Actually, just like in Wilmington, NC, where District Attorney (I agreed to stop using his name!!!) severely prosecutes a few high-profile drug cases -- AGAINST HIS DRUG-TRAFFICKING ALLIES -- ONES WHO GAVE HIM TROUBLE AND AS PUNISHMENT -- AND WITH THE CORRUPTED JUDGES LIKE CRINER AND NOECKER COOPERATION -- so to keep his OWN running of the illegal drug traffic hidden from the gullible public who think he's busting crime, this US/UK funded court punishes people WITHOUT GIVING THEM A CHANCE TO DEFEND THEMSELVES IN COURT.

My experience in New Hanover County, NC Courts was next to identical to this, except I and my defense attorney WERE allowed to speak in NON-jury trials (the only kind I've ever had), but the court room had been cleared of chance witnesses (last on the docket or I was the ONLY case the judge was to hear in that session).>>> This is why I was first assigned Emily Zvejniek as my public defender (cases are handled alphabetically by attorney's last name), and why I suspect Emily cooperates with them -- they MUST do this often and Emily is NOT stupid!!! (To say nothing of her inability to protest MANY illegal things done by the prosecutor that even the LEAST competent lawyer would have IMMEDIATELY caught!!!)
Because even the least mindful jury would have seen through all of this, I was NEVER ALLOWED A JURY TRIAL, and THAT is why they were so PERSISTENT in delaying my jury trials and so ADAMANT that I was too "crazy" to appear in court, getting their shills like Dr. Carrie Menke to recommend the court IMMEDIATELY commit me to a hospital and FORCE inject me with psycho-active chemicals.
