My complaint against Judge Hogston relates to my trial concluded March 28, 2011, and the reason this is only now being filed is that my life has been super-complicated by improper legal actions and mental hospital commitments since I moved to North Carolina about the first of 2011, including my living in Mexico late April 2012 – June 2015. Chief Public Defender Jennifer Harjo (Jennifer.Harjo@nccourts.org, P. O. Box 2560, Wilmington, North Carolina 28402 Ph: 910-343-5400 Fax: 910-343-5401), made a deal – a year later than this conviction -- with D.A. Benjamin R. David that if I left North Carolina for at least a year, he would erase all convictions and drop all pending charges. Most other convictions and charges were less consequential and in other Judges’ Courtrooms.
Ben was good on his word, but there never was any evidence against me, and I filed a State Bar Grievance against Ben David which on April 1, 2019 you assigned file number 19G0342 to it. See also:
I have many of the original papers, including my Arrest Warrant, file # 11CR051195, Complainant listed as Laurence C. Egerton, Wilmington Police Department, and David Alan Nash as the witness. Mr. Nash is a lawyer still in practice, and I will file a Grievance against him, separately, under the assumption that even though he was NOT acting as a lawyer (but as a victim), he knowingly made false claims in the trial under oath, and when Chief Defender Harjo took my case when I appealed it, she pointed out that the claims against me did NOT even fit the description of the Statue it was claimed I had violated.
Emily Zvejniecks (Emily.J.Zvejnieks@nccourts.org, same address and phone as in paragraph 1), handled my case in Judge Hogston’s Court, but at that time, the friends of Justin LaNasa, a Republican who ran unsuccessfully for Wilmington Mayor that year and owns Hardwire Tattoo – who looked and acted like Hard-Drug users and traffickers – chased me around downtown falsely claiming in front of crowds that I had molested their young sons. Ms. Harjo made a deal to hide me in a dry-out tank to let things quiet down, and when she saw all the PROBLEMS with the trial, she took charge of my appeal as well. I do NOT blame Ms. Zvejniecks as she was a new attorney then, and up against some serious criminals, in the persons of Prosecutor, Witness, and Judge.
Perhaps I should take a moment to mention that as a Catholic Kenan, I was raised with Swastikas on the dinner plates. Lawyer Gregg Loomis of Atlanta first told me that his cousin Thomas S. Kenan III of Chapel Hill and his close Episcopalian relatives all “hate only Jews more than they hate ‘Niggers’” – which I am disgusted to tell you is still true.
My parents knew and worked with many top Republicans on the national scene including Nixon Aide John Ehrlichman, Coach Lou Holtz, Newt Gingrich, Sean Hannity, etc., and actually set up the Wilmington and Atlanta Drug Mafias in the 1980s and 90s. My personal friend Lt. Gen. Russel Honore’ knows about the Kenans and Atlanta, GA corruption.

I had witnessed many small sales of hard drugs – and heard many larger deals made -- in David Nash’s Costello’s Gay Piano Bar (now defunct), and blogged about that. Further complicating things is that Mr. Nash and I were both having sex with a large black guy from Oak Island, NC, but he and I only nights when David was not in the bar and eager to take the guy home. Perhaps David Nash paid him – I did not.

Also, Mr. Nash’s partner in the bar, John Stike, DDS, and a major Wilmington land developer, had borderline raped me in 1985, when his younger boyfriend, nearer my age, took me home, we disrobed, and then he disappeared, Dr. Stike came in naked, and did me – I not knowing then WHAT to do, so allowed it. We were “tensely friendly” in Costello’s Bar in 2011.

The day of the trial included freak cold weather, and I was held in an unheated holding cell in the Courthouse all day until mine was the last trial at about 5:00 PM. Only dressed in jail uniform, I was suffering chills and shivering so bad I could not even speak correctly.

Anyway, John Mann had agreed to testify on MY behalf, but when he appeared, he had for some reason – I assume money and he soon fled Wilmington with the Law after him – perjured himself for Mr. Nash. Judge Hogston, even saying he appreciated Defender Zvejnieck’s points about Freedom of Speech and of Press, but felt that my needing Mental Health Care was far more important – although no medical or psychiatric evidence or witnesses had been called. He convicted me with Probation including mandatory medication – just like my mother has gotten done several times going back to 1978, when I first began talking about her Swastikas and Crimes.
In 2009, Alexandra Widdon, my Shrink-Nurse of eight years, and now of Atlanta Integrative Psychiatry, http://atlpsych.com/, 2801 Buford Hwy NE # 190, Atlanta, GA 30329, (404) 228-9108, said she had never seen a sign of Bipolar in me (what some claimed I had), and took me OFF all psych meds, and I have remained off since – except while temporarily Committed. The Lithium Carbonate I was forced to take is NOT ALLOWED in any other developed country for more than a short time, but I was forced to take it 31 years, it serving as a “soft lobotomy”, keeping me not caring about all the crimes of my family that I witnessed – or understanding their severity. I DID remember them all though – HA!!!
My mother was in charge of Procter & Gamble’s Chemistry Labs after WWII when they got Dr. Josef Mengele’s data on experiments on Jewish Concentration Camp Victims, and I believe Mom worked on Project MK ULTRA for the CIA -- NAZI Mind Control.
In any case, Judge Hogston convicted me and ordered me to medication and HAD TO KNOW that the claims against me (which were lies, but he might not have known that), also did NOT FIT THE CHARGE – which was SO OBVIOUS to Defender Harjo – and me when she showed me – that we fell out belly-laughing!!!
My mother is still alive at 96, living in Raleigh, NC, driving to Church and Bridge Club, where she claims the 40-year-olds can’t keep up with her. Mom and I CANNOT discuss these things, although she’s vaguely apologized for causing me so much pain in my life (Mom’s lies got others to steal my entire net worth, I’ve been held hostage in Mexico five times by CIA-associated Drug Mafia including by two sons of El Chapo Guzman, poisoned severely three times, had the crap beaten out of me five times – and YES they were always associated with the CIA, Hard Drug Trafficking, and Kenan-controlled operatives of Exxon-Mobil, but no time to get into that here).
