THIS is real, but I'm not certain the following is (I've had reason to believe it SO MANY TIMES BEFORE):
Now, here on 4th Street, all has been settled, and Gold Walker and I had a nice talk this afternoon, I to sign the new lease on the other apartment tomorrow, she having agreed to my one request (for a negotiated rent). And I had a 43 minute discussion with her property manager, Jon Deputy, we AGREEING that Gold has a HEART OF GOLD, but we are BOTH protective of her -- as she is EASILY manipulated by others with ulterior motives.
And I DID tell Gold that the new tenant, actually subletting from Sa'ant Samuel Celia, Jr., Chris Militant, seems NOT to be a criminal now, but he WAS convicted of a violent Felony when he was 19 (he's now 49), and spent 17 years in prison, out early on good behavior from a 25-year sentence. He two nights ago finally split with his wife to go toward divorce, although he's been living many months with a girlfriend (whom he split from last night -- at least for a day or so), and BOTH OF THEM only want to get his MONEY, he making TOP WAGE in the construction business, but having an ADDICTION to PUSSY-SEX, despite women ONLY doing him wrong.

And he has a little problem with over-imbibing alcohol even early in the morning, and the screen on his back door has been ENTIRELY ripped out since he moved in, so MAYBE not the BEST TENANT -- but then Gold will need to deal with that if it gets out of hand. Unlike Denise Renee Wood, the most previous tenant, HIS Gun Rights were STRIPPED for just ONE FELONY, and Denise -- part of the Mayor Bill Saffo Drug Mafia -- NEVER lost her Gun Rights despite 43 Felony and 13 Misdemeanor Convictions.
Denise is a PROCLAIMING CHRISTIAN, and as a Proud nearly full-blooded Cherokee, Chris is ANYTHING but a God-Hating Christian, so does NOT get the SPECIAL TREATMENT of Christian Narco-Traffickers and White Supremacists, like Wilmington Law Enforcement and City Council and New Hanover County Government stand for.
I'm just glad that I've EXPOSED SO MUCH around here -- and while I did it for EVERYONE SANE and LOVING and PATRIOTIC, I mostly did it for my immediate neighborhood kids, who should NOT have to grow up in a CHRISTIAN DRUG MAFIA environment, fully supported by BOTH the Republican and Democratic Parties -- but ESPECIALLY by the Democrats of Wilmington.
So it has been for the two grade-school-aged girls of Psychologist Ben who lives directly behind me, Oliver Carter III's toddler -- and the one not yet born -- and EVERYONE at St. Mary's Catholic Grade School and First Presbyterian's Pre-School.

In Joe Biden's Catholic Faith, this is ADMIRABLE, but NONE of the following people called out HILLARY CLINTON for her narco-trafficking with my Kenan Family for decades, or with the Bush and Cheney Families: Barack Obama (because he did it after Bush/Cheney BLACKMAILED him over all his rampant HOMOSEXUALITY BEFORE taking office, and continuing IN the White House with Reggie Love -- as frequently reported on HuffingtonPost.com the first two years of his term), Bernie Sanders, Diane Feinstein, Chuck Shumer, or JOE BIDEN -- and ALL of the narco-trafficking was directed at the TOP by the Catholic Popes from Pius XII (who had made his ally-pact with Adolph Hitler), to Pope Francis -- they communicating with my MOTHER, who got the Popes' FAVE into Vice President slot: Mike Pence -- so when the ORANGE TERRORIST FOR JESUS is removed, the TOP Catholic-Church-sponsored NAZI, is to be President.
ALL older Democrats (especially those who supported Hillary before Sanders lost out), are DISQUALIFIED -- as NARCO-TRAFFICKING TRAITORS, for supporting this CRAP. Let them become CATHOLIC PRIESTS AND NUNS, if they think the Catholic Church is so HOLY!!!
