I only quickly heard Robert's voicemail to me of two days ago, thought I saved it for later (today, I finally had time to respond), but had NOT saved it. Just as I thought about this problem, Robert called.
He began by asking me (after my informative hello -- lengthy, anyway), WHY did I not smoke inside my apartment -- and after I explained that I agreed to that and it's in the lease I signed (and I don't like living in what smells like an ashtray -- I never smoked in my house outside an emergency, the whole 23 years I owned it), he began calling me the WORST LOSER, shouting and yelling, and I returned equal fire. After cussing each other out, we hung up on each other (not unlike Gen. Russel Honore' and I did to each other a few months ago).

I have decided that I likely will have no more communication with Robert Carroll -- he acts like Sewanee (University of the South), and the Episcopal Church APPROVE of his having stolen so many of Tennessee Williams old cancelled checks -- to sell on the internet, which SOMEONE has been doing for over eight years, now, at $350.00 each and up. It was John Uecker -- who likely smothered Tennessee Williams with a pillow at John Eastman's and Maria St. Just's (nee Britneva), request -- wbo told me he was CERTAIN it was Robert who does this, and several other Williams people told me they THINK Mr. Carroll does it.
The old check sales for signature is so lucrative, Sewanee would have shut it down and prosecuted, and gotten possession of those old checks long ago -- if they weren't ALLOWING ROBERT A LUCRATIVE FAVOR, no???

Dear Mr. Mason:
Thank you for your letter of January 12, 2016. First, I want to say that I was most impressed by your knowledge, strategies discussed, presence, and honest negotiating. EVERYTHING you did through my Court appearance was STELLAR!!!
I just tried to post this as a review -- after wording it as such, but I’m afraid that after a morning in which hackers hijacked my computer SIX times (and I recovered it each time), I CLOSED AOL.com and the problems DISAPPEARED. The same happened a couple of days ago, but I only today connected it to AOL, which has a history over the last year of NEVER retaining in address book the email addresses of my best allies, but does remember those of my Political Adversaries. And AVVO.com would not let me open an account (first time I ever tried), for the following reason:
I wonder WHO has hijacked and registered my email address with AVVO – wouldn’t YOU??? AVVO also claimed that I could not register via my Facebook account – BECAUSE IT IS ALREADY USED!!!
But don’t let me bore you AGAIN -- or too much. You refused to listen to how top local Law Enforcement – especially Police Chief Ralph Evangelous (who in 2011 – 12 smoked crack daily in a house owned by a friend of mine, if he can be believed), and District Attorney Benjamin R. David, whose former long-term gay lover, Lee, told me quite a bit of Ben’s dealings – and in 2011 and 12, Ben David held me in jail and held charges against me that were eventually DISMISSED due to “no evidence”. His Assistant D.A.s were telling many he had no evidence – and he could not have had any. This is highly illegal and unconstitutional – I think.
I forgot to mention that (according to Sheriff’s Deputies’ and bystanders’ accounts to me), Wilmington Police psychologically forced my business-partner-to-be, Evan Fish, to jump to his death in September 2011 – because he knew so much of my employer of 18 years, Patrick Stansbury and my former co-worker Lee Gosney, distributing all the illegal drugs flown into Maxwell AFB -- from Maine to points south of Wilmington: http://scottkenan.blogspot.com/2012/04/evidence-against-patrick-stansbury-of.html, especially to those associated with former Republican NC State Senator Thom Goolsby, like Ryan Lee Burris – and then the Wilmington Star News covered it all up, until recently (but still don’t report how it happened).

Nothing happens in a vacuum, so I attempted to give you some context of Jennifer McCracken’s claims against me – she admitting her alias Christine Hitchens, who posted the threatening comments on my blog – but you shushed me in your office. I DID make clear to you that ONLY Jennifer McCracken knew about my friend’s in Mexico, retired BBC star Colin Stuart Hamilton’s murder by Drug Mafia and that his body was dug up five hours away, just a few months ago. Puerto Vallarta Press eventually got the details from MY BLOG.
Ms. McCracken has also: bragged about her brother being a New Hanover County Sheriff’s Deputy with MUCH POWER to protect her; DEFENDED the narco-trafficking David Nash (see: http://theweathercontinues.blogspot.mx/2015/06/my-super-suing-david-nash-will-mean-i.html); defended the convicted drug criminal Ryan Lee Burris (now 3rd Vice Chair of the County Democratic Party); and even my personal friend (gone “drug-bad”), playwright, movie director, TV series writer, and stand-up comic, Dell Shores.
On our first visit, you told me your office DOES handle Federal cases as well as a lot of Civil Litigation, and again when we spoke across the bar in Court, you said to contact you this week about AGGRESSIVE ACTIONS against Ms. McCracken, and since it was plural, I assumed you meant against some of the other criminals in this town, like lawyer David Nash.
But when we met this week on Tuesday afternoon, you said your firm does NOT do Civil Litigation, despite this copied directly off your website:

Well, I can’t say you are ANY worse than ALL OTHER lawyers I’ve spoken to concerning matters dealing with narco-trafficking local Public Officials. As I told you, three attorneys in 2011 told me they would not THINK of bringing matters against D.A. David – as they have to see him daily in Court!
What a PODUNK crappy little TOWN, that everyone is afraid of the big bad narco-trafficking Christians and their asshole churches – LOL!!! Y’all think this is how Jesus told y’all how to get to HEAVEN, I guess – addicting children and others to drugs. Actually, you never claimed to be a Christian, but you sure ACT LIKE a “Wilmington” or “Criminal” Christian, sir!!!
Well, you did your job well (nothing was actually required since Jennifer did not show), and got your $1,800.00, which I had negotiated down from your asking $2,500.00 – while two of the other quotes I had were for $1,000.00, and one for $1,500.00 (which many told me was “a bit high”). I mention this only because you have let yourself down – and me as well – in your caving to demands of the narco-traffickers, best I can tell!!!
Since you let me down and back-tracked on what you claimed you could do, I feel no compunction to care about what you think I write about you. I’m sure that if I am breaking any laws, you can have your buddy Ben David prosecute me RIGHT BACK INTO JAIL!!!
I will post this on my blog today, and if you wish to post a rebuttal or other comments, I will add that just below this letter -- without editing. I doubt you have a blog that gets emailed to nearly 100 in Press, Government, Religion, and Friends of Tennessee Williams – or that gets over 1,000 hits, otherwise, per day (excepting hits by Law Enforcement, Press, Privacy Nuts, and SMART Criminals, all of whom use software so they leave no tracks on Blogger Statistics, etc., so do NOT show).
And for the RECORD, Philip Rosario, my roommate until 1/12/2016, told me that after Jennifer McCracken’s Court attempt, I would be KILLED, but not by him. He even (yesterday afternoon via saved text message), tried to get me to refund $20.00 of his $100.00 January rent for UP TO 1/12. I gave him a special deal to help him out, and since he cleared out shortly before noon on the last day of that, he claimed I’d cheated him and needed to refund him that for a few hours – LOL!!!
I wish you all the best, and will CONTINUE to recommend you to criminals needing defense – but NEVER to Law Abiding Citizens.

PS: I decided that since Anthony Humphrey has changed his story several times -- depending on Jennifer McCracken’s PRESSURE-OF-THE-MOMENT -- that that matter is NOT worth pursuing.
This referring to UN-EVOLVED women (Christians, Republicans, or White Americans, and some others), ONLY!!!
But not ALL of them.
