So, I delivered my physical letter to D.A. Ben David's Office at about 1:00 PM today -- and only saw one Deputy (whom I've known since 2011), and it was NOT Christian NAZI Corporal Duffy Baker, who TWICE now has CONFIRMED that the Christian Bible commands Christians to wipe all Muslims off the face of the Earth.
Fortunately, virtually ALL criminals in Wilmington District Courts (I'm not certain about Superior Courts), are Born-Again (Evangelical) Christians -- and I have NEVER seen a Muslim in Wilmington charged with a crime -- they are FAR BETTER Citizens!!! If I knew Muslims were appearing charged in our Courts, I would PICKET the Courthouse until Duffy Baker was FIRED!!!

And my ERROR was that when I gave it to the woman at the door to the D.A.'s Office, I told her that I had ALREADY contacted Gov. Bruce Rauner of Illinois's Office (which I had tried to do yesterday, but got voicemail and did NOT leave a message). However, when I told her that if Ben doesn't respond to me promptly, I'm SURE Gov. Rauner will be interested in HOW Ben David CORRUPTED Illinois State Courts, she looked a bit "taken-aback".
Readers should ALSO remember, that my Denison University friend Dean Hansell who co-founded the first Gay Group with me there in 1972, went on to co-found GLAAD, was Assistant Attorney General of Illinois, a Police Commissioner of Los Angeles, and recently appointed a Superior Court Judge in Los Angeles in their MAIN Courthouse -- and we still correspond!!!
Dean Hansell, the day in 2009 that he WON the largest settlement for Michael Jackson's Mother against the Record Companies, while in private practice.
And on my way home, I stopped by the office of an org called "athenian" -- after seeing their interesting flags flying on Wrightsville Avenue, just a couple of blocks from my apartment: www.athenianpw.org.
There I learned that Deborah Dix Maxwell, Head of the New Hanover County NAACP, is a CLOSE friend of their org -- and IN FACT, late last night I got my FIRST EMAIL from Wilmington's Unitarian/Universalist Congregation, after attending my first services this past Sunday -- where I had SEEN Ms. Maxwell!!!
And here is the most IMPORTANT portion of that email:

Sheriff McMahon gets ALL my emails of blog postings so can read the "To:" and "Cc:", but as I explained in this email you just responded to, it was a SELECT number of people who were copied -- you, so that you know what I sent to Ben David. And it is MORE THAN CLEAR that this was NOT a mass-emailing of one of my blog postings -- although LATER, I made the letter part of one and emailed it to my list of 230+ Political Contacts that did NOT include you.
The Sheriff's Department is in charge of serving YOU my Summons for Cyberstalking me, but as you told me, you are PROTECTED in your crimes by the Christian/NAZI Power Structure of Wilmington, so they have not yet served you. They will or the FBI or other org will, as this all seems to be connected to Interstate Crimes. And if the Sheriff's Department has all this EVIDENCE against me -- why have I NOT been charged with a crime???
I suggest you inform either the Police or D.A. Ben David to get THEM to charge me -- in a city with Police Force, it is not GENERALLY the Sheriff's Deputies who enforce the Law.

Funny, is that I got a notice from LINKED-IN that you had a new connection, a woman who heads Mercy for Animals in one of the Latin American countries, and I tried finding you by googling your name -- and found NOTHING except many of my old blog postings in which you appear -- as well as NO RESULTS otherwise for Kevin K. Lapper. But I found LOTS of internet sites mentioning your new professional associate. So I dug deeper -- even finding your screen-writing page: http://lenaludwig.com/.
First, I should say that I am SORRY I razzed your husband so much over his hotness -- and you being a "cradle-robber". They say that the REASON straight and straight-pretending guys were so opposed to Gay Rights is that they FEARED gay men would then treat THEM like they typically treat women, and IN FACT, I eventually realized that was exactly what I was doing to MANY men, but I have since stopped. In fact I've calmed down tremendously.
Also funny is that when you and Wendy Whitney were seriously thinking of visiting me in Puerto Vallarta, I bought a poncho to give Wendy with the Carolina Panthers' logo on it, I eventually gave it to a guy I met in PV who spent two days repairing my computers and getting my entire Political Story -- he living split between Puerto Vallarta and Georgia, near Atlanta. And I have not only gotten to the BOTTOM of the harassments of me by both Democrats and Republicans (mostly the Christians). The guy who negotiated the price for "Wendy's poncho", also later gave me a throw pillow-sized bag of marijuana, but forgot to tell me it was to SHUT ME UP. He admitted Narco-Trafficking with the Episcopal Church USA -- our rich relatives in Chapel Hill gave that church about $100,000,000.00 over the last 100 years, Frank Hawkins Kenan also helping them murder Tennessee Williams to steal his estate from Harvard, which is now worth over HALF A BILLION DOLLARS, the Episcopal Church holding their Symbol of Power on Earth, the Confederate Mace, at Sewanee, aka The University of the South in Tennessee.
Also, Mr. "Pillow Pot" was narco-trafficking BIG TIME with the Governor of Nayarit State, and my Puerto Vallarta Writers Group co-member, Theodore Druch, who had been Dr. Timothy Leary's male lover at Millbrook -- and then found out that THEY (and Jerry Garcia of the Grateful Dead), were supplied LSD from the lab of Sa'ant Samuel Celia, Jr., who lived DOWNSTAIRS from me in my last Wilmington apartment!!!
Another of my Writer Group buds, Stanley Winborne III, whose family had controlled the Atlantic Coast Line Railroad, HQ'ed in Wilmington for most of its life, is originally from Wilmington, and does NOT get along with his son who was 2nd in charge of the Hillary Clinton State Department in Afghanistan, and in charge of shipping the Heroin back to the USA on Air Force planes. Believe it or not, I have actually made PEACE with my Swastika-Loving Catholic mother -- and all my siblings. They are all actually HELPING ME NOW, and for about half a year. And just this past Sunday, I "joined" the Unitarian/Universalist congregation here in Wilmington -- we are TOTALLY Spiritually and Politically compatible!!!
Anyway, I have made SO MANY new contacts, writing "Truth to Power" Letters sent secured server and/or tracked US Mail to Rex Tillerson, Mike Pompeo, Miss Jeff Sessions, and Gina Haspell, and I have gotten Physical Letters back from Sen. John McCain, Sen. Richard Burr, and even got Mitt and Ann Romney to STOP Mitt's gay cousin by legal marriage, Bill Romney, to STOP HARASSING ME.
My last overnight date was with Bill Toups, a distant cousin to George Bush in the motel behind The Lazy Pirate on Carolina Beach 18 months ago. We were up ALL NIGHT laughing about the Bush and Kenan Families' TRAITOROUS and NARCO-TRAFFICKING crimes together over many decades now -- also with the Cheneys and Bill and Hillary Clinton. I was even sending every blog posting to THREE high in security at Mar-a-Lago (so the Orange Mess would get them -- or at least his people), but they blocked me there a month ago.

And I trust that your mother, Janice, her sisters, their spouses and offspring, are all doing well. It was a very sad day when Joseph Herker met his fate.
