This morning, after calling the Office of Harvard's President to verify the mailing address, I edited my Letter of last night, completing thoughts and correcting grammar and typos before printing and mailing it to the President of AMERICA'S PREMIER UNIVERSITY, and corrected it on blog as well: https://theweathercontinues.blogspot.com/2020/04/letter-to-harvard-president-lawrence.html.
I was THRILLED to see it got so many hits overnight -- probably in part because I emailed it to top Editors at The Harvard Crimson and The Boston Globe, as well. Later today (or tomorrow), I intend to email it also to top Editors at many more of the top newspapers in the USA -- as well as to Wilmington native and wife of Eric Trump, Lara Yunaska Trump.

I spoke with my mother, and not only were my sister Jane's fabric scraps either the wrong material -- or too small -- so they made no masks, but each have a few masks from elsewhere, so OBVIOUSLY: they were going to give away the ones they had planned to make (see: https://theweathercontinues.blogspot.com/2020/04/yesterday-americas-retired-top-nazi-my.html).
Earlier this week in a storm with SUPER-STRONG winds, many of Mom's asphalt shingles were bent STRAIGHT UP, and a couple were blown off. She already has had one contractor out to get an estimate, and so that she felt less bad about it, I told her I had run into Chad Wagner's (from next door to me), close friend Theresa (who has been so good and kind to me), and she said that Chad's SISTER'S HOUSE near Chattanooga, in that same storm, had been HIT BY A TORNADO that took the second story completely OFF -- and KILLED two people next door to her.
She is single and unhurt, and this explained why Chad has been gone and his cat has been sitting in his front window, waiting . . .
Mom also said that she and Jane have NOT YET gotten their Donald Trump SOCIALISM CHECK, yet (like I have not), but both Theresa and her husband have gotten theirs, but their 19-year-old son (who is gay, lives independently, and works in a "Head Shop") -- learned that HE will have to wait a FULL YEAR to get his $1,200.00!!!
