Terry Espy (seen in 2019), is the BIGGEST DISAPPOINTMENT of ALL BUSINESS LEADERS in WILMINGTON !!!

In 2011 when I was homeless, Terry and her husband were my VALUED ADVISORS -- but gave me no more than literal "pocket change" -- UNLIKE Pastor Ernie Trice Thompson of First Presbyterian, and two other Members of the Discovery Class there (Ernie over $2,000.00 of Church Funds, that couple gave me $50.00), and even Thomas S. Kenan III's CARPENTER who had repaired the DECKS & DOCKS of ALL FIVE KENAN MANSIONS on Figure-8 Island -- gave me $50.00 -- saying the KENANS NEED TO BE JAILED.

When I returned to Wilmington in 2015, I ran into Terry on Front Street and she told me she was SO DISGUSTED BY POLITICS, she was no longer trying to influence politics. She and her husband DID sponsor a FUNDRAISER for losing Harper Peterson in the last Mayor's Race -- but more recently, she -- KNOWING FAR BETTER -- claims she is a CHRISTIAN!!!
