I know my writing you directly is highly unusual under current circumstances, but to my knowledge there is no court order -- or even request -- preventing me from doing so, and I trust you will LIKE what I have to say -- although it is a bit complicated.

 

BOTTOM LINE: My feelings concerning what you deserve after the way you treated me have swung COMPLETELY from "he deserves all the hell he has to pay" to TOTAL EMPATHY, because I now believe YOU were caught in a web of deception and lies (and illegalities), that were not PRIMARILY of your own making -- although at some point in the past you HAD to have made a small decision to be involved with some part of this and the whole thing snowballed like an express train to hell.

 

Let's work together to get you off that train.

 

I imagine you are not inclined to trust me (which is perfectly understandable), but after you read what I have to report here, you might think again. It's quite possible that through this BIZARRE chain of events, I might just now be your best friend -- if we can come to an agreement, which might include some ideas YOU have that are better than the ones I will propose below.

 

I was SHOCKED when I got this email from your attorney, Randy Briefs. Someone must be paying him MORE money than YOU are, and with lawyers, the rule is ALWAYS FOLLOW THE MONEY TRAIL!!! That might not be completely possible here, but Mr. Briefshas gambled on an illegal act that I could VERY EASILY have him disbarred for -- if not jailed. And what is so ridiculous about his taking this risk is that to continue in your suit against me LEGALLY, he would ONLY have had to refile the case and then send it as quickly as possible to me through court-approved channels. This would only mean a one month delay in court actions.

 

Instead, he has taken my email of October 22, 2012 -- in which I CLEARLY state that I had just then received notice from Mailboxes, ETC. in Puerto Vallarta of mail from him, but that because of time constraints, I would be unable to pick it up until AFTER I returned from the States to pick up the rest of my belongings in Georgia, and that I expected that to take at least a week. I even asked him to let me know what the content of the envelope was. he used this date when I had NOT yet been actually served and filed in Cook County Court that I WAS IN FACT SERVED!!!

 

But instead of answering me, he waited three weeks and one day, and then called  (name redacted)(as noted clearly below was my "backer" in that he provided me with needed cash through difficult times -- and NEVER had a THING to do with the content of my blog) three days ago (Monday), scaring the retired gentleman into fearing HE might also be sued -- and NOW Mr. Cook writes me today referring to  (name redacted) as my "counselor" (which to a lawyer ONLY means "lawyer"), so he's LYING HIS ASS OFF RIGHT THERE!!!

 

(name redacted) reported to me that your lawyer sounded very young and nervous -- unsure of himself. I interpret this (knowing nothing of Allen's actual age or experience), as meaning he KNEW he was involved in a HIGHLY ILLEGAL HIGH-STAKES scheme against BOTH you and me, actually, and was nervous about it.

 

I know this is complex and confusing, and I think rather than continuing with background info, I should get to the points I mean to make:

 

1. The actual legal papers that I received state clearly that I must be served within 30 days of the filing, Sept. 25, 2012.

 

2. Also stated are some parameters of valid serving of the papers, which do NOT include the "informal" serving of it within that time frame by an anonymous person who dropped an unmarked envelope off at MBE within that time period (after I was observed on my way to MBE so that it was dropped "two minutes" before my arrival -- and then one of the "drug trash" I recognized from Hotel Mercurio sat at one of the free computers there to witness my getting the package. This serving did NOT count in the LEGAL sense.

 

3. Although the emails that would PROVE these next claims of mine have MYSTERIOUSLY BEEN DELETED FROM MY COMPUTER, presumably by hackers, I had saved them elsewhere that is NOT connected to the Internet, so I DO have copies of them. Living in Chacala, it is not possible for me to drive the 1.75 hours to MBE, each way, and I was unable to go before my trip to the States (hence the email to Mr. Briefs seen below).

 

So I did NOT in fact get served until Thursday Nov. 1, 2012, when I picked them up. Now it is TRUE that an employee there signed for them on October 22, but just like a computer with Fed-Ex noting arrival of a package here at the local office is NOT the same as its being "served" to the customer, MBE's getting possession of the documents was NOT a legal serving of me.

 

In fact, because I reported all this in my blog and in some private emails -- all of which I copied Mr. Briefs and his boss Ms. Gumpshun -- they HAD to know this, but decided to RISK ALL (both their firm's reputation and their law licences), and FILED IN COURT and got a slight continuance BASED ON THEIR CLAIM THAT I HAD IN FACT BEEN LEGALLY SERVED WHICH THEY KNEW WAS NOT TRUE.

 

I have material witnesses as well as those hidden email copies.

 

From our discussion of a few months ago, I feel CERTAIN that you would not have paid them to do something so foolish when a simple re-filing would have kept your cases against me LEGAL. There has to be a reason SOMEONE who is paying them a lot more money than you are, felt THE URGENCY to take the illegal route when the legal one meant such a short delay.

 

I would like you to know that if you and I can come to some agreements (which do NOT involve your sending me money or other compensation -- nor me any to you), I will in fact and rather soon remove your name from my blog posts. You've been through enough and I no longer hold your past actions against me against you. I would then pursue my "campaign" against the so-called "Chicago Drug Mafia", which includes Mayor Rahm Emanuel who made TONS of money as a securities trader -- despite his never having had a class in anything related to that at all -- the poof's degree is as a ballet dancer, for Christ sake!!! -- and President Obama, who really DID order murdered his black boyfriend whom he'd met through Rev. Jeremiah Wright's call-boy service for TOP married black professional with children.

 

This is how the CIA and Republican/Nazi party blackmailed Obama into supporting the CIA's drug corruption -- and probably Mayor Emanuel as well.

 

None of this is much of a secret anymore anyway, and it is the knowledge of these things that made it possible for the CIA/Republican Party to blackmail Obama into supporting the CIA's illegal worldwide narco-trafficking operation, first set up with the heroin trade in Afghanistan by George Herbert Walker Bush when he was director of the CIA (and the actual reason we eventually invaded Afghanistan -- to protect the poppy fields that the Taliban were burning because drugs are NOT allowed at all by the Koran, as any returned US Marine will tell you).

 

"Rooster", I DO sincerely hope this email has left you not only smiling but that MUCHO pressure has been lifted from your mind, shoulders, etc. That said, because they have used you as an important pawn, they are CERTAIN to have you surrounded by seeming friends who are really your enemies, so I advise you keep careful watch and NOT act too quickly. FIRST of all, you must take a little time to consider my words here to see if you can actually believe them -- and if you can trust me, or at least begin to.

 

I will be back in touch in a few days to see if we can go forward with this plan (which includes dropping the charges which will NOT result in your being able to collect a dime or keep the truth as I have reported it on my blog out of the Internet ANYWAY. If we DO move forward and I remove your name, I will NOT remove those posts. Normally, a search of your name should STOP turning up my blog posts within a week of your name's removal -- or maybe a month, but the fact that did NOT happen before was NOT my fault, but evidence of GOOGLE's cooperation with what I am certain is the CIA.

 

Feel free to write with questions or other comments at any time. I DO hope we can proceed together on this, but I also know it is of the UTMOST importance that you NOT do that unless you first find this TRUTHFUL and REASONABLE -- and you are comfortable with me. Of course the two operative words here are "NOT" and "any". Suddenly, I realized that you ONLY help/helped me for ALTRUISTIC reasons -- and I had been too stupid and ASSUMED erroneously that you had at least GENERAL agreement with my philosophy, if not enough knowledge of facts to understand many of my details.

 

And you DO vote for Democrats.

 

THIS PROVES YOU ARE NOT A CURRENT REPUBLICAN TYPE!!! (You having a heart.)

 

And I understand from previous conversations that you are from the DEEP SOUTH and several years older than me. All this together makes me now understand how DEEPLY you must have been hurt in life -- particularly as a gay person -- and for your own reasons, after retirement, became a recluse in your New York City apartment, reaching out only (or nearly only), through writing reviews of books and plays -- and helping a person in dire need of support, me.

 

Because your hurts and scars have so insulated you and removed you from a social life, it is understandable that you have missed how much the world has evolved in your absence from it. There is no shame in this AT ALL. Even the Bible tells of the great prophet Moses leading the Israelites for forty years (metaphysical meaning of the number 40 -- like Jesus's days in the dessert being tempted by Satan -- is "as long as it takes", not literally 40 years or days), was NOT allowed by God to enter the Promised Land -- because he had a consciousness of LEADERSHIP THROUGH THE WASTELAND TOWARD CANAAN, which was ENTIRELY incompatible with ARRIVAL IN CANAAN, which requires a completely different consciousness -- and HUMAN consciousness, forever imperfect -- if improving -- is too limited to handle both in one person -- at least at the same time.

 

And Moses was old as they neared the Promised Land, and as older people tend to be, incapable of much change after a lifetime of thinking and being THE LEADER WHO GOT THEM THERE (an extraordinarily important role that NO ONE ELSE could fill).

 

So the capacity of people's consciousness as well as ability to change being seriously improved since that time, I am NOT saying you can't catch up with your fellow Americans (and others), but that the situation as it is now stands is that you have ALREADY DONE YOUR DUTY to both God and humankind. And while I regret this sounds so damned egotistical, you have done that -- at least partly -- by your practical support of me (whom you disagree with -- or at least barely understand). Let me ALSO say that the ego is a GOOD thing that propels us onward in ACTION, the ONLY thing that counts in the end -- we just must be careful to NEVER become slaves to our ego, but command and direct its actions, instead.

 

I'm not sure what else to say here, but I hope you get the gist of the fact that I am HONORING you -- NOT berating you. The errors in our communications were nearly ENTIRELY my fault. I've known all this stuff literally FOR YEARS -- thanks to the brilliant guidance of my most important spiritual teacher, the late Dr. J. Kennedy Schultz, founder and pastor of what was the Atlanta Church of Religious Science -- BEFORE the corruption of female-ELEMENT security and protection of the weak-minded (under-developed consciousnesses, actually, that were/are fully capable of growth to ADULTHOOD -- when not ADDICTED to wanton MOTHERING/SECURITY-OBSESSING/"FEMALE"-CONTROLLING).

 

A quick note before answering your practical concerns: Two bull-sized white gringos are also staying here now -- both straight and military veterans -- but because the 69 year old Oregon, lifelong firefighter (who worked DESPITE all the pain of a bad back that eventually required THREE operations to fuse vertebrae, and he now operates a fleet of six water-tank trucks supporting firefighters during the six months he lives back in the states -- still fighting fires when he's not organizing and producing music concerts -- or smoking TOP QUALITY weed or doing mushrooms -- or GREAT coffee that he grows on his plantation a few miles from here in Mexico), has a Mexican wife who is in the WORST throws of SCHIZOPHRENIA (allegedly), so when his 64-year-old pal came to visit from Oregon, they hid from the wife here in Chacala as she is IMPOSSIBLE.

 

The pal is a lifelong metal-worker, crafting practical instruments for industry -- as well as decorative ironwork for rich or semi-rich people. This one is a Republican, the firefighter a Democrat, so we had many spirited political discussions the past few days.

 

Anyway, the FUNNIEST PART is that the firefighter -- and they have both turned down my 'friendly benefits" offers several times (although both seem to be weakening, and the Republican has intimated that if he wants to "rape" the Democrat, that would be no problem AT ALL!!!) -- declared quite loudly over the morning coffee I provide the entire household (only because Mr. Fireman gave me a nice stock of coffee from his plantation here -- and has offered me all of the stronger substances he likes to enjoy as well. And DIG THIS: Beatriz has been making us ALL breakfast daily too!!!)

 

Back to it: The Firefighter declared QUITE LOUDLY yesterday morning that if it wasn't for what women have between their legs, men would put a BOUNTY on women and take to shooting them from helicopters and planes -- women being complete DEVILS at heart!!! This only sounded shocking until you realize they are OLDER, so NOT in touch with TODAY'S EVOLVED WOMAN (nor are they particularly evolved themselves). That said, they are BOTH POWERFUL BULLS, and I DO hope to be getting some proper "bull-service" from at least one, if not BOTH of them, eventually. I've got until the 15th of this month (and Mr. Firefighter has already suggested doing some of his stronger substances in a more private place . . . ).

I got Internet back at my apartment at 7:00 AM yesterday, without benefit of any technician stopping by or further explanation -- this after I SERIOUSLY bitched out Beatriz, her "espoza" (un-married husband for life), and two sons -- one of whom runs the PUBLIC computer center at the town's library -- which NO ONE informed me of or suggested I use. First of all, this is the sort of thing that is MADDENING about Mexicans -- and also quite charming (if you get out of your "stuff").

 

Also, it is important to note that Beatriz is descended from Pancho Villa, a HUGE character in Mexican History, eccentric rogue, and so BALLS-LADEN, he actually once ATTACKED the United States!!! Just like in America, you don't fuck with a Kenan, in Mexico you beware the Villas, fer shur!!! (She and I get along INCREDIBLY WELL, and although we both BULLY each other at times, fall into a pile of hysterical laughter about it later -- EACH TIME!!!) The lawsuit against me by Jaime Southheimer is for CIVIL suit of Slander and Libel, which is a FALSE CHARGE since I report NOTHING in my blog untrue about Jaime (in the area of what he and others have revealed about narco-trafficking -- his REAL bone of contention), although I DID call him a Republican (because illegal drug profits fall almost ENTIRELY to the CIA, Episcopal Church, and Republicans/"Nazis"), so is not strictly true, and I blamed some of the crimes of Wells Fargo Bank against me on him because he is/was (according to him), a drug operative for Wells Cargo POWDER-TRANSPORT ADVISERS, which is semi-separate from the bank, so not strictly true either.

 

In any case, it is against the WRITER of alleged slanders and libels -- and CANNOT be blamed on anyone else at all. Had you been WRITING my blog for me, you might have a concern about it. I hope to call Jaime's attorney tomorrow -- I was too pooped today from celebratory gratitudinal dancing, joy-weeping, etc. over the election, which ran quite late last night.

 

3. The other misconceptions you wrote about are not major enough to take time explaining here -- unless you bring them up again.

 

4. For the record, I have $89.00 in savings account, $234.00 in checking, and about $75.00 in my pocket (and a full tank of gas -- to say nothing of LOTS of coffee!!!). I did not get around to calling Teri to see what I have there, but assume it must be about $400.00, and as I've said, although I must pay the balance of about $202 for the remainder of rent on the 15th, I'll also have gotten another $134.00 weekly "allowance" check by then. The larger expenses of getting the apartment in order are all paid for now, so no big deal.

Susan Weatherly Dobbs Kelly, my nosy self is butting in here with your comment. Here's my understanding, in a nutshell, of Christianity. If you profess Jesus is your Lord and Savior and repent of your sins, then you are a Christian. I for one, have done that. My issue, however, is that there are folks who do these crucial things to become Christians who forget there are many other things that Christ has instructed us to do but they do not do them. At the suggestion of "My Backer" I searched my desktop computer (which I had not fired up since Luis Melgoza "repaired/reloaded it" (see: http://scottkenan.blogspot.mx/2012/09/luis-melgoza-pri-party-threatens-me.html ), and found NINE vicious programs on it (this before it was connected to the Internet even once), so severe that my anti-virus had to go into special functions to get rid of them. Additionally, the IOWare security software he had loaded had to be FORCE REMOVED from that computer and my laptop as well by special software I downloaded on the Internet. I had come to suspect Advanced SystemCare of being the hole hackers used to get into this computer -- thanks to Mr. Luis Melgoza, CIA!!!


3. NOTE TO FEDERALES and REAL Puerto Vallarta law enforcement officials: The head of the drug mafia in the blocks around 1690 Calle Costa Rica, where in 2010 I was held captive in that crack-house by "Toro" and the CIA-associated Guzman brothers (see: http://scottkenan.blogspot.mx/2012/05/helping-defend-man-ordered-by-cia-to.html ), runs a small grocery immediately across the street from the crack-house with his sister. Toro is just a petty criminal and the 60-something year old jug-heavy crack-whore Barbie who also lives there is fun, loving, and spilled ALL THE BEANS bout how little the Guzman dicks are.

4. While waiting for my car to be repaired in Stone Mountain, GA, I met a guy also waiting who had met Jackie Kennedy Onassis in California -- AND SHE HAD TOLD HIM THE EXACT SAME THINGS SHE TOLD ME!!! !!! !!!

My laptop which claimed a program had been stripped from it (presumably by hackers -- and from the very FIRST time I booted up in the US about 10 days ago and EVERY TIME SINCE THEN -- UNTIL THIS EVENING), now WORKS ON THE INTERNET WITH NO OTHER CHANGES!!! (Maybe because I deleted IOWare's Advanced SystemCare before attempting to get on the Internet???)


But my computer STILL shows that the same "exe" file is missing and the program must be obtained and installed for my network adapter to work. NOW it is working -- despite continuing to be reported MISSING!!!

Yeah, Linda had a lot of TROUBLE from the drug mafia who live in the William R. Anyway, you and all the rest of the family have been on my mind lately -- in ONLY the best of ways. I'm winning every battle (actually won them all now -- except lawsuits I'll be filing). I get a lot of thank-yous by email from Americans in North Carolina and beyond -- and from Mexicans (for the CIA/Drug Mafia info I've given Federales here in Mexico).

 

 

I'm over all the "bad stuff" (except from outsiders -- not family -- that I will still sue or bring down politically). Things just got so intense that NO ONE knew what to say about what I knew -- almost all of it now proved correct. Of course the BEST thing was making peace with Mom. Who knew I would EVER regain so much respect for the Catholic People (if not always the Church), and if I had had ANY idea that telling Mom I'm going to give away my net proceeds from the NC lawsuits as the Henry and Gertrude Meyer Foundation -- and that HALF is going to Catholic Charities (all of which seemed to cement our reconciliation), I'd have told her ages ago -- as I decided all that nearly a year ago.

Ben David, but the Episcopal Church at Market and Third Streets as well!!!), and ALSO a Good Shepherd associated "employer" who scared my Guatemalan roommate, David Escallante, in March 2011, into fleeing to Charlotte after he and two other Guatemalans (none of them "legal"), DEMANDED back pay and the Good Shepherd associate shot David's two friends on the face (killing them), then told David he'd do the same to HIM if he ever expected to be paid again.

 

Ditto your congregants' serving the homeless most selflessly at Mercy House Homeless Shelter. Too bad Rev. James Shivers is ALSO a major narco-trafficker and sells most of the donated goods he receives to make money!!!

 

I know that a lot of WHITE EURO-TRASH settled what is now the United States and killed off the natives or corralled them in concentration camps that Hitler found inspirational. The Catholics, of course attempted to convert them, Catholics actually believing non-white people are HUMAN -- fancy THAT!!!

I have actually read WITH AMAZEMENT the historic marker in front of another First Baptist at Campbell and Fifth, which among other things commemorates your congregation's accepting a decent number (I forget exactly how many), of BLACK folk into your congregation (although the blacks later formed their own congregation), right after the Civil War. Y'all were practically as non-racist as Catholics!!! (I hope the operative word is not "were".)

 

And additionally, I intend to give some of the proceeds from my lawsuits to First Methodist (for leadership in Mother Hubbard's Cupboard, where they are as RESPECTFUL of those in need as Sister Isaac, even, and to St. Paul's Evangelical Lutheran for their selfless work. Of course my cousin Judith (Russ) Whitney's Northside Baptist Church will also be included.
