So WHAT is with Bill Saffo??? I had too much trouble with connections again today, so leave this for now -- but HERE is what happened when I again tried to call Jack Stein, head of Risk Management in Wilmington:

1. STILL no answer on Jack's business phone, so I called Mayor Saffo's assistant, Dawn Grants:

2. Dawn was OFF WORK today, so a temp substitute answered. I learned that Jack Stein actually works in a DIFFERENT BUILDING, so his and Dawn Grants' REFUSALS TO TAKE MY CALLS or RESPOND TO MY MESSAGES AND EMAILS might not even be KNOWN to Bill Saffo (who seemed not only smart -- but empathetic -- when I met him as well as Judge Faisson fall 2011 right outside MERCY HOUSE SHELTER, where the CREAM OF POLITICAL WILMINGTON (also there were D.A. Ben David -- whom NO ONE would talk to -- Police Chief Ralph Evangelous, and Sheriff Ed McMahon to HONOR Rev. James Shivers of Bethesda Christian Life Church that ran the Homeless Shelter http://www.mercyhouse.us/ until it was FORCED to stop nearly a year ago (but STAYED OPEN by the org being transferred to an independent group, paying RENT to Shit-Turd Shivers).

Mercy House Shelter was a complete DEN of homophobic "Christian" Narco-Traffickers who passed drugs day and night inside. Rev. Shivers collected TONS OF FOOD, CLOTHING, and OTHER ITEMS that he SOLD elsewhere, NEVER feeding the homeless in the front part of his warehouse building -- nor clothing us. He let OTHER CHURCHES do all that!!!

And he NEVER ONCE invited us to his church next door for services!!!
