All that were left at 12:30 PM when I got there.

When I first got to downtown, I walked 4th Street from Market to Dock Street, and passed this sign at the SAME BACK DOOR to St. James Episcopal that in 2011 I had entered and descended a long flight of stairs to wait for what that congregation then occasionally gave to homeless people -- five round-trip passes to Wave, Wilmington's bus system -- and after an hour and twenty minute wait, they had only ONE round-trip pass they could give me, a $2.50 value, then, as I remember.

Today, before I even looked inside the open doors, the two cheerful women sitting at a table inside called out asking if I wanted a bicycle, and laughing, I responded that I DOUBTED they had one that would fit a person like me who has a 40 inch inseam and sleeve, and they claimed they had EVERY KIND and SIZE of bike -- and they were so JOLLY about everything that I had to stop to speak with them (and the bikes were for KIDS, and I wasn't -- or didn't think I was, anyway -- dressed or acting like a "needy person").

They told me that a group of several local churches of various denominations put this bike giveaway together about three times per year, and if a kid's bike is stolen or otherwise rendered no longer good, they can go to a location open all year where they can get a REPLACEMENT BIKE -- because kids having bikes gives them a chance to go out and EXPLORE A BIGGER WORLD!!!

I just LOVED these gals, their spirit, and that that meant that downtown Wilmington -- so RULED BY DRUG MAFIA when I first moved here about the first of 2011 -- is SAFER FOR CHILDREN NOW.

So, one of them (and wouldn't you know it -- she had known and was related to Sarah Graham Kenan, but claimed to be from Sarah's "Graham side", so not my "Kenan cousin"), showed me that photo at top. Then I went in, saw what was left and photographed it (and there were HUNDREDS of bike helmets also, in boxes), and she agreed to email me that photo so I could BRAG about their work in this blog.

I am becoming OVERWHELMED by Christians who actually act like CHRISTIANS (who follow Jesus's Teachings about God being LOVE), so I need to write in a way more GENEROUS OF SPIRIT about Christians -- even though the GOOD ONES never, ever, ever kick the BAD ONES out of their Churches.

I just spent a lot of time on chores and talking with my neighbors who WISH Landlady Gold Walker would KICK OUT Robert James McKinney from apartment 1 here -- and Allie Ryan and Patrick Addington from apartment 2. They are the ONLY HARD-DRUG TRAFFICKERS in the immediate neighborhood (and treat the neighbors like they are shit).

I told them that with Gold ALSO having Sa'ant Samuel Celia, Jr. -- although he makes less LSD in her property than he used to -- and Steven Rose and Madison "Maddy" (Holland) Rose in her 4th Street apartments near Orange Street, and THEY admit to Hard Drug Trafficking with Gov. Roy Cooper -- which means also with NC Rep. Deb Butler, Gov. Cooper's Cabinet Member Susi Hamilton, former NC State Senator Thom Goolsby, and Republican gad-about-town Jonathan Deputy, I think Gold's hands are TIED!!!

Just today, one of the managers of the restaurant next-door to Gold's space at 411 N. Front Street told me that Gold said she got SO SICK of bad, Drug-Trafficking tenants that from now on, she's letting her LAWYER lease that property. Problem is, that her lawyer is the REPUBLICAN LAWYER (who seems to have no actual Law Practice), and girlfriend of her son Allen Walker of http://www.walkerworldnc.com/, and SHE is who put the LAST GROUP into that space -- they so high they never made people's orders right!!!

I smoke pot on doctor's orders (a little late at night for stress), but whatever Gold smokes keeps her TOO CONFUSED TO UNDERSTAND MUCH OF REALITY.

That is something the neighbors here (who have known her for years), John Gray Hunter (who's rented from Gold above me for about 18 years), and I ALL AGREE ON.

1. The Episcopalian woman who is related to Sarah Graham Kenan has met Presiding Bishop Michael Curry, and he sounds as great through HER stories as through MY research. 

And JUST LIKE all the ordained Episcopal Clergy now at St. James and at St. Paul's Episcopal as well (and Michael Curry), NONE of them studied at Sewanee/The University of the South, that has the ONLY Divinity School, Episcopal, in the OLD SOUTH.

That is where MOST of the wealthy Kenans' $100,000.000.00 I found they gave that denomination went -- in support of the Episcopal Confederate Mace that is out of view only due to Political Correctness -- since 2005:

I don't think they have ANY IDEA that their Church with the Republican Party, Frank Hawkins Kenan, James Graham Kenan, and others murdered Tenn -- and did EVERYTHING TO HELP KILL ME!!!

Also, I did not mention to my new friend that her relative, Sarah Graham Kenan -- who endowed St. James, UNCW, many other educational and arts orgs, etc., had Syphilis -- which was WHY she was so "demented" in her last days. 

I only recently found that in old Kenan records, where it is called "Lues", an archaic term for Syphilis, that is pronounced "LEW-eez". 

But since she died in 1968, long after the discovery of Penicillin, that doesn't make complete sense -- although I remember that if a person contracted Syphilis and it took hold in many HIDING places, even Penicillin could not cure it -- but I'm not certain about that and don't have time to do the medical research on it now.

Taken at about the time they came into mega-wealth, an unidentified woman, Jessie (Kenan) Wise, and her sister Sarah Graham (Kenan) Kenan -- who seemed rather "hayseed" -- before they learned how to dress like WEALTHY WHITE WOMEN of their time.

I spoke with about 40 or 50 people around downtown, and many have kept up with this blog!!! EVERYONE encourages me and tells me to never stop reporting on all the CORRUPTION.

There are some homeless people still downtown -- but none of the people I knew when I was homeless here in 2011 and 12 -- EXCEPT the short, fat, black guy who smokes cigars, and whose age I would hate to guess. Here are some who said it was fine if I posted their photos on this blog:

And finally, driving home past my Step-Grandmother Annie (Childers) Kenan's house (she died about 1975), on Wrightsville, Avenue, the woman who has owned it since 1999 was getting out of her car in front and we spoke awhile and she invited me to come see it inside later -- when I see her car there again.

What is FUNNY is that she said she bought it from The Good Shepherd, http://www.goodshepherdwilmington.org/, which had begun working with homeless about 1984 -- long before they got their modern building on Martin Street, and as ALL of my long-term Readers know, in 2011, the Good Shepherd posted a sign in their main recreation room with my photo, and saying "Wanted Dead or Alive: Scott Kenan". Several people I know who stayed there sent a photo of that to me!!!

I was NOT ALLOWED to eat there, and some of their employees hired my undocumented Ecuadorian roommate, David Escalante, from when I briefly had an apartment on S. 8th Street. They also parked a Good Shepherd-logo-ed van in front of that apartment and hacked my wifi and into my computer.

But the WORST was that they REFUSED to pay David and his two also-undocumented friends they had been working on landscaping jobs that paid the staff -- not the Shepherd (I'm assuming this) -- and SHOT THE OTHER TWO IN THE FACE, but David being a better worker, they told him they would SHOOT HIM TOO if he ever thought he had a right to be paid for his work again!!!

This is called SLAVERY -- and it is supported by CHRISTIANS who believe the New Testament is the WORD OF GOD!!!

David Escalante FLED for Charlotte and was never heard from again -- but I still have his Immunization Records he left behind in his haste.

While I lived in Mercy House Shelter, several of the guys there who attended Christian Churches that were NOT just Drug Trafficking Operations, told me that the staff of the Good Shepherd had been discovered to have embezzled enough money to buy themselves cars and boats, and while MANY churches here first supported them, most STOPPED IN DISGUST -- and ONLY the Major Hard-Drug Trafficking Churches of First Baptist (on Kenan Plaza), First Presbyterian, and Mayor Saffo's St. Nicholas Greek Orthodox were then helping in a BIG WAY. 

I caught long-term resident "Whitey" cutting Heroin into bags in the men's room of Pine Valley Church of God at their monthly King's Breakfast, reported it to the Pastor, and they SOON stopped serving homeless in their building, and took breakfast out monthly in vans.

So, I will have to write a Letter to the CURRENT MANAGEMENT of The Good Shepherd Center -- to see what THEY have to say about their former position as WILMINGTON'S TOP HEROIN DISTRIBUTION CENTER for Jesus Christ and all his Christian Followers, no???
