Wilmington, NC has by FAR the highest alcohol per capita consumption in North Carolina, and is #5 for the entire USA.
Wilmington has the HIGHEST RATES of HARD-DRUG ADDICTIONS and TRAFFICKING of ALL US CITIES -- which was SET UP by my own parents in the 1980s and '90s with Nixon's Aide John Ehrlichman and Father Robert J. Kus (now hiding from US Law Enforcement in Honduras), and by orders of Pope John-Paul II.
Indicators included excessive drinking, gambling addiction, and violent crimes.

The Republican Party of New Hanover County contacted me last fall for all the DIRT I had on her to use to get her OUT in this Primary!!!

There is NO date to this endorsement Letter. Judge Corpening DID endorse Sandra Ray/Criner in her LAST re-election -- and it was then ASSUMED it was because Sandra pulled strings and got his son Brad Corpening, owner of Chop's Deli, OFF being prosecuted for selling Hard Drugs at a concert in Raleigh!!!
Since then, Chops Deli's four locations closed in bankruptcy -- and Judge Corpening has gotten SERIOUS about taking down the Drug Mafias, which Sandra Ray PROTECTS!!!
