Oh PISH-POSH!!!
First of all, your former employee was the person whose
husband was a LONG-TIME driver for Kenan Advantage Group www.thekag.com , which is the LARGEST
distributor of petroleum products to independents (including ALL Costcos in the
USA), and winner of EVERY award for not only ENVIRONMENTALLY-RESPONSIBLE
handling of petroleum products, but for SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY as well.
Because I knew Mr. Lee Shaffer (now CEO and Board
Member of KAG), PERSONALLY from when he kindly greeted me when I showed up
in the otherwise DESERTED (it was after 5:00 PM), 4th floor offices of
then Kenan Transport/Kenan Oil in Chapel Hill, NC in the spring of 1990, had a
delightful twenty-minute conversation with him which included his PERFECTLY APT
HIGH PRAISES or Mr. Frank Hawkins Kenan -- who was still alive and in charge
then (and the TOP financial as well as IDEA support of the North Carolina
Republican Party -- and then allowed me to call Thomas S. Kenan III from Tom's
own desk and phone to discuss with him a cross-revelation of secrets I knew
about Tennessee Williams death for what HE learned from the THIRD exhumation
and autopsy of Mary Lily Kenan Flagler Bingham's body -- which a recent 60
MINUTES segment had reported on and said Tom REFUSED to tell them the result.
Tom was a bit CAUGHT OFF GUARD by my existence and KNOWLEDGE
-- but he DID speak quite fondly of Curtis "Robbie" Anderson, now a
music teacher at Burgaw, NC high school, whom we had BOTH DATED in
1985), I was QUITE CONCERNED when your former employee reported to me that
her husband was HARDLY WORKING AT ALL because KAG had been using DAILY contract
workers to haul -- and they (having no loyalty or PRIDE), had been SPILLING
PETROLEUM PRODUCT WIDELY.
This meant that either KAG had gotten too REPUBLICAN-GREEDY,
or were being set up to have EVIDENCE of crimes against the environment cause
KAG to be PROSECUTED and lose money, prestige, and clients (the CIA working
another "Kenan-Fuck" like they keep trying to do with me.
So I DID contact the company and blog about it then as well.
