Puerto Vallarta is truly an INTERNATIONAL CITY now, and Chava has NO EXCUSE to be giving the Nazi Salute in PUBLIC when he knew the press would publish it than my mother, Ruth Anne (Meyer) Kenan of Raleigh, NC had of RAISING HER CHILDREN IN THE 1950s and 60s with Nazi Swastikas on the dinner plates!!! (Mom claims they are a good luck symbol from many cultures pre-Hitler -- and they she inherited the china from her mother. UNTRUE!!! OK. For the following reasons, I recently became ACTUALLY MENTALLY ILL, and accused several people in Puerto Vallarta of things that are likely UNTRUE!!!:
1. After a FALSE DIAGNOSIS of BIPOLAR ILLNESS in 1978, when my mother did not like that Dr. Waggenheim of "Mainline Philadelphia" said I was fine but only needed to talk some things out, and found a Dr. Wallace "Wally" Hussong of Cherry Hill, NJ (60 miles away, she had to go to find a cooperating doctor in her demonic scheme!!!), who TERRORIZED me by filling "horse syringes" with serum that he acted like he was going to inject me with -- but didn't, and then diagnosed me BIPOLAR and put me on LITHIUM (a drug that diminishes intellectual capacity and the ability to see patterns of behavior -- and is ILLEGAL to prescribe except for temporary EMERGENCY purposes in nearly EVERY country now EXCEPT the United States), I have FOUGHT all these years to REMOVE THAT FALSE STIGMA, but this has not been easy.
Nevertheless, in the last two years, while doctors and laypeople-allegedly-qualified-to-diagnose have AGREED with this diagnosis, EVERY ONE OF THEM HAS BEEN RECOMMENDED BY MY MOTHER OR NORTH CAROLINA COURTS (why I STILL intend to sue those courts for MEGA_MILLIONS!!!).
On the OTHER hand, only ONE of several I have consulted thought I was mentally ill AT ALL -- and that was Dr. Hueholt of North Carolina Solutions in Wilmington, NC. NC Solutions ONLY receives state funds AS LONG AS ALL ITS PATIENTS ARE ON MEDICATIONS -- HELLO!?!?!
2. In the sixteen months I lived in Wilmington, NC (January 2011 - April 2012), I was arrested SIX TIMES on EIGHT FALSE MISDEMEANOR CHARGES -- spending a total of about two months in jail -- and COMMITTED TO MENTAL HOSPITALS TWICE on LIES (getting out as soon as was legally possible -- thanks to Dr. Martin, head of the hospital, who IMMEDIATELY acknowledged to me he knew they were lies).
Additionally, I was threatened and sometimes attacked by DRUG-TRASH MINIONS bearing knives, razors, or clenched fists MANY TIMES, kicked out of Good Shepherd Center and Mercy House Homeless Shelter (both fronts for illegal drug operations -- Good Shepherd ALSO running slavery rings using undocumented Latin Americans (my first roommate in Wilmington, David Escalante of Guatemala suffered watching Good Shepherd employees or volunteers SHOOT HIS TWO FRIENDS IN THE FACE after they all insisted on being paid.
David was let go with the warning that if he EVER demanded pay for his work again, he would be MURDERED AS WELL!!! He escaped to Charlotte, NC. I can only pray he is well.
3. After my Public Defender, Jennifer Harjo, made a deal with District Attorney Benjamin R. David (it is Ben David -- a Democrat -- and Republican NC State Senator Thom Goolsby, who RUN the illegal narco-trafficking operation in Wilmington, NC. MOST of the profits go to the Republican Party coffers) -- or his assistant D.A. that if I left North Carolina, they would drop ALL the charges within a year.
They had been delaying my trials and had gotten a Dr. Carrie Menke of D.A. JON David's office in Brunswick County to recommend to the Court that they FORCE me into Cherry Hospital where Dr. Menke recommended I be "force injected" with psychoactive chemicals until I was "sane enough" for court -- DESPITE the fact that I'd ALREADY had AT LEAST a dozen court appearances WITHOUT ANY COMPLAINT ABOUT MY WORDS OR BEHAVIOR AT ALL!!!
But I FORCED both Judge Sandra Ray Criner and Judge Jeffery Noecker to remove themselves from my cases (they both having BROKEN the law previously when I was in their courts), and Dr. Menke's recommendation was LAUGHED OFF by later judges -- PRAISE JESUS!!!
Results: Since then, TWO charges have bee dropped, two MORE were continued to JUNE 2013, and the rest remain "current and pending" as far as I know.
4. After fleeing to Puerto Vallarta after the DRUG TRASH MINIONS operating under D.A. Ben David and Sen. Goolsby (with MUCH assistance of Pastor Ernie Thompson of First Presbyterian Church -- ONCE ENDOWED BY MY KENAN RELATIVES!!! -- and where Pastor Thompson recently elevated Ben David to DEACON, I have suffered much harassment by Mark Servin (see below), and "Sonny" (see also below) -- as well as others in Puerto Vallarta, not ALL of whom admit to working under Mayor Chava Gonzalez Resendiz (PRI Party).

1. These stresses combined with my NOT speaking adequate Spanish or understanding Mexican Culture well enough to CONFIDENTLY discern the REAL POLITICAL SITUATION, led me to accuse Luis Melgoza, Salvador Fuentes (my possible third cousin -- about twice removed), and Peter Hardy (Peter, at least, had a sense of HUMOR about the whole thing!!!), of working against me -- when I do NOT actually know this to be true.
THIS WAS MY INSANITY, NOW REMOVED.
2. Realizing the impossibility of the situation, I completed a move to a different TIME ZONE a month earlier than I had planned to. And I APOLOGIZE to ALL I have accused INAPPROPRIATELY, and will make such amends with them as they reasonably request.
3. GOOD NEWS for those I accused FALSELY: NO ONE has found my blog by googling your names -- unlike the FOLLOWING GUILTY (using a typical "search phrase" for the one's that had them: "Jaime Southheimer Chicago Drug Mafia", Michael Massicott, Christal Presley, Ruth Anne Kenan, "corrupted Ben David" (same description for Judges Noecker and Criner), "Thom Goolsby narcotics", etc.
4. So NOW I am "retired" to a safe town and can return to my writing of REGULAR (non-political) things. I will CONTINUE to discuss what I AM qualified to discuss: the political situation in the United States and my desire to see the Nazis (or "nazis"), arrested, tried, and convicted. Also, I will continue my quest to SUE THE CRAP out of Wilmington, NC Police and North Carolina Courts. not to do so would ONLY encourage them to continue to deprive citizens and non-citizens of their appropriate rights.

I had actually overlapped leases by 45 days, giving me plenty of time to move leisurely, but after you "accidentally" cut the Internet cable the other day EXACTLY as I was putting out broadcast emails particularly DAMNING to the Sinaloa narco-traffickers who operate PRIMARILY in PV around the corner from your property, I realized that the pressure they put on you is more than you can bear with Integrity (you are human, so this is not really a criticism), and it would be BEST for BOTH of us that I leave.
The ASAP aspect came into play when Luis Melgoza, former top lawyer to the PRI Party, for WHATEVER reason threatened me with multiple criminal indictments and a deportation hearing -- even though I had not committed a crime (that I know of -- I'm too unknowing of Mexican Law to say with certainty). It is not YET clear to me whether this was a REAL threat born of desperation -- or a "face-slap" wake-up call for me to "get out of Dodge" before the Drug Mafia murdered me. (I tend to believe it was the latter.)
Anyway, I'm completely out now and surrender the premises to you. I apologize that I am leaving a month early and in the haste created by YOUR and others' actions, I was unable to take the time to dispose of my trash and clean up as I normally would, but you will see that I damaged nothing. I trust you can accept the necessity of this and also a couple of other things:
1. After you put up the "cat screening", I realized that with MY long legs I could have simply stepped over from my to apartment 6's balcony in one step (and others could do it in seconds, although with more clambering). In a situation where doors are generally kept open for breezes and there are no screen doors or other security (at least with a screen you KNOW someone has broken through it -- even if it would not completely deter a thief (or worse). Therefore, I do NOT accept a charge for this work you did (very professionally done, I might add), as you NEEDED to beef-up security.
2. You easily have time to prepare and rent the apartment before 10/1, and while I have a lease of sorts (you didn't bother to have us sign a REAL one once I moved to PV), YOU contributed greatly to the reason I felt compelled to break it, so I refuse to pay another penny of rent.
3. I left the A/C on, but set at 30 degrees C so that the compressor does not run, but air flows through in a "refreshing" manner. I WILL pay for the final electric bill (1.5 months, so DEFINITELY less than the last one which was less than $200.00, the amount of my deposit. After deducting the electric bill, please keep the change as my "propina" to you personally (or buy sweet Angela a cat -- which she is DYING to own. If you sweep often and occasionally vacuum upholstery, you should have NO PROBLEM with your "cat allergy". I know TONS of allergic Yankees who swear this works well.)!!!
4. I DID break one thing: a blue ceramic coffee cup, but I must also tell you that that whole set of blue dishes gets hotter than food on or in it in the microwave, so is NOT suitable for microwaving, really, and should be replaced anyway.
You need not reply to this email -- and I almost forgot: I DID forget to leave the keys, so best you change all those locks in case I turn into the CRIMINAL some like to think I am. In the US, locks are ALWAYS changed when tenants change -- so maybe you had planned on that already.
