Actually, this is the flag of the Confederate States of Mexico -- and while I lived in Puerto Vallarta several years ago, I was told by Mexican Politicians that a LOT of both "American Confederates" and "American NAZIS" had hideouts in the jungle about 100 miles south of Puerto Vallarta (but I did NOT seek them out).
Now, it's been a SUPER-ACTIVE WEEK, and BEST is that blog hits in general are up considerably -- and whoever is hitting this blog, they are FOR ONCE nearly ALL from the USA, and the posts hit MOST are FULL OF EVIDENCE, and I'll list the next top four, otherwise, by DESCENDING number of hits:

Allie Ryan and her boyfriend Pete from apartment Two STILL have not rolled back their trash and recycle bins from the curb since pick-up at 8:30 AM Monday morning -- DESPITE the warning the City left them two weeks ago to STOP LEAVING THEM THERE.
And you GUESSED IT, they have dropped their bags of garbage into MY smaller container, so that it is now FULL, and I will have to fill THEIRS until they are emptied -- and THEIRS remain EMPTY at the curb.
Aaron Gallimore still lives with "Jim", who has the lease on apartment One, but has NOT been bringing the CRACK WHORE LEAH there (that I know of), and if he's selling LSD and CRACK out of the apartment again, I'm not aware of it.
Last night "Jim" borrowed my toaster oven's tiny baking sheet to BAKE COOKIES, and knowing he never RETURNS THINGS, stopped by this afternoon and retrieved it. I asked how it went, and he said he and Aaron were so HIGH, they THOUGHT they had cookie dough (which comes in tubes and tubs), but actually had cookie MIX (in a box), that had to be mixed with OTHER INGREDIENTS that they did NOT have, nor have the money to buy, so gave up.
They have been without WATER in their apartment for a WEEK, at least, and I asked if they got it BACK. "Jim" said, NO, but they will in a few days, and now plan to live here INDEFINITELY. -- Jonathan Deputy is treating them SO WELL!!!
