The Horry County, South Carolina Board of Education, despite being wholly opposed to allowing transgender students to use the right restrooms, will follow Title IX guidelines, a spokesperson says, but only because they are faced with a potential loss of funding should they violate Title IX.
The Horry County Board of Education also voted to "spend an undisclosed amount of money for specialized lawyers to join" the Virginia appeal of the 4th Circuit's ruling, EVEN THOUGH THEY MAY NOT LEGALLY BE ABLE TO!!!.

EVERY doctor's/dentists' office I visit, I tell EVERYONE I am able to about District Attorney Ben David's Narco-Trafficking and White Supremacy (with help of Kenan-endowed First Presbyterian), and his MALE LOVERS as well. Also about Wilmington Police Chief having smoked CRACK daily at a house owned by the uncle of a friend of mine the whole time I lived here HOMELESS in 2011 - 12, and about Sheriff Ed McMahon protecting the mini-subs that unloaded powder drugs under Snow's Cut Bridge -- and Ed's CROCADILE CRYING -- denying he knew about it -- to me to my face on July 3, 2011.
They ALL encourage me to GO FOR IT and to EXPOSE Wilmington "Christians" as Devil's Agents!!!
