel -- the "Prince of Peace". I figured that since I had figured all of this out, that I was GOD-DEMANDED to help force the Change in Ages -- to this NEW one, which I prefer to call "The Age of the Artist" -- WHY NOT???

As is the motto on the fake Kenan Coat: "Live life to the FULLEST"!!!
