As pointed out by other publications, the Democrats didn’t only plan a debate on Saturday. They also planned a debate six days before Christmas — which, by the way, is also a Saturday. And another one is planned for the Sunday night of Martin Luther King Day weekend, although Democrats are hoping to retain some of the audience from the NFL playoff double-header before the debates. So arguably half of the six debates are on days that are just bad if you want a wide viewership.
Wasserman Schultz said early on that she has no plans to add debates, but other Democrats are publicly upset about the scheduling, including Democratic candidate Martin O’Malley and DNC Vice Chair Tulsi Gabbard"--Alvin Chang.

I actually do NOT like ragging on Elizabeth Redenbaugh, now Head of the County Democrats. I believe she has the BEST INTENTIONS -- but those alone without introspection, knowledge and HONESTY (especially to self), really ARE the paved way to hell.

Yesterday, I drove to Raleigh and had dinner with "Army David", who had not been able to get into the Raleigh Rescue Mission, but decided on a program in Charlotte where participants are held without outside contact for the first 90 days, would be best. He got an appointment to check in there today, and some kind person actually had bought him a bus ticket to get there.
For five nights he's slept outdoors on concrete in colder temps and much rain. He's still wearing the boots with holes in the bottom, and even though he had been drinking some, some core spark within him was leading him in the right direction. So we had dinner, then I got him a cheap motel room a short distance from the bus station so he could have ONE restful night -- he being exhausted to his core.
3. I got home at 10:30 last night, and this morning, I got a call from my roommate, Philip Rosario, asking if I got in this morning (I was not up early enough to see him before he went to work). But here's the deal: there was evidence of his eating a light breakfast in the kitchen -- which means that if he looked straight through the doorways, he would have seen the bulge of my feet in the clearly seen end of my bed -- and that I had turned out the Christmas tree lights (it's up but not yet decorated), that Phil had left on -- also in immediate view.
He then asked me how my finances are, to which I replied fine, but what was his point, and he then said he "might" have to borrow money to get through the weekend.
I did NOT get angry, but simply and clearly said that he has not for ONE MOMENT been out of debt with me since he moved in, so absolutely no more lending of money to him by me -- PERIOD (and NO MORE late rent, PERIOD). Always behind in his rent and borrowing money -- DESPITE his bragging about the BIG narco-deals he has set up between David the tile-setter and Logan the 18-year-old -- and I never saw any money exchange hands between them, but showed me what I would estimate as two ounces of pot as the commission on the deal that Phil said David "gave" him as a present.
Earlier (in a smaller deal), they left on the floor an empty envelop simply marked "$1,000.00". But two ounces of Prime Bud sells for PLENTY of money at retail, and Phil must have done SOMETHING with it. I told him to borrow from his employer or the big dealers he does business with. ALL OF THEM are richer than me.
Again, I also pointed out how he had AGREED, previously, that NO MORE drugs are to run through this apartment (except SMALL amounts of pot, which I don't care about), and no buying/selling here REGARDLESS. Then he brags and shows me all that pot and talks about the money -- as if he OWNED THE WILMINGTON POLICE DEPARTMENT -- which more and more I BELIEVE HE DOES (but he's not alone in that).
And we are TWO DOORS from St. Mary's grade school and across the street from First Presbyterian's Pre-School!!!
I don't believe I blogged about this, but two or three days ago, Phil told me how he had BLOWN UP at "Yah-Yah" (who turns out to run Village Market for his brother Tony -- not actually own it), and his somewhat mentally-challenged son. Readers will recall that when I asked Yah-Yah if he knew of anyone decent who might be my roommate, and a Muslim would be fine, he thought, then recommended Phil (whom Yah-Yah had been helping in various practical ways for some time), calling him a "nice Catholic boy".
But Phil ranted to me how he had gotten fed up with their high prices (HELLO!!! That is why they are called CONVENIENCE stores, and not VALUE markets) -- and that "those people aren't REALLY Americans and don't honor OUR holidays at ALL."
Typically, many convenience stores are open hours through all holidays (and Yah-Yah and family DON'T close for Ramadan or other Muslin holidays -- and while as Muslims not using them, at most of their stores sell tobacco and alcohol).
And Phil was screaming at this son as well as Yah-Yah. I spoke two days ago with the son who told me Phil is never allowed to speak with HIM, again, but has NOT been banned from the store. So Philip in his animal behaviors is systematically driving off his former friends -- and seems unaware of it.
This ignorance and stupidity -- and the thin copper Choy Boy wires (used in smoking Crack), found in the path from Phil's bedroom to the porch and the recently-discarded crack pipe that Neal found outside on the ground -- and Phil's near constant LACK OF MONEY while doing major deals -- is why I'm now convinced he's a fairly big Crack smoker.
I had the SAME problem identifying a crack smoker in Puerto Vallarta in 2010 -- and mystery of his violent mood swings.

As ANNOYED as I am by this UN-Southernness of Wilmingtonians, I have backed away from claiming that ALL Christians should be prosecuted for hiding their crimes "up the skirts of Jesus", as I know TOO MANY fine and REAL Christians, now, as well.

For the record, after my HELL-LIKE dealings with TIME/WARNER Cable -- and after the calls to their technical support to get the new boxes activated, both Phil and I have ENJOYED the increased picture quality, convenience, and VARIETY of channels. However, the next night when I tried to tune to Fox Business Channel for the Republican Debate -- CLEARLY marked as one included in "standard cable" -- it was BLOCKED OUT with graphic that it was not part of my package (so I watched over the internet).
Yesterday morning -- perhaps someone at the cable company reads this blog -- I got a robot-call from them saying that my cable had JUST been connected, OUTSIDE, to their system, and to activate my boxes!!!
I was connected outside two months ago, but I suspect that if I RE-activate the boxes, they will give me the missing channels now -- but STILL even with box rentals and taxes added, I'm paying more than promised -- AND I'VE NEVER GOTTEN THE YEAR OF FREE HBO AND SHOWTIME that ALL the local ads promise new customers -- in FACT, I was charged ADDITIONAL for them in my first bill, something I NEVER agreed to.
So, I'll just put up with the RIP OFF -- like a "good butt-fucked 'Christian' boy"!!!

Regarding the woman Dr. Phil has asked to be on his show who is writing a book about how in Wilmington she was hit FIVE TIMES by drivers who were texting -- and Bank of America screwed her and her husband out of THOUSANDS (very common complaint by those who "challenge the system" -- and other banks deliberately SCREW people for the CIA/US Government as well), I brought up Evan Fish, my friend that Ralph Evangelous's Police Officers used Eleanor "Ellie" Schwaner to MURDER him by forcing him to jump off the parking deck next to the downtown library -- Evan having all the FIRST HAND knowledge of my former employer, Patrick Stansbury of www.Pentagon-USA.com, distributing illegal drugs up and down the East Coast. Sheriff's Deputies were also on the scene, and I got most of the facts from the Sheriff's negotiator who was HORRIFIED by what the Police did.
