Dear Gold,
I hope this finds you well in all this frigid weather!!! Having had time to digest your invoice of about ten days ago, I have reached a better perspective on things, and I hope you will consider my words very seriously.
As I previously wrote, there is no legal way you could charge me for either what you erroneously paid to take out eviction against Andre Tyler Breton, or for what the Magistrate explained to you was his half-month of Trespassing. You had agreed to let me know as soon as you took possession so I could very quickly remove that bed and complete the cleaning, but you did NOT do that, and to try to charge me only $100.00 for cleaning shows it was very minimal.
I will not pay for any of this, and if you want to take me to Court, I hope you have an EXCELLENT lawyer, as we WILL go to jury trial if not thrown out at first.
In the matter of Jonathan Deputy coming here to try to BULLY ME into leaving ASAP – and if I blogged about ANY of that that it was LEGAL REASON to file Eviction against me, that was so inappropriate and probably illegal, I am still somewhat in a state of SHOCK over it – but to Jon’s credit, although he did give a GREAT PERFORMANCE, he also said it was ONLY because of YOU being his boss, and he and I had previously discussed his contention that you really are not up to managing properties anymore, and should SELL THEM ALL and enjoy your great financial position.
More and more, I see Jon’s point – and hope you will consider it. You do NOT NEED the hassle – especially with Drug Traffickers so prevalent in Wilmington, downtown and elsewhere -- when you could be living “The Retiree’s Life”. Imagine it!!!
I lost a lot of time and money due to the insanity of all that went on around my move – and healed quickly from your brittle chair leaving me with a wrenched spine. But given the troubles and REAL COSTS I incurred due to all of that -- much of it actually caused by Tyler, who lied to us both and we BOTH believed him – a HALLUCINATING Bipolar and ADHD diagnosed person on drugs that kicked him into EXTREME Mania, and hence the hallucinations. You, I, and Tyler were ALL “temporarily insane” – or at least over-emotional in our reactions to all that happened.
What I am getting at is that I still owe you something like four more installments for the Bed Bug Treatments. BECAUSE I was unable to spray everything down and clean it better before moving because of all the mayhem, I DID find three live (two juicy) Bed Bugs, and two dead ones, in the first ten days of living here, but NONE in the last month+ since then, so I believe they are all gone, mostly thanks to the mattress sleeves.
As I write this, I have a total of $50.00 in the bank and $6.00 in cash, but have paid everything current – except that I could NOT buy my Arrhythmia drugs ($98.00/month), and will run out in four days if my brother (whom I sent a message asking for financial help), cannot do that – but I fully expect he will.
Additionally, since you told me that YOU believed that Denise Renee Wood had actually brought the bed bugs into the house, that SHE should have paid you, and you did say you thought she deliberately stuck Sa’ant Samuel Celia, Jr., with that charge. Both members of my family and several local professionals (accountants, lawyers), said I NEVER should have paid for that – under those circumstances!!!
As you know, I was very naïve about the critters and did not realize I was infested until they were EVERYWHERE, and in fact do not know what to think about how I got them.
My point is that after all that non-sense of attempted BULLY-eviction, etc., I think it would be fair for you to simply forgive my remaining debt, but NOT compensate me for what I already paid you. It is TOO COMPLICATED to get to the bottom of who really brought them in at this point.
I would also like to RESET our relationship – we always got on GREAT and discussed many personal things, but it is BEST that I am here with neither you nor Mr. Deputy living near or onsite – and acting like a Den Mother. I not only abide by my lease (and pay bills early, reliably), but also respect your property as if I owned it.
Also, I bear NO ill will toward Mr. Deputy – he said you made him do it, and it is ALL great story material for this writer.
FYI: Today, I began looking for a part-time job and am confident I will find one soon – although given my wildly adventuresome life, and that I have worked for myself most of it, not having applied for a job since 1990, and having mostly exotic personal references like Lt. General Russel Honore’ or peculiar ones like District Attorney Ben David (the ONLY local politician MAN ENOUGH to speak with me civilly – and NOT run from me like Chicken-Mayor Bill Saffo or Chicken-Sheriff Ed McMahon), I am finding that just being HONEST about my Kenan Family’s Narco-Trafficking with many of Wilmington’s Christian Churches, is a WORKING approach.
Today, one of two employers I spoke with is a local on-site large retail business KNOWN for their Christian Principles (they even close on Sunday due to their faith), and they are THRILLED by what I am doing politically, and understand that when I criticize Christians that I mean those who don’t attend Church or Bible Study regularly -- and use Faith to hide CRIMES BEHIND – like Donald Trump whom they ALSO detest, although they first voted for him.
Please let me know in writing your thoughts on all of this.
