I'd hoped we could find a way to SPEED my Landlady Gold Walker's rent check to her -- it took TEN DAYS IN THE MAIL to be delivered this month -- and it only traveled half a mile in the SAME Zip Code!!!
But, I do know that all mail including for within Wilmington is now sent to Charlotte for sorting, and Teri wrote back that TWO major winter storms had slowed ALL MAIL, and it is unlikely to happen again.
Before she had gotten the check, Gold changed her mind and said that she does NOT WORRY ABOUT ME, so I should just forget her concern and the check will arrive, which it soon did.
See this posting, 3/4 the way down, which also shows at least one of SEVERAL TIMES the Post Office downtown SCREWED ME, claiming twice the addresses I mailed Letters to Pastor Ernie Thompson at First Presbyterian, and also Bank of America that Teri Motsinger mailed my check to to deposit in my account all came back "address unknown" although they were perfectly addressed!!! AND my complaint against MAJOR DRUG-SELLER Jennifer McCracken, who had stuffed a HATE NOTE in my US Mailbox at Carolina Apartments, which the Postal Inspector at 28401, said he'd investigate -- but he lost, instead!!!:

Hi Katrina, it has been 15 years since you or someone at the Shepherd hung a poster in the main room of your shelter with my face and the address of my new apartment, saying "Scott Kenan -- Wanted Dead or Alive" and soon your employees in a Good-Shepherd-logoed van hacked my computer via wifi, parking in front of it on S. 8th Street. And they employed my undocumented Latino roommate -- until he and two of his friends (also undocumented), demanded back-pay for the landscaping they had done. Your employees shot the other two dead, and told David Escalante -- I still have his County Immunization Papers -- they would shoot him DEAD -- if he ever demanded payment for the yard work he'd done for a month, then!!! So, David FLED to Charlotte -- never to be heard from again!!!

Clearly, we BOTH are good at survival, so we might as well stop trying to destroy the reputations of each other!!! I know your org gets the biggest donations from the two WHITE Churches dealing the most Hard Drugs: Mayor Saffo's St. Nicholas Greek Orthodox (the Greek Orthodox Church sided with Vladimir Putin and the Russian Orthodox Church and INVESTS in the armaments companies that arm Putin against Ukraine -- I think ALL GREEK ORTHODOX are therefore TRAITORS TO DEMOCRACY and should be thrown out of the USA!!!), and former D.A. Benjamin R. David's First Presbyterian Church, that still has NO NON-WHITE MEMBERS, is huge in Drug Trafficking, and some of whose members were TOP PEOPLE who stole New Hanover Regional Medical Center system for NOVANT (whose CEO Carl Armato is a high Presbyterian Official).
But recently, I have made my peace with Mayor Saffo and former D.A. Ben David (who promised to get my copyright for https://laterdaysoftennesseewilliams.blogspot.com/ back from Jamie Lee Sutherland et al), and they and I have recently flirted sexually with each other -- IMAGINE!!!
I wish you LUCK -- but want to remind you that the last half year, I've seen many reports in the NEWS ONLINE that wealthy communities like Wilmington that spend a LOT on FOOD, SHELTER, and SERVICES for homeless people -- most of whom are either Mentally Ill or Drug Addicts -- and Criminals -- come here to enjoy this HEAVEN OF DRUG ADDICTION supported by local Governments and Charities -- especially those of Christian Churches!!!

I found this on Facebook -- from 2021!!!
Last summer, when homeless people constantly begged for money in the strip mall behind the Checker's that has a Food Lion (at the western end of Oleander Drive), some of the guys have actually exposed themselves to me, hoping for a B.J. and some money!!!
But NO HOMELESS ever are seen at the Hanover Center strip mall (partially owned by my former landlord Kenneth Jernigan), at Oleander and Independence Blvd where I have TWICE seen Democratic Judge Robin Wicks Robinson shopping at the Harris Teeter (Robin has served as both Deacon & Elder at First Presbyterian -- and before being a Judge, RAN the Saffo Family LAW FIRM!!!).
I asked the guys WHY they are at Food Lion and NEVER at Hanover Center -- and they said that The Good Shepherd (where they stay), drops them there to panhandle and then picks them up at end of day -- and told them to NEVER go to the Harris Teeter strip mall -- where WHITE PEOPLE prefer to shop -- LOL!!!
