A week ago, Brinkley -- who is NOT related to David Brinkley, who graduated New Hanover High in Wilmington, NC with my father, William Scott Kenan, and they were friends, my Dad going by the nickname "Middle Leg", due to his endowment, which led to drunken trouble LATER, Dad being BISEXUAL, and impregnating his brother Rufus Harlee Kenan's girlfriend, and Harlee, as he was called, then had to marry Aunt Virginia (both of them QUITE SHORT, believe it or not), and produced my 6' 8" half-brother, Graham, now a retired engineer living on a lake near Charlotte, NC -- well, Brinkley (whom I met at the N.O. Fest), appeared one week ago on Piers Morgan, to support his NAZI-CATHOLIC position that Kennedy was murdered by Lee Harvey Oswald ABSOLUTELY ALONE, while everyone else on earth KNOWS there was a conspiracy -- even if no one seems to have all the connecting details.
Then, Mr. Brinkley proceeded to claim that Kennedy's Presidency is still HIGHLY OVERRATED, and will be all but forgotten in another 50 years.
TONIGHT, Douglas, who in recent years has had either a Crack (the drug, not "personal fungi or similar"), or a Meth Problem that I have documented in this blog, but in the last month, SEEMS TO HAVE GOTTEN OFF IT -- YAY!!!, was on Anderson Cooper-Vanderbilt, and while NOT discussing Kennedy's death, TONIGHT (one week later), claims ALL KINDS OR LASTING KENNEDY LEGACY!!!
But HERE's the KILLER: Brinkley claimed tonight that the Moon Shot is what Kennedy achieved of greatest importance BY FAR. YES, that was both fabulous and important, but DENIGRATES what Kennedy REALLY brought to the White House and the WORLD!!!

I find it SHOCKING that for two months, now, this posting, http://scottkenan.blogspot.mx/2013/05/stop-world-i-have-to-read-this-book.html , has REMAINED IN SECOND PLACE for blog hits, yet Tony's book on Amazon is selling at 1,700,000 PLUS (or minus, depending on perspective), in books. MY TENNESSEE WILLIAMS MEMOIR always did MUCH better than that.
Tony's website www.tonynarducci.com has DISAPPEARED FROM THE INTERNETS (or is now BLOCKED TO ME, ONLY), his Facebook Page for his book, https://www.facebook.com/pages/Tony-Narducci/303611559772072 , has NO ENTRIES since June 4, 2013, his book coming out a month before that, and his PERSONAL PAGE on FB has disappeared!!!

2. I had a very long conversation with my mother today, to let her know I will soon have a 2 1/2 inch hole cut in the bottom of my right foot (in the ball), to remove a carcinoma. Mom was the Head Nurse at Good Samaritan Hospital in Cincinnati for a time, as well as Head of Proctor and Gamble's Skin Research Labs before I was born. She was PLEASED that the surgery itself will be UNDER $100.00 USD, although lab test run a bit higher.
NOT BAD for healthcare (in Mexico), but STRANGELY, the hospital CANNOT TAKE my Bank of America Debit Card -- because American Plastic does NOT have the extra security chip like all Mexican Credit and Debit Cards. But DON'T WORRY. In the last 1.5 years of living here, my card has been UNUSABLE only three other times (generally where high-ticket items are sold), and it ALWAYS WORKS in ATMs.
Best of all is that our conversation was FRIENDLY and LOVING and LAUGHING throughout. I asked Mom if she had informed my siblings that I am NOT ANGRY with any of them anymore, and she has NOT, but expects to this weekend ( "Wait-and-See" approach, I bet -- LOL!!!)
