Today marks Loy Krathong Day in Thailand. “Loy” means “float” in Thai, and a “krathong” is a Thai floating sculpture related to the festival. The origins of the festival are somewhat mysterious; however, it is without doubt a stunning show.
The traditional krathong is made from a banana tree trunk, coupled with folded banana leaves and flowers. Today styrofoam or krathong shaped baked bread often replaces the banana trunk. It is a spectacle that is very pleasing to the eye.

Denise Wood look-alike
Denise Wood at 6' 3" has a DEMEANOR much like this -- but she is LESS WIDE and is packing a loaded SIX-SHOOTER, NOT a sledgehammer!!!
A quick search of Clayton County, Georgia Court Records does NOT turn up her 43 Felony Convictions as an International Drug Mule about 20 years ago, but for a "Denise Renee Wood" born in the CORRECT YEAR (1974, making her 43), there are a NUMBER of Court cases in District and State Court as seen here: http://www.claytoncountyga.gov/courts/court-case-inquiry.aspx.
Select "Criminal Court" and use Denise's first and last names.
This is DISGUSTING that so few vote in New Hanover County -- but BOTH Parties are so DRUG CORRUPTED no one in town trusts them anymore.
City Council candidates Caylan McKay, James Ray and Philip White are a BREATH OF FRESH AIR, and I hope they win!!!
