What did they call Jews in Germany who helped shovel poorer Jews into the ovens -- I forget . . .

The top comment was lost when the questioner BLOCKED ME, but he was asking me WHY I had friended Bernie Marcus -- and then later joined his "private" discussion group, both of which Mr. Marcus had to approve me to get in:

- 3. Perhaps Mr. Marcus is a touch intimidated. I understand he is worth a couple of billion dollars (and has been very generous to charities, which we are all grateful for), but Mary Lily Kenan inherited from Henry Flagler in 1913, what in 2014 dollars would be 11.5 billion dollars, but she was already wealthy, the Kenans being the world's largest suppliers of naval stores before the American Revolution, and her brother, William Rand Kenan, Jr., ran all Flagler's non-Standard-Oil operations (like the east coast of Florida, the railroads and steamship companies, etc.), and was nearly as wealthy as John D. Rockefeller on his own as well.
- That money was combined, eventually, and Kenan family charities are now for 101 years the largest PRIVATE support of University Education in the world. But beyond that, at Duke University, they founded this, which might be very helpful not only for YOU to attend, but for Mr. Bernie Marcus as well.
