1. In the matter of Martin Guzman: Overnight, he sent me a text message: "God bless you, and may he help u with ur sickness." I sent this reply: "Same to you (doubled)."
2. In the matter of Suriana Guzman, she sent me a message overnight too: "It is me." I guess she means that the photos I posted of Martin's (probable) girlfriend are ACTUALLY of HER!!!
This means that either Martin was screwing his sister (since BOTH of them told me they are brother and sister), or she is actually his wife, and the three-year-old daughter in North Richmond, CA with the mother is ACTUALLY Martin's daughter. (Confusing, no???)
I found another of Martin's sister's Facebook Page via Martin SENIOR's Page: Laura Guzman of Los Angeles -- BUT IN THE LAST 15 MINUTES, SHE HAS BEEN REMOVED FROM HIS PAGE!!! !!! !!! (Suriana was there a week ago when I looked, but not there yesterday or today.) Here is Laura Guzman's photo, which I had the foresight to capture while I could half an hour ago:

Well, THESE likely false charges carry a larger penalty than those filed against me by corrupted District Attorney Benjamin R. David in Wilmington, NC. I only got TWO charges of Cyber-Stalking, one of Stalking, and then two charges of violating also-false restraining orders. But I ALSO was committed TWICE to a mental hospital (but got out as soon as legally possible because Dr. Martin -- head of the hospital -- immediately recognized I had been committed on lies.
What was FAR WORSE was that Police claimed to me that Anna Berry of the William R. Kenan, SENOIR house at 110 Nunn St. accused me of sexually molesting her son, as did an annonymous bike-riding woman -- right in front of several dozen people waiting for busses at the Second St. "bus station" -- a straight couple in collusion with narco-trafficker Frank Delia of the Italian Market and Coffee house on Front St. did the same while I was drinking coffee and blogging there AND CLAIMED THEY HAD "OTHER REASONS NOT TO CHARGE ME WITH THE CRIME OF MOLESTING THEIR SON" when I insisted that if it were TRUE, they should have me IMMEDIATELY locked up.
Later, several clutches of Ben David's DRUG TRASH MINIONS hollered "CHILD MOLESTER!!! CHILD MOLESTER!!!" at me as I walked down Front Street when it was MOBBED, one weekend night, but the day of the Azalea Festival when the three Marines (off duty and out of uniform), ran up from behind and in front of a hundred or so people called me "FAGGOT! FAGGOT! FAGGOT!!!" and smashed a piece of cake with icing into the back of my head, bystanders DID try (unsuccessfully) to chase them down, but when I spoke to the ONE (notorious) black downtown-beat cop, he claimed he couldn't hear my request for help, and suggesed I "have a nice day!" before dismissing me and turning away!!! !!! !!!
I knew better than to try to file Slander charges against the ones I could identify -- but maybe you can now understand why I recently said I think Ben David, all the Wilmington downtown beat-cops and sheriff's deputies, and District Court (AND AZALEA FESTIVAL) Judge Sandra Ray Criner (whose husband got off REAL charges of molesting a grade school girl by cops convincing the girl's father that it would tramatize the child to file charges -- and who had not only signed at east ONE of the false commitment papers, but EVEN HAD ME CHASED DOWN ON THE STREETS OF WILMINGTON AND ORDERED BACK INTO COURT TEN MINUTES AFTER SHE HAD HAD TO DISMISS THE RESTRAINING ORDER (brought falsely by my then-roommmate, Brenda McKnight and her drug dealer, Gerald Austin-Wynn), because NEITHER one of them had shown up in court. It was BRENDA's earlier lies that had formed the basis of the commitment papers Judge Criner had signed ONLY DAYS BEFORE!!!
I (after first asking Judge Criner if the charges were really dropped and she confirmed it), left the court house property, but was chased down by the bailiff and ordered back. Judge Criner then opened proceedings AS IF SHE HAD NOT LEGALLY DISMISSED THEIR PETITION!!! AND she granted it after they perjured themselves in court, and when I appealed to the Court of appeals in Raleigh, they DISMISSED MY APPEAL (I still possess all the associated paperwork), claiming there was NO EVIDENCE of MY claims -- that despite the fact that a court reporter was present AND WORKING -- AND ALL COURT PROCEEDINGS ARE VIDEOTAPED (evidence they REFUSED to look at)!!! !!! !!!
You NOW see how I'm going to SUE Wilmington City and/or Police as well as North Carolina Courts FOR HUNDREDS OF MILLIONS OF DOLLARS, don't you???
