My sister, Jane Ann Kenan, forgot to tell Mom -- Ruth Anne (Meyer) Kenan -- and me to say "CHEESE"!!!

I forgot that TOO -- but spewed "God-knows-what" -- which CRACKED THEM UP.

This is Dorothy Rasmussen -- taken this year -- who is ALSO, like my mother, now pushing 98. When Dorothy was six years old, she was in front of the crowd welcoming Adolph Hitler at one of his GIANT NAZI-PARTY STREET-RALLIES!!! German Citizens were STRICTLY FORBIDDEN to look Hitler directly in the face, but Dorothy looked him in the EYE -- and Adolph SMILED, and patted her on the head!!!

Luckily, Dorothy Rasmussen's parents fled with their family to the USA before ALL HELL BROKE OUT in Germany!!!
