2. When Allie Ryan's sister and her Eagle-Scout boyfriend Jack cleaned up all the empty beer bottles, cups, Bourbon bottles, and other trash, they did NOT take away any of the FURNITURE, coolers, etc., at all -- DESPITE my telling them that the yardman has been trying to cut the grass, and would be back very soon, now that the rains have stopped.
3. This morning, someone took their four kitchen chairs back upstairs, but did NOT remove anything else.
4. This morning, Landlady Gold Walker's Maintenance Supervisor Thomas came out and knocked on their door upstairs, and then I soon saw him pull away. I have NO IDEA if he actually spoke with any of them -- although they had two of their cars here then.
5. They STILL have left their rolling trash and recycle containers at the curb -- DESPITE the City leaving them a WARNING that that is NOT ALLOWED, about six days ago!!!
6. Although they FIRST had connected the Water Slide to MY water (not aware it was no longer "Community Water"), after they used other hoses to connect to Rob's water with his permission, they NEVER put my hose back -- so I did so yesterday, so that it would be OUT OF THE YARDMAN'S WAY when he cut the grass.
7. This morning -- since it has not rained -- I went to water some of the pots on my deck, only to DISCOVER they had PULLED IT SO TIGHT to the side, that they RUINED my brand-new hose's CONNECTION at the spigot, so that NOW it sprays TONS OF WATER EVERYWHERE -- and I'll at least need to buy and install a new FEMALE HOSE ENDING.
8. Just NOW, I checked mail and discovered that they never cleaned up the several beer bottles and cans left in the STREET -- and that the BMW that I am almost SURE belongs to Aaron Gallimore, Rob's FIRST roommate:
And it was Aaron Gallimore who SWORE TO ME that Allie's boyfriend Pete had been doing LOTS OF BUSINESS with Sherry Hall Spivey next-door, while she was still running one of the BIGGEST Drug Operations in Wilmington.
This is the THIRD DAY IN A ROW that this BMW has been parked next to Rob's car, so I guess he LIVES HERE AGAIN (but does not again have a key).

I made ANOTHER stupid mistake with Ms. Winfrey: I mistook her FOOD SITE for the MEDIA SITE Peach Buzz -- that was big in Atlanta when I lived there, but even THAT has now GONE OUT OF BUSINESS as of 2009 -- LOL!!!
So I will only send Ms. Winfrey a link to this blog posting -- she's too small a fish in a small pond to spend any more time with.

This is my FAVE now OLD Gay Movie -- I watched it so many times during the aughts I've got the whole thing MEMORIZED -- LOL!!!

And here is a list of ADDITIONAL PROBLEMS that have resulted from it:
1. To be clear, if Rob in apartment One was home, he did NOT participate, and John Gray Hunter of apartment Three, was nowhere near here at the time.
2.
