Alex Nicely was an Assistant D.A. in Benjamin R. David's office in Wilmington, NC while I was homeless in 2011 and 12. Alex NEVER prosecuted a case against me -- and all the cases brought against me -- INCLUDING CONVICTIONS -- Chief Public Defender Jennifer Harjo FORCED D.A. Ben David to ERASE THEM ALL -- as he had NO EVIDENCE I'd ever committed a crime.
Alex was so HANDSOME and NICE to those he prosecuted that all the STRAIGHT WOMEN and GAY MEN I was homeless with (most homeless people then often in and out of Court and Jail), had HUGE CRUSHES on ALEX NICELY!!!
I got these details from this previous blog post -- which ALSO contains info on how former Parish Associate for Discipleship of First Presbyterian, Jim Holderness (now deceased, but his widow Virginia "Ginny" Holderness is currently a Deacon), ABSOLUTELY defended District Attorney Benjamin R. David and his Hard-Drug Trafficking and White Supremacy with First Prez then-Pastor Ernest Trice Thompson III.

Robert "Robbie" Arnold Trahan's mug shot from Wilmington. Ben David made with Defender Jennifer Harjo to ERASE all the FALSE CONVICTIONS he had gotten against me -- Ben DID that after a YEAR -- ILLEGAL not to do immediately -- and then he STOLE COPYRIGHT to my memoir that Scott Rudin and the producers of the Harry Potter movies were looking to buy rights to.

NO, Alex Nicely did NOT get a job with the North Carolina Bar to FEND OFF my Grievance against D.A. Ben David -- he had no way to know I would file one -- and he began that job in June 2018!!!
But given that my Grievance was DENIED by A. Todd Brown, Sr., Chair of the Grievance Committee -- DESPITE its including crimes that Ben David ADMITTED TO ME -- and THEFT of at least $1,000.000.00 of my Intellectual Property -- AS WELL AS refusing to just ERASE all those FALSE CONVICTIONS and FALSE CHARGES from 2011-2012 AS THE LAW AND THE CONSTITUTION REQUIRE, Ben made me leave the State for a year before he did it (it was MY choice to return to Mexico).

The woman assisting people with Financial Assistance -- despite having a big cross in her office behind the front desk -- said EVERYONE IN WILMINGTON knows that the Christian Churches run all the HARD DRUGS -- and the Politicians of Both Parties. She's about 48 year of age, and said when she was younger, there was a landing strip on Oak Island where Hard Drugs were flown in ALL THE TIME -- and EVERYONE KNEW THAT!!!
AND my internet was as bad as ever all day.
FIRST THING I called and they worked long-distance on adjusting the modem and it SEEMED FINE for about 20 minutes -- and my printer no longer works, so it's electronic connection must have been disturbed. Then a guy came out late this afternoon, and HE discovered there is a problem with the Ethernet connection on my computer, so we unplugged THAT, and the wifi seems to be working JUST FINE!!!
