Of course I did that, and left a detailed message on her voicemail -- should she want to contact me. I'm curious that after 4.5 years, she just NOW learned of it, and how that happened. I've decided to RE-POST her image, showing how I used it then. It's just as appropriate, today, and Amy's site has a GREAT GALLERY, showing her images, many of them for sale:

Important also to note: I will HAPPILY add CREDIT to any image I have used -- just email me or make comment on this blog!!! I will ALSO DELETE any image you have copyright to -- as long as it is NOT of a "Public Person" or Criminal. The Courts allow use of copyrighted images and internet-posted material (including in private groups like can be found on Facebook) -- as long as it is not in a MONEY-MAKING venture. This, I was told in Court here in Wilmington.
2. A QUICK POINT OF REALITY!!!:
My friend Stanley Winborne III, originally from Wilmington, NC, and whose SON was the person 2nd in charge of the US State Department in Afghanistan while Hillary Clinton was Sect. of State, and YOUNG Winborne was in charge of shipping all the HEROIN back to the USA on Air Force planes -- is CORRECT!!!
3. Artist David Terry, a Sewanee/University of the South alum, was my informal lover from 1990 - about 2009 -- on more and more rare occasions.
David Charles Terry uses an image that is at least 15 years old.
More recent, but blurry. David is a well-endowed "smoothie"!!!
A. Writer/Gay activist Allan Gurganus is my 4th Kenan cousin (and plenty of Gurganuses very close to me in the book The Kenan Family).
B. David claimed that Thomas S. Kenan III had been the "Toast of Gay North Carolina" in the 1970s and 80s, and that many guys have dated him -- before he settled down.
C. David had been close to all the "Raleigh/Durham/Chapel Hill Old Dowagers", especially Betty (Price) Kenan and Elizabeth Edwards (wife of Sen. John Edwards), but by 1990, they had all DROPPED HIM for his sarcastic nastiness -- except for Elizabeth Edwards.
D. David did a lot of taped Republican radio shows (local red-necky ones, Like Curtis Wright's in Wilmington -- "Limbaugh-llsy"), MOCKING Black Folk -- and played the tapes for me -- in the 1990s.
E. David was especially close to Elizabeth Edwards -- to her sad end -- and Elizabeth had commissioned David Terry to make Presidential Campaign posters for John Edwards' 2008 Campaign -- but I saw them, and David's style NOT SUITABLE for political posters, they were NOT used.

F. About 2010, David stopped producing Art, which he previously produced in spades, and I found out from him that his then boyfriend, Herve Mommeja-Marin, a physician from France, who dated David during some kind of apparent "substance-abuse period", which he EVENTUALLY seems to have KICKED, producing more frequently, although in 2016, he's posted only ONE new work on his site.
Dr. Herve Mommeja-Marin was a Chimerix exec in the NC Research Triangle, until February of this year (2016), and IN FACT, I just tried calling David Terry's home number, and it has been DISCONNECTED.

NOW, getting back to Sen. John Edwards, he is/was a friend and neighbor of Thomas S. Kenan III of Chapel Hill, and the ONLY Democrat I ever found Tom Kenan to donate to.
As most know, the Federal Government has required posting on the internet of ALL Political Donations of and over a certain amount ($250.00???), but REPUBLICANS cut the funding for it some years ago, so NOTHING SHOWS NOW, for YEARS!!!
This is ALSO why, No Regulatory Agencies have funds to investigate Companies they oversee -- Republicans GUTTED that funding, too!!!
Wanting to verify Tom's Edwards contribution, I DID find it (to earlier Senate campaign), and on this, the last year posted for North Carolina, 1999 - 2000: http://www.city-data.com/elec2/00/elec-CHAPEL-HILL-NC-00.html, I found THIRTY-FOUR (34) listings of donations from Thomas S. Kenan III and his step-mother, Betty (Price) Kenan -- mostly -- but also a very few of Tom's now deceased brother, Owen Kenan -- ALL OTHERS to Republicans, PACs, and Republicans-supporting Industry groups (Trucking)!!!
So with ALL THAT BACKGROUND, please read this:

My Kenan Family supported Episcopal Church USA RETIRED their Symbol of God's Authority on Earth: The Confederate Mace, and Sewanee,University of the South lost nearly ALL its Alumni Donations, causing Rt. Rev. J. Neil Alexander to use Tennessee Williams's Estate (renamed The Walter Dakin Fund), to HIDE THIS FACT for years!!!
