If the Kenan Family of North Carolina (who have been in the railroad business -- among others -- since WELL BEFORE they inherited the Florida East Coast Railway in 1913 from Henry Flagler, as well as his enormous holdings in many other LARGER lines, did NOT invent or run AMTRAK (to my knowledge) -- but HAD they, it would be even sharper than JAPAN'S!!!
