Those three-pack thick slabs of ham from Costco are what made the right ham possible, here in Mexico -- if you are not feeding a whole DEN OF INIQUITY, which their other hams want to do.
Granted, I was a little heavy on herbs de provence, used fresh kale and canned chopped tomatoes instead of carrot, and a third pound of bacon instead of a hock, but it is smelling BETTER THAN GRANDMOTHER'S HOUSE around here now!!!
