Ted Davis, D.A.s Ben and Jon David, Sheriff Ed McMahon, corrupt judges and politicians with long ties to exploiting children sexually, and others who have violated Federal laws by abusing and stealing funds from the youngest most vulnerable children in the Carolinas, under the direct trust and supervision of Ben David, Ed McMahon, the corrupt criminal run New Hanover County government, and profiteering non-profit fronts and connected allies of the politicians who trade favors and funds for favors and funds from government, have long, multi-decade, roles alongside the Sheriff, criminal County government officials, and the absolutely corrupt and violent crime supporting District Attorney, pedophile and drunk drugged “Get out of Jail Free” if I like you or hang (figuratively) if I don’t or you have challenged my position and unscrupulous conduct that the NC Bar Association deemed to be performance so low only one judge in the State out of approx. 140 judges ranked lower in competence and conduct and integrity, personally assaulted me and escalated their criminal acts, violent criminal attacks and expensive abusive stalking, violations of Federal hate crimes and civil rights laws, and frequent violations of the US Constitution and N.C. laws.
Devoting more than $500,000 and unlawful corrupt bribed County employees in addition to crooked law enforcement and totally fictional, no source, no evidence of any form so wild were the invented taxpayer funded and media broadcasted illegal smears, a practice used to attack other ethical officials previously with similar evil, life-destroying results and community pleasure and gratification from evil, cowardly Christ-defiling sadistic trolls often so malicious, so deceptive, so devoid of honor and truthfulness in order to inflict so much damage, so much violence and suppression of democracy and public awareness that the corrupt profiteers who buy officials in return for substantial cash handouts from local government could and did protect their investments in corrupt transactions that my vote and conflict-free, sacrifice driven motives was a cause for concern and worry for those dependent upon and profiting from corrupt, illegal, abusive County government with no procedures or practices that prioritized ethics or community benefit or necessity and had been developed over 20 or more years which was the tenure of the incumbent I defeated in the election promising to fight this corruption and secretive, backroom decision-making.
It was well known in the community esp. government and media and community leadership circles that child abuse, embezzlement, criminal misconduct, bribery, intimidation and anti-democratic suppression through extreme evil abuses of power and myriad illegal practices and violence with public funds, County Managers and staff with no ethics, criminal misconduct protected by D.A. Benjamin David who not only invented and falsified charges, charges with no crime, no victims, no damages to anyone living or any property or even surrounded by the most evil, dishonest, psychopathic and sadistic (so extreme and so devious and horrific that I have never in my life, anywhere, under any circumstance, encountered anyone who thinks and acts with the extreme psychopathy and absence of any integrity or morality or authentic values or relationships with others that “normal” people understandably struggle and are skeptical to believe even what they themselves see), to believe the nature and behaviors of those who dominate the corrupt criminal culture that exists and that so reflected the community culture of evil and absence of any Christian virtues or leaders it’s much easier to dismiss that which is not understood, than to try to understand conduct that is so foreign to most Americans it defies understanding even among intelligent educated professionals with education in psychology and human behavior.
ANY decent or slightly moral actor would euthanize a targeted threat or perceived threat to profitable enterprises and extreme abuses of power for evil not good by charismatic, intelligent public officials who do blend popular programs and some good community benefits secondarily to convince and placate anyone who suggests nothing good is ever pursued by the corrupt and evil in public life, these are not stupid or impractical politicians who only work on corrupt efforts.
Using tax dollars to run smear campaigns and destroy without any consequence the life, family, future and health of a ethical, publicly elected official who has only public priorities and no personal goals or profits from serving in public office, which should be a sacrifice not entre to personal profits, power to increase and preserve ill-gotten gains and using public resources and at taxpayer expense, exercise extreme sadism and violence and deceptive evil in soul, heart and mind that no limit, no boundary, no community or agency people expect to provide oversight and some degree of restraint and legality on egregious public corruption and criminal misconduct, such as the FBI, Congress, N.C. Attorney General and S.B.I, the Department of Justice and its various divisions claiming to perform such measures upholding the law and providing oversight and accountability when appropriate in the context of applicable laws.
In truth, I was almost in awe and certainly held the FBI in the highest esteem and valued professionalism in my previous interactions with FBI special agents, serving as a character witness and reliable source.
In reality, corrupt psychopathic criminal actions, including homicides, torture, massive habitual violence and injustice and clear violations of cherished rights, laws, civil rights and interest or action in upholding its mission and performing its stated mission, in practice and oversight of consistent and significant evidence from verifiable sources and leaders and witnesses with no connections or conflicts in any manner, and further evidence presented independently by victims themselves and their families confirming the multitude of evidence provided by me and provoking escalated violence and brutality in retribution for seeking out justice and no further crimes, suffering victims increasing in numbers and grieving families when complicit State agencies abdicated their legal and moral duties, throughout the entire N.C. judicial system and courts, state law enforcement and enabling Governors and Attorneys General refused to uphold the law, protect public safety and especially children victimized by protected habitual offenders and attacking victims instead, with support from the community, clergy, and so-called but completely disingenuous “child advocates” and victims advocates, I expanded outreach to Federal agencies, officials and media and as with the FBI, DOJ Civil rights Division, A.G. Eric Holder, the US attorney, now an office occupied by Joe Biden’s nepotism to fire the sitting USAO_EDNC and install a conflicted, corrupt son of a corrupt Governor convicted of corruption in the same place and similar matters, with no concern or interest in mitigating a clear predisposition to carry forward the traditional corruption of the US Attorney and more specifically, the US Attorney for Eastern N.C. who’s conflict of interest like that of the entire corrupt criminal accomplice and collusion in police brutality, corruption, murders of unarmed persons by sadistic local law enforcement and concealing and advancing systemic evidence tampering and violations of legal rights and protections in the criminal justice system, aiding and abetting embezzlement of public funds for children with nothing and supporting the abuse of those children and the abuses against older children victims of sexual abuses and retaliatory punishments imposed by evil government officials to prevent any criticism of their direct oversight over these crimes and many others, civil rights abuses, etc….
I’m all for local control and Federal intervention in local government only as a last resort, but the corruption and resulting harm, and absolute adherence to institutional corruption and deliberate abdication of its mission in large measures for corrupt rather than public safety purposes, the absence of accountability and incurable misconduct, serious violent attacks and civil rights and organized crime style corruption and abuses of too many innocent victims by corrupt agents, including those who I served as a character witness for and with honesty and candor, have become corrupted and cannot be trusted or responsible to serve under this status quo.
It’s time for Congress to impeach AG Garland, demand Eric Holder testify and account for the conduct of his Office and the entire corrupt agency under his watch, and either massively reform the entire DOJ top down with total systemic reforms exponentially increasing ethics, legal activities and at least attempting to promote Justice and the laws and mission under its auspices or completely eliminate the entire FBI and DOJ and reconstitute new, improved, functioning, law-abiding alternative(s) built from the ground up with those who choose permitted to reapply to that new lawful agency(s).
Under no circumstances should any field staff have any role, any involvement, except in the most extreme and limited circumstances when clear benefit exists, in any matter, investigation, oversight or accountability for crimes, misconduct and violations of law and rights in the region of their assigned field bureau.
Agents have too much involvement and too close relationships with local partners in law enforcement and government to be trusted in any matter involving local government and institutions, that’s human nature, and no reasonable person can trust the FBI or DOJ to protect child sexual abuse victims, mitigate police brutality by their friends and family friends and other local leaders who the FBI and DOJ have shown a total, corrupt, though not always nefarious, inability and refusal to act upon with any honor or protection of victims and prevention of additional victims by upholding the laws and mission of the Justice Department and the collusion of FBI and DOJ officials in commission of horrific crimes and concealment of sadistic evil criminal acts and entities that has been a long, lawless harmful failure and dereliction of duty, integrity and justice and illustration of an agency devoid of any interest in public safety and the Rule of Law for too long, with too many victims, and too little interest or effort to uphold the law and Constitution to even merit a response to the contrary without resorting to the public deception and lies and misconduct that define the operations and policies and responsibilities of a corrupt agency deceitfully asserting in contradiction of evidence, experience and independent analysis substantially explaining the reality of a broken, neglected, dysfunctional and derelict, institutionally corrupt and itself often criminal in its personnel and practices.
Supported by abundant evidence for years, child victims of corrupt, criminal, Jesus-defiling lawless elected officials, judicial and law enforcement thugs who defecate on the Constitution and U.S. laws with even more violence than the wives they cheat on with myriad easy women: the corrupt, pearl necklace unethical anti-Constitution pro child rape bigots of the Lower Cape Fear Republican Women and New Hanover County GOP with its corruption and racist and evil violence and war on liberty and justice though not lacking in support for child rape by fellow fake Christians face (along with the parents and families who might advocate for their children though never any other children) life-destroying, intentionally trauma and harm-inducing retaliation, slander, imposition of hardships and penalties often necessitating expeditious relocation by victims confronted by hostile community retaliation for speaking out, requesting protection/safety or justice from further violent crimes, by leaders with no conscience or restraint in this long history of routine, unopposed community-supported practice of retaliation targeting even well-meaning victims concerned for future victims which in Wilmington, the Cape Fear Region, N.C. State government is viewed exclusively as threatening, unacceptable unwanted attention (potentially any perceived threat to public institutional leadership even when no official directly perpetrated or participated in the commission of most such crimes except by their perpetual protection of habitual criminals operating within these often obvious entities for an insidious access to targeted victims, hardly unusual anywhere). However, this predictable risk might be mitigated, spur judicial accountability, spark parental awareness, victim services and counseling given the ages of victims and extreme traumatic nature of many criminal acts which elicit intervention, prevention & compassion for victims in ethical, moral, transparent, less corrupt jurisdictions.
Rarely does the culprit of crimes against children benefit from decades of protection by a complicit, sadistic criminally corrupt District Attorney, Ben David and corrupt, extra-judicial, political NOT LEGAL D.A.'s Office, and a partner in crime, New Hanover County Sheriff Ed McMahon, who alongside Ben David and several County leaders operates a squad of AR-15 and shotgun wielding goons to threaten, torture, rob, falsely arrest, imprison, smear to discredit and terrorize and thus silence victims, even his own Deputy who tasted a low calorie, toned down sample of these official governmental retaliatory practices for daring to speak up when his OWN teenage daughter was the victim of a perverse crime, a young woman student treated worse and penalized as if she had committed a rape - in New Hanover County & NC government, where corruption, criminal prosecutors who make Michael NiFong a Saint by comparison through the severity of sadism & violence of but not exclusive to Benjamin David and his equally corrupt twin, Jon David, though treated with kindness unlike most "Whistleblowers" or ethical officials who refuse to compromise principles, ethics and public service priorities. Like most parents, most fathers, undoubtedly this Deputy was profoundly effected by his daughter's sexual violation, and after expressing concerns when it was his own daughter who was a victim, experienced some similar subjection to retaliatory treatment following the assault, unlike the perpetrator who assaulted her (and got a slap on the wrist ONLY because his victim was an active Sheriff Deputy's daughter was the response muted in both retaliatory severity and any feign toward abuser accountability even levied, albeit it symbolic not what I presume most American's would consider to be "justice befitting the crime").
It is notable and despite the kinder treatment for his own family, neither the Deputy nor any other adherent to the "blue code of silence" that promotes an us-against-them, gangbangers' silence and assistance in committing and concealing criminal and atrocious actions by fellow officers in LEOs that suffer from institutional, though not systemically racist, was certainly not spared, but also not concerned to have assisted or deviated from the community hostility, violence, criminal threats and acts even children, family members and employers and friends and associates of many real or possible whistleblowers are confronted with in present day, in recent decades and sure to endure in the future without any accountability and continued profit by those who by law and human decency should be investigated by the U.S. Department of Justice, FBI, Civil Rights Division, and U.S. Attorney, since they have been provided with extensive likely admissible evidence of criminal misconduct under "Color of Law" and other crimes and civil rights and anti-representative democracy, child abuse, embezzlement of Federal funds intended for the most vulnerable, disadvantaged young children, and extensive public corruption, and many other violent and non-violent felonious and misdemeanor offenses that the U.S. Justice Department claims to have as both a part of its mission and jurisdiction.
None of what I'm relaying is speculative or rumor or based on personal vindictiveness. Under real or presumed penalty of perjury (I thought lying to the FBI was a minimum 20-year prison sentence at the time) I provided actionable, verifiable, independent evidence and documentation of the public corruption and crimes that included extensive written documentation, recorded conversations and names and contact information for approx. 100 independent, credible witnesses, photographs, transcripts, court proceedings inadvertently revealing actions and evidence of criminal and un-Constitutional, taxpayer funded and government executed, brutal crimes and crimes against children and innocent victims, and concealment of many crimes using an enthusiastic completely dishonest ally in the unethical, bribed (with tax dollars) deceptive media who's values and moral and ethical values are even greater than their deliberate NO SOURCE invented stories, refusal to use tangible, verifiable evidence, even evidence provided to them of crimes including with too many victims who would have, should have and could have been spared the hell of victimization and so devoid of human decency, empathy, integrity or ethics are these outlets, including those owned by Sinclair, McCarthy and Gannett, and a few small local outlets with the same unethical no-source, invented tall tales easily and undeniably proven to be baseless with verifiable evidence, neither children victims of sexual and violent abuses, canine executions and death threats, brutality and real threats of lynching at gunpoint with young children in the house, numerous acts of torture resulting in permanent injuries and deaths, hundreds of violations of law by those known to the FBI, through their own prior investigations and even aid in the provision of adolescent boys to popular, powerful state leaders of both major parties, including R.C. Roy Cooper, Attorney General and gubernatorial candidate Josh Stein, and evil, sadistic, corrupt, officials that I only learned years later were talking to the FBI, DOJ and other law-defying partners who not only refused and refuse to act consistent with the law and stated interest in justice free from the corrupt, criminal, even child abuse and significant criminal acts while engaging in political retaliation with no public safety only political motives, evidence tampering, violations of the Constitution and any lawful and local government for decades and common sense limits on law enforcement and criminal justice, including unjustifiable murders, death threats at gun point, extortion to waive baseless, non-existent criminal charges with no crime, no victim, no evidence and nobody in even alleging the slightest act of violence or deprivation of rights to one's property or public corruption in planning to commit any future criminal acts, assisted by FBI and NC Attorney General and US DOJ collusion in violent crimes, child and judicial and policing brutality against innocent targeted individuals, evidence tampering by law enforcement officers and corrupt DA and judicial Christ-defiling, child abusing, Constitution and law disdaining, evidence tampering, extortion and bribery to exact political not justice-based outcomes, property crimes, 80+ traffic stops with six or more fully-outfitted vehicles to create a scene, even when the car and occupants had not driven anywhere and had a B.A.C. averaging 0.0.
Like many victims and the literal couple of individuals who cared enough to advocate for their protection and against community and official support for child abusers, like the young girl molested by Judge Sandra Ray Criner (R) and State Senate candidate S.Criner, her Republican husband, I too was forced to leave Eastern N.C. after years of death threats, violence, and armed attacks including having a gun to my head and my dog, Boomer's head, on several occasions, theft of my property, harassment, torture, being forced to re-learn how to talk such was the severity, deprivation of water, food, and thrown in the hole in N.C.'s most infamous and highest security prison, despite no criminal actions or victims other than suffering a seizure while on the grass shoulder of a quiet residential street.
It would have been preferable, more humane and Christian to have been shot in the head and killed knowing the sadistic, life-destroying, evil sadistic treatment I received in retaliation for my running for local office opposed to the "Culture of Corruption" of those who have dominated the government in Wilmington since Republicans like me and blacks were murdered, and deprived of all they owned, and allowed to choose as I was, leave town now or those threats (documented and made by agents working for the D.A., Rep. Ted Davis, Woody White, pedophile and corruption-linked judge Sandra Criner, Sheriff Ed McMahon and specific documented) NC SBI and US FBI agents with evidence that they personally conspired with local prosecutors and judicial and legal authorities in evidence tampering, deliberate concealment of that tampering from the public and victims of legal and Constitutional rights.
Violations by criminally corrupt officials with an FBI and Eric Holder FBI that might have had important, not necessarily nefarious priorities, but in actuality if the collusion and involvement of FBI staff too close to local officials to act lawfully, to protect the democratic process, enforce the laws under their jurisdiction when evidence is sufficient and leads toward righteous charges and appropriate judicial proceedings for the protection of the vulnerable and regardless of personal prejudices in a community proud of its corrupt traditions and leaders, and absence of Christian or any moral values or human decency or Rule of Law, that finds humor in beating and torture and raping children like the people and leaders of the Cape Fear, where D.A.s sleep with married women with charges against them by that DA, criminal activities start in retaliation for opposing corruption during a campaign (as Wilmington Mayor Bill Saffo stated regarding corrupt official Rep. Ted Davis, officials concealing major felony crimes to conceal their many affairs from their wives concealing information and violations of so many State, Federal and local laws its enough to fill volumes, led a former official, Katherine Bell Moore, to some very similar misconduct, perhaps the only official or media to request information on millions of dollars in lawsuits incurred each month yet Never once investigated by any media or official besides myself in decades if ever, and a NAACP and ACLU that refused to act because they have limited resources and those resources were moving to Wilmington and wanted to be free from the criminal violence and able to practice law privately which anybody who has a brain refused to do to avoid facing the same fate...electing to defecate on the Constitution, Rule of Law, Justice and even child protection from sexual and physical abuse and canine pet hunting rather than risk their livelihood and commit themselves to ethical, principled, sacrifice-based public service with no tolerance and compromising with corruption and criminal abuses of power, absence of ethics, transparency, integrity and legal moral conduct....the FBI itself declared those values are unwinnable in NC where raping boys and corruption is considered a virtue and leads to profits in a community where evil governs and you can count the Christians on one hand.
The NC GOP calls drag queens child abusers yet champions raping and tormenting rape victims of all ages, most evil greedy trolls who are just evil trolls and a few who assuredly rationalize their evil and indifference to human lives and even children’s lives because they have their own children to support and no evil is merit able of action or reform in a violently retaliatory and immoral culture just like when their grandparents accomplished the only Coup d’état in U.S. history and police brutality ONLY matters when a black person is the victim not some Republican cracker Yankee who has no conflicts of interest and no intention to break even one campaign promise despite the personal costs and lost profits from playing the corrupt game.
It's time for Congress to investigate as they started with the U.S. Gymnastics team what is clearly a dereliction of justice and law enabling child sexual abuse, criminal judicial officials and police brutality.
Don't take my word, though, nor expect Congress to fully investigate the corrupt and political, broken FBI and US DOJ, which I used to respect and for the record I always voted 100% for law enforcement while they were attacking me and threatening my life and abusing the vulnerable who had no other elected voice in government except me at the time.
File a FOIA request see what they'll tell you because the media won't, the racism industry won't, if your pale, and Josh Stein should never be elected Governor unless he shows some integrity and virtue and acts against corruption and injustice by his friends and allies in both parties who abuse the State's courts, DA offices, and governments, showing complete disdain for justice and the law and the Constitution and civil and human rights and demand that the system for removing corrupt lawyers rest with an ethical lawful agency and public, not unethical lawyers representing private corrupt lawyers as current law apparently requires.
That’s like letting two wolves at a table with a sheep decide what's for dinner. And transparency has to be enforced under existing laws at least not dependent on a media that invents and lies with less integrity, human decency, ethics or honesty than Dr. Seuss.
FACT: It was widely known and has been for many years that Wilmington's corrupt D.A., Benjamin David, Sheriff Ed McMahon, County officials Rep. Ted Davis, Woody White, prostitution promoter Beth Dawson, and unethical, bribed, corrupt, evil no integrity "fake media" and the corrupt criminals who comprise sadistic Deputies, Chris Coudriet, and the perverted, corrupt RINOs and Democrats who take pride in N.C.'s historically savage corruption and sadistic violence, promotes sexual abuses of children in New Hanover County Schools. Victimization of children, aided by FBI agents pimping troubled adolescent boys to known pedophile powerbrokers in State Government, i.e. RC Soles, Judge Criner, and Sheriff Ed McMahon were not only possible defenders of child rape and armed attacks on elected officials by the sadistic, criminal David twins and their pals Gov. Roy Cooper and aspiring Gov, A.G. Josh Stein, who largely protected by systemic corruption not only in the NHCS but throughout the entire community, culture and institutions of Wilmington, New Hanover County and the State of North Carolina, particularly in the Cape Fear region where corruption, criminal conduct by public officials, and attitude of permissiveness even when children are victims is and has been the norm for many decades if not longer.
This has been documented by the FBI, it's not my opinion, and the history of child abusing public corruption and criminality in the public sector is consistent with the corrupt, evil, greedy, immoral values of the community where Christian values and protecting the innocent, including children and harmless animals is as disdained and often met by violence, criminal retaliation, abuses of power and sadistic, cruel smear campaigns and vindictive life ruining attacks by elected officials, government, law enforcement, and the courts, using public resources and bribes, and the shared lack of integrity, absence of honesty and transparency, and absence of ethics and the Rule of Law, enables widespread criminal misconduct by public officials and invented “fake” news with the effect of destroying anyone who actively opposes public corruption, violations of civil rights and damage to innocent victims.
Resultingly, a total lack of Judeo-Christian practices or Christian virtue defines North Carolina’s hypocritical, inhumane, corrupt, greedy, violent wildly adulterous and unfaithful culture, especially in the Cape Fear Region where brutality, injustice, disdain for the Rule of Law amid celebrations of corruption and dishonesty and hatred for transparency & those who oppose the corruption championed by the evil populace…Disingenuously claiming Judeo-Christian beliefs but in practice choosing to benefit & reward those leaders who most exhibit the cruelty, injustice, vengeance and hatreds shared by the communities of the Cape Fear, and also shared by perpetrators of abuses, sadistic violence, habitual adultery and evil abuses of power designed and effective in causing profound harm to anyone who threatens this corruption.
The proud loyalty and esteem bestowed by this community of fake Christians reveals itself in the unyielding supportive relationships between the population of New Hanover County and its leading citizens, who ensure that those who abuse power, murder, torture, defy the law with impunity and fulfill the peoples’ lust for abuse of children and vulnerable people and government corruption and violence. Wilmington is unique in its near total support for those who abuse children, carry multiple extra-marital partners at all times, misuse public resources for personal profit, and falsely imprison, assault, threaten, lynch, murder or force those with alternative morals built upon personal integrity, public service and transparency, a FACT that has been documented by the U.S. Department of Justice and FBI for more than five decades uninterrupted.
Inhumane torment and brutally violent outcomes have been so consistent in Wilmington and surrounding areas over the years that few citizens dare to speak up and oppose criminal & evil, or at best, achieve the same outcomes of personal destruction through more legally ambiguous, clandestine, unethical & deceptive actions & conduct and actions no matter how egregious and how numerous the victims. Provided individuals deserving of the wrath and life-ruining consequences desired by the citizenry for the few who have told the truth, honored their promises, sacrificed for public service, opposed corruption & criminal “officials” misconduct, or presented a threat to the "Culture of Corruption" in Southeast N.C. and its immoral, self-serving Machiavellian leaders, the entire community that supports, with ruthless dedication, the profiteering, respected leaders and the attacks on the lives, families, and reputations of those foolish enough to challenge total lack of integrity, victimization of the undeserving and the public officials responsible, both Republicans and Democrats remain satisfied and share power throughout Southeastern N.C. Coastal N.C. is largely unique in the United States, with a population that is incredibly rare in terms of the commonality and widespread favor for extreme sadistic and corrupt behaviors and institutions, far beyond the types of corruption and violent policies more prevalent in American politics and public life, and beyond what most Americans can comprehend because Wilmington is so rigidly, historically dominated by an entrenched elite who act and think in ways most people can't even contemplate. Even in attempting, trying to understand the extreme practices and terroristic community delivered harm and sadistic, antebellum violence motivating public desires for control and destruction of those deemed “outside agitators” it's simply too shocking, too unbelievable, too abnormal in American society for most any even remotely sane, empathetic, normal adult to comprehend and absent any conceivable logic, rationales or necessity indicating a possible motive(s) almost all Americans outside of North Carolina find it simply impossible to believe that anyone let alone anyone educated, respected and affluent in modern America, would think and act in the extreme, grossly excessive, seemingly unnecessary manner exercised by the sadistic minds of N.C. political, legal and public officials. It’s far easier to dismiss the evidence and notion that the unbelievable is real and defies comprehension with an accompanying sense of nausea than to accept that in Wilmington there really exists a culture of such rare diabolical leadership and acceptable public conduct – unlike any other populated community in the entire nation.
Case and point:
FACT: D.A. Ben David, Sherriff Ed McMahon, New Hanover County Commissioners and government brass, and their allies in State government and the unethical paid off media (with no interest in truth or refraining from inventing totally fictional stories invented by local media in Wilmington in lieu of factual reporting actual, source able, verifiable journalism) were well aware of child abuses and criminal activities with even child victims had been and was occurring in the schools in the early 2010s and prior years, and not only did the District Attorney's Office, judicial and law enforcement officials, New Hanover County government and many trusted community and religious leaders have first hand knowledge of specific crimes, they actively protected the perpetrators, refrained from any and all manner of intervention, refused consideration of any form of accountability or consideration of any measures merely to prevent future crimes and more victims of those who were protected to commit additional crimes while these very same County leaders, D.A. David, and law enforcement remorselessly brutalized and destroyed the very few who demanded reforms, myself included, and instead of holding criminals to justice these corrupt officials engaged in wholesale criminal and sadistic campaigns against anyone who threatened this status quo with a zeal and violence that might reflect the lynch mob, fake Christian values of the community and people of Eastern N.C. but displays outright disdain for basic justice, human and civil rights, and the law and my values are not for sale or compromise when child abuse, canine abuse, Constitutional and basic liberties are advanced and corruption trumps justice, empathy for innocent victims, and the Rule of Law for reasons I still can't even comprehend.
After documenting, recording and collected evidence (admissible almost certainly in any legal proceedings) of child abuse and embezzlement of Federal funds and collusion and aid in lieu of intervention & prevention by local law enforcement, religious and political leaders, media and public audiences, I devoted years to vigorously seeking with the provision of extensive, verifiable, independently sourced, evidence of the extreme violence, corruption and life-altering, if not life-ruining routine abuses and crimes committed by or aided by those in positions of authority and trust. Under penalty of perjury and throughout more than four years of constant retaliation, violence, resulting in permanent neurological damage, publicly financed smears and reputational destruction meant to create maximum harm and undermined credibility intended to exact revenge, irreversibly destroy any prospect of continued professional career growth and economic self-sufficiency, while providing a constant stream of totally invented lies and fictions with no basis even remotely connected to any factual realities, yet with hundreds of thousands of taxpayer funds and criminal New Hanover County management and personnel and bribed media content to invent stories for cash, effective destruction to prevent potentially compelling so-called & presumed Federal and State agencies including the U.S. Dept. of Justice, Civil Rights Division, US Attorney Office, F.B.I. a nd N.C. Governors Roy Cooper & Pat McCrory, Attorney General Josh Stein, the State Bureau of Investigation and numerous other public and private law enforcement, media, political advocacy and watchdog and child and victim protection entities contacted regularly with actionable evidence in a constant effort to spur any investigation, any oversight, any action at all by those responsible for law, justice, governance, public safety and protection of children & victims of crimes.
Nonetheless, those officials and agencies in N.C., the Cape Fear region, and Federal agencies including the aforementioned Roy Coper, Josh Stein, Pat McCrory, the U.S. Department of Justice, Civil Rights Division, and equally, institutionally corrupt F.B.I. and media, along with local law enforcement and officials involved directly or complicit solely through their corrupt silence deeply ingrained in the people and cultures of those corrupt public institutions with jurisdiction or a duty to intervene (as they claim as part of their mission and activities though in reality exist only on paper and in no other respects whatsoever even as a façade let alone in any tangible form at all), not only refused to act, even the ACLU and NAACP and those who claim to protect children, women and other vulnerable persons, refused to defy the alliances and profitability that any questioning, criticism, investigation or law enforcement initiative would undoubtedly jeopardize & invite further retaliatory measures. However, my presumption that the US Department of Justice and FBI, if no other agency or official or unethical media or advocacy organization, would…provided evidence and knowing the severity and harms involved with consistently increasing victims and grieving families absent any justice or law enforcement…would act!
I failed to comprehend that the corruption and politics within the U.S. Department of Justice and F.B.I. mirrors the institutional corruption deeply ingrained in State and local agencies known for their systemic public corruption for many decades and in some cases, dating back uninterrupted to the 1898 violent Coup d’Etat in Wilmington, the only violent Coup in U.S. history. I was more naïve though in assessing the Federal agencies as the gold standard and most professional, effective, resourced justice and law enforcement organizations in the nation if not the entire world, my previous experience as a character reference for friends pursuing Special Agent and U.S. Attorney Office career opportunities suggested as much. I did not know at the time that the corruption and complicity of Federal officials and a system that prevents integrity and ethics through organizational agendas driven by politics not public safety or personal ethics and character of field agents as the latter does not exist or flourish as I erroneously presumed. I never contemplated the fact that the field offices and bureaus exist and are dedicated exclusively to protecting, working and partnering with local officials and no matter how violent, organized, criminal and evil the crimes committed by local officials and law enforcement, the U.S. DOJ and FBI, and US Attorney’s, never do and never will intervene even to enforce laws against lynching, child sexual and physical abuse, theft of Federal funds even funds meant to feed and educate the most vulnerable and disadvantaged children in the community, as well as violations of all laws concerning civil and legal rights, justice, civil rights and voting rights and representative democracy, in fact, all such crimes merit the aid and collusion and protection of Federal officials to protect the political agenda partnering Federals and local officials intimately and personally, so closely, that for all practical and realizable purposes, renders any adherence to the stated mission and jurisdictions of the Federal justice and law enforcement agencies as impossible and non-existent, and only massive externally implemented reforms and overhaul, including standards and procedures requiring ethics and integrity and respect for equal judicious application and enforcement of the law consistent with intent and American ideals, Realistically, considering the extent and long neglect by Congress and the White House to reform and inhibit the corruption now impervious within the entire culture and SOPs and internal systems of these organizations, realistically, meaningful reform and introduction of ethics and Rule of Law into their cultures and operations, probably necessitates development of new, completely distinct, modern, improved replacement institutions to fulfill the missions claimed by DOJ and FBI in words only and never in practice except perhaps in the efforts of field and Headquarters personnel to prevent effective application of the laws of the land.
I knew my uncompromising opposition to rampant corruption, the reason I ran for office at all, would not make me popular, but I was naïve about the extent of violence, criminal attacks against me, my dog, Boomer, my property and any rights or standards of law or morality would lead to four years of constant crimes against me including numerous armed attacks even in my home by corrupt AR-15 and shotgun wielding Deputies while young children were present, approximately 80 unlawful traffic stops and detentions without any criminal acts or probable cause whatsoever, deliberate false arrests, imprisonment, assaults and torture including being thrown "in the hole" in N.C.’s maximum security prison without food, water or clothing for days:
Brutality beyond any treatment of murders, rapists and violent felons endure despite no crimes, never having harmed ANY person my entire adult life or deprived anybody of their property or ever having engaged in act of public corruption or even conflicts of interest and self-interests EVER, yet my life was very much threatened.
I was robbed of everything I owned, 4 or 5 times in one year, and subjected to the total abuses of government's power and public funds topping $500, 000 to destroy my credibility and ability to fulfill my commitment to keep ALL of my campaign pledges and fight corruption, and the evil community devoid of any semblance of Christian people and values, you who joined or found the violence and real threats of lynching at gunpoint humorous pleasure for your trolling hatred and desires, indirectly if not directly fueling the very predictable, publicly protected child sexual abuses and horrific victimization across Wilmington and the N.C. when some if not many victims could have been spared and should have been from that moment on instead more children and families suffered and that anguish and the years of torture, well, it would have been more humane and preferable had you simply killed me instead of the politically motivated criminal sadism and retaliation that destroyed my life and reputation as it was intended to do and prevented any truthful discourse or public integrity, lawfulness and decency in public service and institutions, and prevented protecting children who became unnecessary victims of the criminals benefitting from the misconduct of allies D.A. David, the Sheriff's Office, County government, political and media establishments and not simply NHCS and School Board members, and NOT one person has ever bothered to act despite my begging for years for people to demand that the U.S. Justice Department, N.C. Attorney General, and corrupt U.S. attorney's Office and FBI to investigate the extensive evidence including recorded conversations, documentation and independent witness contact information and much more provided to them under penalty of perjury, certainly actionable, yet for not necessarily nefarious reasons.
The U.S. FBI and other LEOs aided and colluded in the criminal misconduct by corrupt local leaders and law enforcement to create more child and adult and canine victims who would have been spared suffering and tragedy without this collusion and certainly many innocent victims would have been spared had the DOJ, FBI, NC SBI, A.G., media or advocates contacted by me (infuriating your D.A. and New Hanover County officials) done anything even just formally requesting (had they cared enough to do so) what local government, sadistic law enforcement (who I voted in support of 100% despite their corrupt sadistic practices at times and real threats and violence targeting me, personally), incestuous New Hanover County courthouse and government personnel violently opposed, that is the Rule of Law, protecting children and innocent lives instead of choosing to pursue without remorse or empathy, their own twisted self-interests and aims.
Lest you fall for the undeniable charisma and intelligence of your elected officials and D.A. and Sheriff, consider that despite being the worst criminal in Wilmington history as was reported and claimed), I was offered by Ben David the opportunity to avoid all of the torture and abuses and prosecutorial, judicial and police misconduct and violence and permanent damage from the damage resulting by simply agreeing to do something political instead, in other words, I could have easily accepted his extortion offer and done one thing political not criminal justice in nature and been much better off, spared so much suffering and it would have profited me rather than costing me and a fate worse than death...
...However, I don't consider that to be in the spirit of justice and question the legality of such a political "sentence" had their actually been a crime committed by me that demanded accountability, and it's insubstantial compared to the wholesale, absolutely criminal misconduct that includes brutal violence and major felonies which are commonly used by a D.A. and D.A. Office that is absolutely criminal in its very operation, and which demands immediate investigation, prosecution and disbarment of Ben David, Jon David and those who share their criminal abuses of power and crimes "under Color of Law" that make Michael Nifong look like a Saint, and the F.B.I.s and government pimping of minors to former Democratic leader R.C. Soles look like Sesame Street in light of the wholesale suffering that your support for officials in the Cape Fear region has created and continues to generate with each passing day and year that you consent to corruption and evil...at least until it effects you and your family personally...
Nobody cares or risks retaliation for doing the right thing when its some other family and child who was abused and left grieving.
Not in the corrupt, sadistic, immoral, violent, evil, dishonest, zero integrity, zero fidelity, no Christian virtues or Judeo-Christian values, and Constitution violating homicidal fake Christians masquerading as Republicans and Democrats though defiling all principles and laws even God's laws are empty words and nothing more in corrupt, criminal, evil enclave of Wilmington, NC and the corruption leading state of North Carolina.
The only place where Republicans hate laws and Christian virtues, defecate on the U.S. Constitution, exploit taxpayers, defend child rape and detest integrity and human and natural rights, civil rights and liberty.
And Cape Fear Democrats, the NAACP, ACLU and corrupt Bar Association, Judges, Courts, prosecutors and aspiring Governor and corrupt A.G. Josh Stein support all police brutality, innocent unarmed human target practice, lynching and home invasions by off-duty deputies armed with AR-15s and shotguns to terrorize, extort at gunpoint elected officials opposed to corruption and backroom dealing, self-dealing, and prove their death threats are serious, criminal misconduct by corrupt law enforcement.
