1. First I called Jack Stein, Risk Manager for the City of Wilmington, NC. Jack is ALWAYS someone I feel respects me when we are speaking, but he seemed in an "altered world" more than an altered state (as in drug use/abuse), this morning -- and he only had a DIM recollection of my claim against the City of Wilmington.
This PROVES he never reads my blog -- and he claimed that DESPITE my getting HIS one email, weeks ago, he NEVER gets MINE. I told them nearly TWO MONTHS ago that someone had changed the settings at wilmingtonnc.gov so that my emails NEVER reach a recipient BACK THEM and SEVERALTIMES SINCE THEN.
WILLFULLY, the City of Wilmington does NOT want to hear from me, but I CANNOT BE STOPPED!!!
Anyway, I told Jack a FEW of the grievances I have against the City -- and he acted as if he had not even HEARD of my claims. I suggested we take the weekend to think about things, and then after it, perhaps he can talk to me as an INFORMED person.

I have heard from a FEW on this, but we need MORE INFO. 2. I tried calling Saper Law, LLC, Chicago: (312) 527-4100, and was IMMEDIATELY hung up on by a young woman (who does NOT give her first name when answering phones -- how ANTI-PROFESSIONAL is THAT, even for YANKEES!!!). And then over the last hour or so I have called NINE more times and each time the phone is picked up and immediately HUNG UP.
Is THIS anyway to run a LAW FIRM???
I had HOPED to speak with Daliah Saper -- or at least Christopher McElwain, who has always been RESPECTFUL in the past.

Anyhoo, I had hoped to REASONABLY DISCUSS the practical matters of the continuing implementation of the FAKE JUDGEMENT they got -- fake because they NEVER SERVED ME LEGALLY, so it will FALL SOON ENOUGH!!!
