The FIRST, smaller one, is STILL controlled primarily by the Charitable Trusts of the Kenan Family of North Carolina. BOTH Cartels have "good" and "evil" People of Power (OK, not the Kenans -- that is, we harbor no evil), so choosing the next Crown Prince is important and will likely determine if the World will soon be plunged into WORLD WAR or PEACE AND PROSPERITY.
