Interesting that after all these years of HATE, beginning about the same time as the first appearance of AIDS (which might have been a co-ordinated attack), the numbers have REVERSED (but not the reality).
In the FIRST survey (before the "Christians" had come to be concerned about it), something like 68% of legal adult males in the US admitted to having had sex to orgasm with someone of the same sex, and since BLACKS (there were virtually NO Latinos and few Asians in the country then), rarely admitted to that at ALL, the numbers for WHITE MEN were actually considerably higher.
Much later (late 1990s), the HIGHEST numbers of homosexual men were found to be among under-educated, conservative and Christian identifying WHITE MEN -- particularly in the South. Well, I think I'll post this on my blog shortly with a fine painting that I bought from Atlanta artist Sister Louisa (Grant Henry), whose church was vandalized a few months ago . . .
