1. In the matter of the new lawsuit in Cook County, IL court filed against me by Jaime Southheimer of Wells Cargo Powder-Transport Advisers (a competitor of the Kenan and Sinatra-Families-owned Bank of America), by a clearly HAPLESS innocent lawyer who Jamie did not tell that EVERY BLOG POST Jamie mentions was written while I was in Mexico, so I'm not sure Illinois Law covers this matter. Also Jaime CLAIMS in the suit that we never discussed my buying his house seriously, COMPLETELY IGNORING THE FACT that he PAID ME $300.00 via PayPal just a few months ago as compensation for DESTROYING the poster producer Gregory Mosher and the Goodman Staff gave me as a token of appreciation for "miraculously" managing Tennessee Williams' moods while they mounted what Tom KNEW would be his last new full-length play, A HOUSE NOT MEANT TO STAND, produced during his lifetime.
I had LENT Jaime Southheimer the poster -- WITH HIS AGREEMENT -- to HOLD his property in Mismaloya, Mexico for six months without trying to sell it elsewhere, but after I soon discovered Jamie had listed it for sale on the Internet, I EXTENDED the period of time he SHOULD have held it to INDEFINITE (as long as it takes).
In ANY case, Jaime destroyed the poster, which I had planned to give to the Goodman Theatre for their collection, and then recently compensated me $300.00. Now HOW on earth is Jamie going to explain that in COURT, because even if I'm ruled against IN ABSENTIA (the point being to force Goggle to remove blog posts bearing Jamie's name and reference to his criminal activities), I'll not only be able to AGAIN, FROM MEXICO repost them, and then INSIST on a JURY TRIAL as well!!!
But if Jaime's lawyers, Delilah Gumpshun and Randy Briefs of Briefs, Gumpshum, & Gree(d), LLC http://nogumpshunatall.com/blog/welcome/ , come to their senses FIRST, and after demanding Jaime disclose the FULL TRUTH decide to and DO dismiss this case, I will consider it nothing more than an amusing part of my story -- how someone who may or may not have actually HAD SEX with Barack Obama and Rahm Emanuel in the private gay sex clubs for Chicago's super-rich that they ALL THREE belong(ed) to.
But I must also tell you THIS: Jaime is right about one thing: I inappropriately identify him as a "Republican". Jaime is a LIFELONG DEMOCRAT, and not only has been a Democratic Party fundraiser -- but one for AIDS causes as well (at least enough to "keep up appearances")!!!
And you can take all of THIS to the BANK!!! (Or I will, after suing Jaime and his lawyers if they persist.)

BREAKING NEWS!!!: I just got word from Facebook that they have BANNED ME from "friending" for a month for the THIRD TIME. Since the last time this happened some months ago, I have carefully kept a checklist of EVERYONE I have tried to "friend", so I have PIN-POINTED EXACTLY WHO COMPLAINED that I tried to INAPPROPRIATELY friend her and that I should be BANNED FROM MAKING FACEBOOK FRIENDS as my punishment: My first cousin Cherrie (Russ) Pridgen of Wilmington, NC -- and I know EXACTLY why she did it (although I'd THOUGHT she'd have "grown up" by now -- the only reason I attempted it).
At the dinner in Wrightsville Beach, NC in honor of my father's 90th birthday, April 23, 2008, Cherrie sat across the table from my mother (America's TOP NAZI), and they BITCHED through the whole meal about the state of America, Jews, niggers, etc. -- but NOT fags, since I was sitting right there.
I sat next to my first cousin Nell (Herring) Smith (who is the only member of my near family who is a long-time member of First Presbyterian, Wilmington -- and in fact sings in the choir). Nell is ALSO the only member (not counting me) of my EXTENDED immediate family (well, TODAY, Judith Whitney, her daughter Wendy Whitney, Judy's sister Janice Ludwig and HER daughter Lena Ludwig Lapper qualify as well), who is centered in enough LOVE to have self-actualized as a person of "gravitational beauty" -- my sisters Jane and Julie (as well as I), followed Nell around like adoring sheep that day.
In any case, Nell's late husband, Col. Fred Smith, not only was the FIRST military officer who let me know that it was ABSOLUTELY OK to be gay (in 1990 -- CORRECTED!!!: 1978 ), but TAUGHT in at least TWO of the Air Force War Colleges that I represented during the 18 years I sold ad space in OFFICIAL military publications at www.pentagon-usa.com . AND, Fred's ashes are interred in First Presbyterian's Columbarium -- and for a couple of weeks (with Pastor Ernie Thompson's reluctant OK), I SLEPT at the base of the wall that contains Fred's remains -- until Ernie TWICE had the groundsman throw my well-hidden belongings in the TRASH, once I retrieved then, the other time Ernie gave me a
Church check for about $500.00 to cover cost of replacement (which did NOT cover it --- for a homeless person I was RICH).
Well, I just checked and Cherrie did NOT block me (which had I NOT kept my checklist, would have made her appear INNOCENT, BUT, she ALSO denied the request (no longer "pending"), and I guess since I had tried to friend her once before (June 2011), this SECOND attempt a year and a half later was MORE THAN HER CHRISTIAN HEART COULD BEAR, so she decided to TAKE DRASTIC ACTION!!!
