1. Amazon's rules on posting reviews is that links to ANYTHING sold on Amazon are ALLOWED, so this is just ONE MORE OF YOUR LIES TO ME!!!
2. I just spoke with my mother for ten minutes explaining why I am dropping ALL other possible lawsuits to pursue bringing criminal charges against both my parents and all three of my siblings if Saper Law did NOT drop the suit in Court the end of last week. She listened through ALL I had to say.
3. Here is what I intend to post ASAP, although i suddenly seem to have a CLEAR Internet connection, NOW:

This morning, expecting that the results of the Chicago Drug Mafia’s Libel suit against me would be entered into the Cook County Court database online early today after yesterday’s “Court Appearance”, I absolutely could not get online – except for a few minutes on my iPad Mini during which I DID successfully check email and there was NONE from Saper Law.
So I called CLAUDE CADIDDLEHOPPER in Manhattan – the man I have occasionally called my “backer”, due to his having sent me a lot of money over the last 1.5 years – most recently yesterday sending $600.00 which was very KIND. This precipitated by my having LOST my Bank of America debit card (ENTIRELY my own fault and I feel really stupid about it), and rent is due before the six days minimum it takes to “overnight” a new card to me.
The reason I called Mr. C-HOPPER was to let him know that I had been in ERROR in remembering the next court date in Chicago as being May 28. Checking my emails on Outlook-part-of-Office-Suite where everything is saved (and backed-up as well to more than one external hard drive), I see that the Court Date was actually May 24 – so I SHOULD have received results by email from Saper Law no later than yesterday, as has been their consistent pattern.
I did not.
But I was SERIOUS when I said I had no time to worry about a lawsuit that was NEVER Legally Served to me, so it is ONLY evidence of Daliah Saper of Fox News, Chicago (Daliah’s primary employer of record -- and Saper Law, LLC, as well). I had also decided a couple of weeks ago that I will NOT go after them nor will I go after District Attorney Ben David in Wilmington, NC. Going even BEYOND THAT, since THREE people high up in the administration at Harvard University (including the President of Harvard), as well as several people in Harvard’s Legal Department have been ON my email list and I’ve emailed the President INDIVIDUALLY and received NO REPLIES OR INTEREST in Tennessee William’s estate, now valued in the vicinity of $1 BILLION, HARVARD DOES NOT CARE!!!
Tennessee Williams is LONG DEAD now, and HE doesn’t care. Neither do I (any more)!!! If they change their minds and want my help, they have TONS OF MY EMAILS as well as my cell phone number and can contact ME.
But this morning, I was telling Mr. Testosterone Injections Addict (to cure “Depression” – but he has NO friends and isolates in his apartment like a “bag lady”, claiming to smoke three packs of NYC-priced cigarettes a day, and beating off VIGOROUSLY due to the Testosterone injections and much good porno and “poppers”): Bully for him!!!
As is CLEAR to all who read this blog for any time, Claude ALWAYS suggests I do things that play into the hands of my adversaries. I’ve assigned his “anti-thinking” to the effects of the Testosterone, but this morning I FOUND THE PROOF of his lies and duplicity with me. About 10 days ago, I found his address by simple-searching: 14 W 95th St., APT 5, New York, NY 10025.
Now nothing wrong with overlooking Central Park – but for a nearly 70-year-old who has some difficulties climbing stairs (as he sometimes complains about), WHY would he consistently go ALL THE WAY DOWNTOWN to a UPS Store near 25th and Broadway to mail me things???
And while CLAUDE CADIDDLEHOPPER admitted this is his address to me – it is “around the corner” from the apartment on W. 88th St. where I visited john Uecker many times in 2009. I still think Uecker might even BE the person claiming to be Mr. C-HOPPER – or at least they are CLEARLY IN CAHOOTS!!!
And WHY did his first emails in style seem IDENTICAL E to those of John Uecker, whom I, Dakin Williams, and Dotson Rader PUBLICLY accuse of murdering Tennessee Williams (many Williams scholars and others claim this privately as well)??? And Claude REFUSED to talk on a phone for the first half year – then claimed to have been an ACCOUNTANT his entire career life – then later claiming he was in “publishing of non-fiction” his entire career, even DENYING he had ever claimed accounting???
Claude ABSOLUTELY REFUSED to meet me in person when I spent nearly a week in Manhattan when I attended Mark Beard’s Christmas Party in December 2012. There was NO SENSIBLE REASON FOR THAT – unless Claude is NOT WHO HE CLAIMS, no???

Of course Claude has ALSO admitted to me that he spoke on the phone with Emerson Oertel of Saper Law – the BOTH of them emailing me with WILDLY different versions of how THAT went, Claude has been in contact with my sister Jane Kenan of Raleigh, and then also got a rather AMAZING email from Patrick Stansbury of www.pentagon-usa.com showing THEY have contact as well. He forwarded it to me and I published it on blog. It’s a THREAT to anyone giving me material support – so a PLANTED item meant to deliberately throw me off track.
Whoop-de-DO!!! So what’s NEW, pussycat???
It is TIME for the truth to come out – and Claude can NO LONGER DENY it!!! His cell phone number that he uses EXCLUSIVELY to talk with me is (212) EAT-PINGA.
And I DID leave a message at Saper Law at about 8:10 AM their time today, asking for an email of the Court Action May 24 – as well as explain that I have planned to “fictionalize” them and their client if they in fact dropped the NOT-LEGALLY-FILED suit, and consider and probably DO anything Saper Law or their nominal client Jed Clampon ask. I still feel that way because I got a GREAT STORY out of it and am NOT harmed in any real way.
When I explained THAT to Mr. C-HOPPER this morning, he AGAIN went on as if it were a REAL LAW SUIT, although he and I have discussed that I could SUE THE CRAP out of Saper, Clampon, and possibly Judge Kirby and Chicago District Courts for allowing this SHAM of a suit continue for so long – I’ve even spoke to the PRESIDING HEAD DISTRICT COURT JUDGE (I’ve blogged about this and used the judge’s name), about all this and he advised me how to LEGALLY SCREW THEM BACK!!!
BOTTOM LINE: The TOP District Court Judge in Chicago KNOWS the Mafia are using his court to screw me but TOOK NO ACTION. The COURT knows it’s an illegally filed suit and has NO EXCUSE!!!
I can ALWAYS got online and compute without complications from hackers as long as I do NOT use my home connection. I will do that and find out the things I do not NOW know – and then get back to the blog with more information, OK???
