He bought that house for peanuts, before it went to public auction, and his last house (other than what he correctly called his "CRACK HOUSE" on Wrightsville Avenue that has since been demolished), was on Dawson Street near 6th -- the BROTHERHOOD where I used to buy pot and pick up men!!!
He KNOWS that everyone in my building -- and our Landlady Gold Walker has agreed -- wants me to call the Building Inspector, because he has added at least one separate apartment and several other new rooms, but NEVER had it INSPECTED!!! And has all kinds of JUNK in the yard that mosquitoes breed in.
So far, I have REFRAINED from siccing the Law on him, but he knows that I can!!!
2. I discovered that Michael Fauss, a close Denison University friend, is alive and living in Midtown Atlanta. And I had not KNOWN that Michael had been MUSIC DIRECTOR of the Red Barn Theatre in Key West for several years!!!

My mother, Ruth Anne (Meyer) Kenan, America's TOP NAZI died a natural death at age 102 on October 20, 2025. She admitted MANY of her CRIMES to me -- including that she had DESTROYED MY LIFE four times -- including when she somehow got Hilary to accompany Chuck when he was able to repair the engine of the Ketch I then sailed with the owner, his wife, and one other crew on toward Block Island (and then they on to Cape Cod) -- as they were LATE getting back to open their Tourist Cabins there.
It seems that without Chuck knowing this, she planted the HOMING DEVICE in the ketch so that the PHANTOM FREIGHTER with NO LIGHTS would have split us in half five miles off Manasquan, NJ after a VIOLENT STORM tore out our mainsail and staysail, and we had only the engine to keep from being swamped. LUCKILY, I intuitively turned hard to Port, just as the freighter came into view maybe 20 feet from us!!! And we got past it, and were NOT swamped in its wake, either.
I have called this my own personal Kristallnacht!!! Because at the SAME TIME, Mom had arranged for my sister Jane to fall 25 feet and land on her head at UNC Chapel Hill. Jane went into a coma for five days, and suffered much brain injury, but after a year off, was able to change majors to History, as she no longer had the thinking power to become a Nurse!!!
Mom HAD to kill Jane and me because we both witnessed and remembered her NAZI CRIMES.
Afterward, Jane remembered LITTLE of before her fall -- and became EMOTIONALLY DEPENDENT on my mother, who used THAT to control her. Only I still had to DIE!!!
Well, I haven't, and I expect I WILL NOT (unnaturally)!!!
But YOU had twice begun sobbing uncontrollably when your younger son showed me his movie about his Pritchard Grandparents. You were overcome with GUILT!!!
And you ALSO sent back this great painting I gave you, claiming it "reminded you TOO MUCH OF ME!!!"
