I have learned that at least a "fun" engagement leads to MORE evidence being handed to me by MOST of these nuts -- including my roommate, Philip Rosario, who has had enough NERVE to deal drugs out of our apartment -- despite my demand that he do NOT. Readers will recall that I've SEEN the approximate pound of marijuana that Phil, David, and Logan divided up -- and collected the physical evidence of CRACK being smoked, if not in front of me.

But I CAN testify about it in Court -- if Benjamin R. David, the District Attorney, can bring charges against Phil, David the hot tile mason, and Logan, who works a few hours per week cooking at Betsy's Crepes. Another cook at Betsy's Crepes is who Phil told me the LARGER deliveries of drugs for Logan are actually delivered to, first.
My apartment is across the street from First Presbyterian's pre-school, and two doors from St. Mary's grade school, so Penalties are significantly INCREASED!!! Logan's apartment in the newer building at Orange and Fifth, is probably close enough to St. Mary's to also qualify.
So, although I've had my difficulties with Mr. David, I'm FINE NOW, so if he can use my help to BUST Narco-Traffickers, I'd let bygones be bygones, no???
The only difficulty is his Legal Intern, Jeff Duncan, who then got his first lawyer job from Daliah Saper of http://saperlaw.com/, who with Wells Fargo Advisors exec, Jamie Sutherland, https://home.wellsfargoadvisors.com/jamie.sutherland, brought charges against me in Cook County (Chicago) Court for LIBEL, but never served me legally (easy to prove), then tried me in absentia, stealing copyright to my memoir of working for Tennessee Williams (which had nothing to do with this at all), ALL my blog posts until I die, and all my emails and letters until I die -- on this subject.
You see, Jeff was around when the FALSE PROSECUTIONS against me in New Hanover County were filed -- and in Daliah's firm with the bogus LIBEL charge was filed -- PRIMARILY because I had blogged about Jamie having seen Barack Obama (while Senator), and Rahm Emanuel in his private gay bathhouse.
I had also blogged about Jamie bragging about doing $24 Million per month on average in narco-trafficking in Puerto Vallarta for Wells Fargo, and I had taken that down -- satisfying Jamie who told me he didn't CARE about the bathhouse thing.
And Wells Fargo Chicago office got the LARGEST BANK FINE in US History for Laundering Drug Money -- that same year, 2010!!! $200,000,000.00, as I recall.
>>> PERHAPS FUNNIEST is that Amazon did NOT believe the Court papers presented to them changing ownership of copyright, so they emailed me saying there was a QUESTION about the ownership, so they SUSPENDED sales -- leaving the entire sales site up, otherwise -- for half a year, hoping to get clarification, which they never got. They then took down the site.
Bank of America, in a WEIRD story, kept claiming to me they got the service via a lawyer in Chicago who never HEARD of any of this, and the phone number that Bank of America gave me THREE TIMES belongs to the lawyer who, supposedly, served them (copiously documented in this blog), this same lawyer in Chicago told me that is an old number assigned to a nearby building to his that has been ABANDONED FOR YEARS, but he has been unable to get the phone company to STOP its being forwarded to his office and from it he only gets NUISANCE CALLS!!!
ONLY much later, did Bank of America finally claim to know a thing about Rishi Nair.
Rishi Nair of http://www.nairlawllc.com/rishi-nair.html, was subcontracted by Saper Law to collect the damages.

>>> CLEANING UP A FEW OTHER THINGS:
1. The first things I did after blogging after Court, yesterday, were to text "Key Witness", as he prefers to be named on this blog, thanking him for his help. He called me late last night and just UNLOADED on Jennifer McCracken's OTHER crimes and crazinesses -- CERTAIN she gets all her orders from the Mormon Church -- and that manager Tomi Matheson, her boyfriend John Tarleton (also building maintenance), and owner George Cutter, are ALL part of the narco-trafficking in Carolina Apartments -- and likely the "Whore-Houseing" there as well!!!
2. I called my mother, and remained ENTIRELY friendly, throughout. She says she is THRILLED that I'm doing so well, but is completely in denial about the crimes she committed against me -- as I believe my siblings still are, too. I told Mom that I can talk to her best, but that I don't think I should talk much to my siblings, as we MIGHT have to call them to Court to testify, although I'd rather avoid prosecuting any of them -- if possible.
The GOOD of My Country TRUMPS any ALLEGIANCE to Family!!!
3. I sent "Testosteroni" a monetary accounting of how I spent the money he sent me. As long as he continues his financial support (and I think legal actions going forward will yield a substantial income for me, so maybe for not too much longer), I don't CARE what he says to or emails me.
And NOW I have a lawyer to communicate with him if "Palimony" is what I have to seek -- in Court, no???
NOW, I believe I will need to use NO MORE "scandalous language", going forward. Those Sheriff's Deputies who congratulated, high-fived, and THANKED me, yesterday, have boosted my confidence, sufficiently!!!
But I need to comment on some other public officials. I've decided Judge Jeffrey Noecker DID listen to me well enough in Court in 2011 or 12. Had I known what I was up against, I would have handled it better, so I'm OK with him for now -- if I don't actually prefer him. ONLY Judges Sandra Ray and Lindsey Luther remain on my "DO NOT TRUST" list.
I'm still cool with Mayor Saffo -- simply because he has significantly ADVANCED City Objectives, while giving the Drug Mafia what they had to have. Hey -- IT WORKED!!!
And many others have felt forced to violate their consciences as well, and I GET IT that they could not withstand Drug Mafia Threats!!!
>>> FINALLY, LET'S LOOK AT WHAT JENNIFER MCCRACKEN HAS TOLD BOTH "KEY WITNESS" AND ME ABOUT HER ASSETS:
1. She was at least estranged from her husband -- and maybe divorced -- for years, but re-united with him when he was dying of cancer, and Key Witness is convinced (from what she's told him), that she murdered him to get his money faster. Believable to me, but he knows more about that.
2. She has told us both that she is on Disability, and also has been diagnosed "Bipolar" many times. She does NOT take meds for that, now. BUT, she keeps bringing charges against people, if not suing or Restraining Ordering them via the Court, so clearly, she is COMPETENT for COURT!!!
3. Jennifer told me several times, that in that first year of being on Disability, when the SKY is the limit on income, she made well over $1,000,000,00 in Florida, where she keeps it stashed -- as well as her house-full of "good furniture".
