Since Lawyer RANDY BRIEFS of BRIEFS, GUMPSHUN, & GREE(d), LLC in Chicago has NOT answered my most previous email NOR reported what happened in COOK COUNTY DISTRICT COURT yesterday, regarding Jaime Southheimer's (Jaime is a DEMOTED VP of Wells Cargo Powder-Transport Advisers in Chicago and owner of a house in Mismaloya, Mexico that he once agreed to sell me, but RENEGED ON HIS COMMITMENTS), I fell OBLIGED to publish our most email tet-a-tet:
Dear Mr. Kenan:
I sincerely appreciate your prompt reply; I am afraid we got off on the wrong foot. Let me start by addressing your questions regarding Service in this case.
735 ILCS 5/2-203.1 provides that service may be made by special order of the Court when service on an individual defendant is impractical.
The Judge in this matter agreed that standard service on you would be difficult in Mexico and thus granted leave for us to serve you via International Registered Mail with a Return Receipt.
On October 22, 2012, the Return Receipt confirmed the arrival of the Complaint at your mailbox. You can check this confirmation by entering EI561076925US at https://www.usps.com/. If I understand correctly, you believe that service was improper because you were unable to check your mailbox within the 30 day period. Regardless of how the Judge would rule, I do very much regret that you feel slighted by the process.
At this time, however, it seems we may be able to render such questions of service moot. Tomorrow morning I will explain to the Judge that we have initiated Settlement Discussions and that we hope to be able to dismiss the case shortly. To that end, I will discuss your comments on the current draft with my client and then check back in with you.

This does NOT depend on the outcome of our current matter -- it is earned compensation for NOT sending a "goon squad" after me, or somehow forcing me to have to negotiate a district court in NOTORIOUS Cook County. I do believe if I had thought to ask Patricia Sinatra HOW the Sintras put Jack Kennedy in powwer when she floored me by casually admitting it, it would have involved COOK COUNTY!!!

There is NO CRIME worse than taking ANY KIND of sexual liberties with a child. While these charges seem be real, rather than INVENTED by a District Attorney the NC State Lab MANUFACTURING any necessary FALSE EVIDENCE (reported WIDELY in the National Press), making North Carolina NOTORIOUS for its LAW ENFORCEMENT OFFICERS, PROSECUTORS, AND COURTS being BIGGER CRIMINALS than the "criminal element" in our Great State. Good thing this wasn't the case on Sept. 3, 2011, when my best friend, Evan Fish, was FORCED by corrupted Wilmington Police to jump to his death from the parking death by the Library -- and the WILMINGTON STAR NEWS helped cover it up as a "suicide".
He (WE, actually), knew too much about the Republican Party's control of NARCO-TRAFFICKING in the Port of Wilmington, which is PROTECTED by Democrat Benjamin R.
