WTF??? If criminals cannot use "Ignorance of the Law" as an excuse to commit crimes with impunity, WHY can officers use "Ignorance of Citizens' Rights" as an excuse to kill -- when they are TRAINED PROFESSIONALLY and presumably TESTED on the subject -- before being allowed to serve???
And this brings more SHAME on North Carolina.
