Jane called me today, while I was in Lens Crafters asking WHY my new glasses are not yet in -- when I was TOLD they would be in within no more than two weeks -- it now several days longer. And they had COME IN earlier today, so I GOT THEM, and the manager said I would have the EMAIL letting me know by the time I got home.
STRANGELY, it STILL has not come and it's 10:25 PM -- I got them at 2:20 PM. AND they are SO BAD I could only drive home with them -- because I KNOW THE WAY. I couldn't read ROAD SIGNS until I was only about 25 feet from them!!! But, my computer-distance and reading distance zones are BETTER. I have to wear them for at least a week to see if anything IMPROVES.
I asked Jane if she had gotten my email that I sent to her, my brother Mike, and younger sister Julie -- she had NOT. She was walking her dogs, and I asked her to check her Trash and SPAM files to see if it was there -- and then call me as I should be home by then. She called me at 2:58, and I was then in the Lidl near the Lens Crafters, and Jane said she had BLOCKED ME weeks ago -- and FORGOTTEN about that, so she UNBLOCKED ME and asked me to RESEND IT when I got home -- which I did about 20 minutes later.
But look what I got via email next:
