Although in recent days I have not only DODGED the latest "Chicago Drug Mafia" attempt to "disappear" me via US Citizen "Jade Luz" who has lived in Mexico for years, but reduced many of the attacks on my communications to corruption of my TelCel-provided and personal second device (for privacy since even TelCel SHOULD not know my passwords there -- and the "not" showing here was what I originally posted, but hackers at BLOGGER/CIA changed it nearly IMMEDIATELY to make my communications appear conflicting and me STUPID. I have caught MANY such CHANGES to blog postings both soon after I post them and even weeks later), Wifi generators. And THAT corruption can be handled by a simple resetting of the devices by unplugging, waiting, and re-plugging -- or so I had thought.
This morning, I had to go into Safe Mode on my Windows 7 computer after it had hung up trying to load at a place normally visited for a couple of seconds on the computer's booting up. I did a SYSTEM RECOVERY to before the last Windows Update (automatic). In the last two months, my computer has ALWAYS become seriously corrupted after EACH and EVERY Windows Updating -- I do NOT blame Microsoft, but the hackers who have learned how to piggy-back their attacks on this process when one's computer is MORE VULNERABLE.
Clearly, my diagnosis of the problem and its solution was CORRECT -- because IT WORKED!!!
3. My initial approach to the Justice Department will center around things that I have OBJECTIVE PROOF OF -- like the many ORIGINAL JUDGE-SIGNED orders from then District Court Judge Linda Warren Hunter. Anyone paying attention knows that in 1990, when I was false-accused of Trespass and eventually pleaded "Nolo Contendere" (effectively, that I maintained my innocence but would NOT fight the system and would accept punishment AS IF I were guilty), this after I witnessed and documented Newt Gingrich's and my mother's operation of bringing drugs from Mexico into Stone Mountain Park where they were off-loaded in a restricted area that I had snuck into to Sysco Food Service and Inland Seafood trucks -- I then following a Sysco truck to the Krystal hamburger store where I then witnessed several dozen people pick up HUGE bags of "something" without bothering to order first -- from BOTH the counter inside and the Drive Thru window.
I still have these original documentation notes, which I in AT LEAST four events delivered in person to not only Newt Gingrich's Congressional office just south of Atlanta -- but to the FRONT DESKS of both CNN Headquarters in downtown Atlanta and at the Jimmy Carter Center.
No one responded from ANY of them.
About a year ago (see earlier blog reports of ALL things I mention here for the WELL-CONSIDERED names, dates, and times of events that i am not now taking time to research or remember PRECISELY), Dekalb County Online Court Database was CHANGED to drop ALL of Judge Hunter's references AND MY NOLO CONVICTION!!!
All that now remains (last I looked a month or so ago), is my filing Writ of Habeus Corpus against Sheriff Jarvis -- something done when one has been held UNCONSTITUTIONALLY. Remember: I still possess ALL the original paperwork!!!
4. Later (a few months ago), my guilty-in-absentia verdict giving American Express the right to collect approximately $25,000.00 was BACK-CHANGED so that the case was DISMISSED!!! I have screen captures to prove this.
There are ALSO irregularities surrounding Christal Presley (best friend of Sean Hannity of FOX NEWS and his wife -- and the person who is MOST RESPONSIBLE for getting me the FALSE publishing contract with Don Weise, then of Alyson Books, and a FREQUENT communicator with both my mother and sister Jane -- as well as Patrick Stansbury of Pentagon Publishing.
While I do not KNOW THIS, I suspect that Christal DID actually get a FELONY WARRANT sworn out for me in late 2011 or early 2012, based on her LIES that I had violated her earlier LIE-GOTTEN restraining order that I had violated the order that only applied to me IF IN GEORGIA, when i could be PROVEN to have never entered that state during the time period anywhere NEAR the alleged violation.
This warrant was used by Wilmington Police to TWICE detain me until they contacted the Dekalb County Sheriff to find out if he wanted me extradited -- and both times he declined. This warrant was ALSO brought up in court by the Assistant D.A. who prosecuted me for Cyber-Stalking lawyer David Nash in Judge Chad Hogston's court in spring 2010, to DEFAME ME, and she additionally brought up my 1990 Nolo Conviction for Trespass -- WHICH SHE CONSCIOUSLY LIED AND TERMED "STALKING" TO PROVE I AM A STALKER!!!
I understand that NC District Attorneys have to LIE to get convictions to protect the NARCO-TRAFFICKING in Port Wilmington, but this PROVES that conviction WAS on the Dekalb records then, no???
I have been ANNOYED that my Wilmington lawyer, Jennifer Harjo (Head Public Defender), has PUSHED ME to be SILENT about Ben David (the actual D.A. there), and his CRIMES of narco-protecting -- and that it is complicated by Ben's PROVEN love of cocaine and "pussy" that he and his identical twin brother of the OPPOSITE Party and District Attorney of neighboring Brunswick County, Jon David ran all around Treasure Island asking band members in clubs where they could OBTAIN THEM, as well as my proof of Ben David's sexual relationships with several men, including this one: http://scottkenan.blogspot.mx/2013/04/repost-da-ben-davids-boyfriend-lee.html .
Because Jen Harjo has ALWAYS convinced me she believes in my actual innocence, I have now surmised that the reason she wanted me to SHUT UP was that she knew in that CORRUPTED COURT this was the only way to get Mr. David to DROP all charges -- he having ADMITTED he has no evidence against me to HER (and I believe Jen on this). Jen was just being PRACTICAL, not complicit, as I have sometimes feared.
5. I just found my two cases on the Court Calender of New Hanover County for June 25, 2013. This was encouraging, but I could NOT find a proper online database of court records. That said, I found THIS a few minutes ago. MOST impressive is that in the list of North Carolina counties on the left, New Hanover County IS NOT LISTED!!!
If they "opted out" I bet it was because they are ABJECTLY CORRUPTED and don't want to allow public scrutiny -- but I searched anyway, and could NOT see results without paying a fee, so I have no idea what was found by them: http://court.county-records.ws/NCnewhanovercountyCourtRecords.html .
6. New Hanover County Detention Center has NEVER had record that I stayed there AT ALL, despite my being incarcerated FIVE TIMES in 2011 and 2012, for al long as SIX WEEKS and as short as overnight.
I have emailed Sheriff Ed McMahon DIRECTLY three times in the last year asking him to CORRECT THIS. Robert Trahan, a former "friend" who moved to Texas and phone-called and emailed and even SNAIL MAILED me several times to let me know he has SPONTANEOUSLY won several jackpots of AT LEAST $24,000.00 each in Native American Casinos directly across the border in Oklahoma and SUPERVISED by his sister Denise Trahan (I do have Denise's direct-dial phone number from back then), was given these winning in payment for his spying on me for District Attorney Ben david -- or so Robbie has admitted to me.
Nevertheless, I had NO PROBLEM finding Robbie in the jail's database.

Only NOW is there Internet in my house. While Puerto Vallarta in its entirety suffered this problem this past Monday, from my calls to friends around PV the next three days including today have revealed that ONLY I (or me and immediate neighbors), have suffered this EVERYDAY this week.
If this continues TOMORROW (Friday), I will call Tel-Mex to FIX IT, although the company is OWNED by Carlos "Slim" Salim Helu, the wealthiest man on earth, an Arab-Mexican who is said to be the TOP narco-trafficker in Mexico, working closely with the CIA.
