Mayor Bill Saffo (Democrat), is SO ALCOHOL-BESOTTED that he didn't even KNOW THIS about the city he has been MAYOR OF since 2006!!!
Wilmington has FAR AND AWAY the highest per-resident consumption of alcohol in North Carolina -- and is in the top HANDFUL of cities in the USA!!!
(That is actually very OLD news -- going back, now, hundreds of years.)
And THANKS to the Democrat/Republican/Kenan Family partnership, Wilmington NOW also has the BIGGEST Heroin and Opioid-Trafficking problem in the entire USA!!!

It is NO SECRET that Roy Cooper -- serving as Attorney General of NC for more than ten years most previously, PROTECTED the Republican/Democrat Narco-Trafficking of Wilmington -- set up in the 1980s and 90s by my parents, William Scott Kenan and Ruth Anne (Meyer) Kenan -- with help of Nixon Aide John Ehrlichman (whom I knew well in Atlanta, early 1990s).

2. Ryan Burris is the 3rd Vice Chair of New Hanover County Democrats (and has won at least ONE re-election to that post), so ALL OF THE DEMOCRATIC PARTY OFFICERS support NARCO-TRAFFICKING, no???
