PREVIOUSLY, Dem. Deb Butler and her partner Repub Jonathan Deputy had me COMMITTED based on this photo I posted of DRUG MAFIA VIOLENCE  IN MEXICO  was actually ME coming to KILL THEM, which was the FIFTH and LAST TIME the Shrinks ALLOWED LIES to commit me, and they released me earlier than is allowed for an involuntary commitment.

Since then, I've learned that former Wilmington Police Chief Ralph Evangelous -- who smoked CRACK DAILY  (like Benjamin Schachtman, News Director of WHQR Public Media, and his wife do or did), in a CRACK HOUSE owned by the Uncle of a friend of mine while I was homeless in 2011 and 2012 and living under the 4th Street Viaduct, will be INTERIM POLICE CHIEF until a permanent one can be found!!!
