When I FIRST wrote to Randall Kenan in the mid-aughts, and he HELPED ME PROVE that his employer, Sewanee (The University of the South), at their Sewanee Writers Conference -- funded by Tennessee Williams's STOLEN ESTATE, called the "Walter Dakin Fund", he CHAFED at the idea he got the Kenan name from being descended from a Kenan and one of their African Slaves. And at that time, Randall Kenan had published a story of his MOTHER (Grandmother???), having worked as COOK for Howard Hughes!!! Randall would NOT tell me if it was fact or fiction, but Tennessee Williams's BEST FRIEND (a DEVOUT Episcopalian, "Texas Kate" (Schweppe) Sharp, Moldawer, and later McNamara -- who also helped me PROVE the Episcopal Church had MURDERED Tennessee), had FIRST been the wife of Dudley Sharp II (the first Dudley Sharp had been Dwight Eisenhower's Secretary of the Air Force who wrote the FIRST US LAWS governing Nuclear Warfare in Outer Space).
And Dudley I and Howard Hughes (who had been Bebe Rebozo's Lover -- like Richard Nixon had been Bebe Rebozo's Lover as well), had been BEST FRIENDS since childhood -- their fathers having jointly owned the Sharp-Hughes Tool Corporation that Howard Hughes used to FUND his many adventures, including TWA!!!

And Texas Kate grew up in Atlanta, Georgia -- BEST FRIENDS with Frank Hawkins Kenan and James Graham Kenan and their Episcopalian Families -- where she learned to act like the WEALTHIEST WOMAN IN THE WORLD, the description of the character Babe Foxworth that Tenn based on Kate in his last full-length play, In Masks Outrageous and Austere:

Texas Kate accompanied Tennessee Williams to the 1979 Kennedy Center Honors, where he got HIS AWARD. On right is Tennessee's sister Rose, who had had the SECOND PRE-FRONTAL LOBOTOMY performed in the USA -- because their Episcopalian MOTHER was upset by Rose's early INTEREST IN MEN!!!
As Tennessee put it to me, "Rose was sexually precocious -- and it HORRIFIED my mother, who HATED Cornelius's sexual ATTENTIONS!!!"
