Dear Judge Ray,
I certainly need no introduction to you -- I've been in your Court several times, and right up front I'd like to remind you that the one time I asked you to recuse yourself, you AGREED -- before I got the second syllable of "recuse" out of my mouth. You KNOW what you have done to me, but when I LATER appeared in your Court, I did NOT ask you to recuse yourself, trusting I'd already taught you a lesson, and you acted properly, if only to dismiss a frivolous case against me -- since the Claimant was a No Show.
I would NEVER embarrass you or any other Official in public -- and D.A. Ben David as well as many others can attest to that.

I have been watching local News Media, expecting to get more info on this latest of your capers, and today, SEARCHED them since it is now SIX DAYS, and the only report is WECT's first report -- SHOCKING that no other outlet has reported it at all.
Now, that's not TOO SHOCKING, because in summer of 2015, soon after I returned from Mexico, a top WECT-TV producer told me that Wilmington's Press had all met about me and decided that NO ONE was allowed to report on me or any of my claims until ANOTHER ONE of them did -- LOL!!!
And actually, TV-6 and TV-3 both had run stories interviewing me on TV in 2011 when I marched with an "Occupy" group and when I protested on City Hall property, before City Council made that illegal-without-permit to escape constant embarrassment.
Then, when I first contacted Benjamin Schachtman, a reporter who had not yet been promoted to Executive Editor of the Port City Daily, in 2016, we planned to discuss things over a beer or a coffee -- but Ben backed out when he found out he would be FIRED FROM HIS JOB if he met with me and reported anything!!!
Research showed that Ben and his wife Kathy were and likely are still CRACK ADDICTS -- and now he's Managing Director of News at WHQR Public Radio -- and reporting little of real substance. Shea Carver is now Editor of PCD/Wilmington Wire, and is following in Ben Schachtman's footsteps.
Pam Sander, Head of Wilmington Star News since before I first moved to Wilmington about the first of 2011, worked with top CIA Agent Kevin Maurer (who screwed me ROYAL in 2012), in protecting the CIA/Christian Churches Drug Mafia here. Remember, at the 2012 Azalea Festival, the New York Times that had owned the Star News for many years, sent a representative to tell me they had BOUGHT OUT Carlos Salim "Slim" Helu of Mexico, who controlled NYTimes stories and those here in Wilmington -- to protect CIA DRUG TRAFFICKING, and it would not be announced to the Press until the check cleared.
I had had battles with Carlos Slim in Mexico while in Political Exile, and while Hillary Clinton ran the US State Department, since he was the Clintons' biggest co-Trafficker, became the RICHEST PERSON IN THE WORLD -- until Hillary left and he soon fell to about #17.
Well, my parents set up the Drug Mafias of Wilmington and Atlanta, GA, so while I'd had no idea of that while it was happening, when I found out, I KNEW that I had a MORAL and PATRIOTIC OBLIGATION to expose my Kenan Family's Crimes -- not just those of my parents, but of my wealthy relatives associated with the founding of UNC Chapel Hill. And if I did NOT, they knew I knew too much and would kill me, so I'd rather be killed serving GOD AND COUNTRY, than while HIDING LIKE A COWARD.

Rather than list all of your LEGAL TRANSGRESSIONS against me over the years, I'd rather state some RELIGIOUS FACTS -- or at least CHURCH FACTS:
1. Several years ago before I published a photo of your then-husband Sherman Lee Criner in Christian Snake Worship -- which seemed to cause you to immediately DIVORCE HIM -- I had seen on one of your Political Sites that you and Sherman claimed to be Members-in-Good-Standing at First Baptist (the one on Kenan Plaza). The Pastor there, who was on my email list, wrote me to say that NEITHER OF YOU had ever been seen inside that church.
2. While I have RANTED OFTEN that First Presbyterian, St. Nicholas Greek Orthodox, and that First Baptists were the BIGGEST FINANCIAL SUPPORTERS of the BIGGEST THEN SUPPLIER OF HEROIN to Wilmington, Katrina Knight and her Good Shepherd Center. Of THOSE only First Baptist has NOT BLOCKED my emails (and their support was in providing meals using the Shepherd's facilities, so Humanitarian Aid).
3. Today, in looking for your secured server form to send this to you, I learned you now claim to be a member at Little Chapel on the Boardwalk Presbyterian Church in Wrightsville Beach.
Well, I fairly recently had dealings with THEM -- and after writing this, drove there and MET WITH Dolores Dyer, Office Manager, and she immediately saw that I am NOT EVIL, and we had a great conversation.

4. While a member at First Presbyterian the second half of 2011, I learned there are NO BIGGER CRIMINALS than those who worship in Wilmington in Presbyterian Churches -- excepting Judge Robin Wickes Robinson, and a few people who are not in Politics. They include:
Bill Cameron, who with his Live Oak Bank, gave CIA Agent Kevin Maurer a GRANT to start "Cape Fear Collective", the org working to STEAL New Hanover Regional Medical Center from the County Citizens -- and some HUGE DRUG-TRAFFICKING CHRISTIAN MINISTERS who are also part of that include County Commissioner Rev. Jonathan Barfield, Jr., Bishop Tony McGee, Pastor Robert Campbell, and District Court Judge Rev. James H. Faison III.
