Dear Sheriff Greene,

This Letter is being sent to you electronically, as a follow-up to my Letter sent to you on December 14, 2019 – but for reasons you will soon see, I will not just send it to you and the Head of the Democratic Party in Columbus County, but D.A.s Jon and Benjamin R. David, and Sheriff Ed McMahon here in New Hanover County as well. And perhaps some others.

Since writing this Letter, the situation has become more dangerous for Wilmingtonians – as Brandon Scott Kennedy is now in possession of a HAND-GUN!!! Only today, did I do any DEEP research on Mr. Kennedy, and learned that his FIRST (known to me, anyway), offence at 18 was to molest a 13-year-old girl, and it must not have been from the position said to be used by missionaries – as he had two counts of “Crimes against Nature”!!!

Nevertheless – at least by Brandon’s claims to me – he was NEVER charged, but spent two years in a Mental Hospital for the Criminally Insane, then completed a short six-months of Probation, He also admitted to me his TWICE burglarizing a barn full of expensive tools, and six months later, the house on the same property near Delco., NC for jewelry – BOTH times getting away with the loot, but the homeowner caught him the second time, and shot at him repeatedly through the windshield of his car as he pulled into the drive, hitting Brandon once in his abdomen, and Brandon showed me that scar.

As you ALL know, I wrote you saying I would testify in Court under Oath about what Brandon told me – which IS admissible as evidence. But NONE of you have done a THING!!!

Yes. It’s true that I have serious issues with the David Brothers, D.A.s. Jon David had his Drug Court Head, Carrie Menke, PhD, try by LIES about her interview of me to put me into Cherry Hospital – but Judge Richard Russel Davis LAUGHED IT OUT OF COURT!!!

Of course I know D.A. Ben David well – he with Fox News and Wells Fargo sued me falsely for LIBEL in Chicago and convicted me in 2013, In Absentia – after never even serving me legally – STEALING copyright to my memoir, that caused John Lahr and others to credit me as the top authority on the last two years of Tennessee Williams’s life. As Ben David knows, Scott Rudin and the producers of all the Harry Potter films were looking to buy the movie rights to it – so likely a million or more is what Ben David stole from me, and THREE TIMES since I returned to Wilmington in 2015, Ben has promised to my face that he would UNDO that – but he has not bothered to!!!

Well Ben David has been a Deacon and then an Elder at First Presbyterian – while married with three children to Stephanie David, whose career has been as a Top Fundraiser and Strategist for Republicans Mitt Romney and Lamar Alexander. Well, you all must have access to some kind of Crime/Criminals Database for North Carolina, so you can look up more details.

And I DARE any of you to ACT LIKE ADULT MEN – instead of Drug-Trafficking Christian Pussies – and find and CHARGE Brandon Scott Kennedy, and then begin REALLY going after the Drug Traffickers, instead of just picking off the ones who don’t pay you BRIBES-FOR-JESUS!!!

Here is where we ACTUALLY ARE -- with over 75% of US Citizens wanting WITNESSES to be CALLED!!!



It now seems that Mitch McConnell has the votes to BLOCK any witnesses and documents in President Trump's trial, and while it has always been a foregone conclusion that Trump will NOT be removed from office -- hiding his crimes (or innocences), from the American Public will not be tolerated well.

Trump will come out of it TRIUMPHANT and exonerated in his mind -- and be FAR WORSE until the day he leaves office, likely in January 2021. And in the process, he will DESTROY the Republican Party and much of Christianity -- so at least we will ALL have THAT to look forward to (and NO ONE wants Mike Pence for President, anyway)!!! 


So, there will be NO REST FOR THE WEARY!!!

But then, WHO KNOWS what will happen in Trial (and behind the scenes), TODAY???


 In other news, last night, I was speaking to a black man of about my own age (68), and he knew all about the corrupted Christian Churches -- both White and Black -- running all the HARD DRUGS for Jesus, and he asked me if I knew a friend of his, Bob Kenan. At first I said no, then realized he might mean my second cousin Robert C. Kenan, Jr., so I asked him if Bob lives in Burgaw (yes), and he said Bob is a DECENT PERSON!!!

Robert C. Kenan, Jr., whom I've never met, was whose Admin told me when I visited Bobby's Law Office in Burgaw, NC that because I'd PISSED OFF Lawyer David A. Nash by blogging about all the HARD DRUG TRAFFICKING in his Costello's Gay Piano Bar in 2011 (and Mr. Nash worked with D.A. Benjamin R. David and got a FALSE CONVICTION of me of Cyber-Stalking Mr. Nash -- that Chief Public Defender Jennifer Harjo -- a Republican and Devout Roman Catholic -- FORCED Ben David to ERASE!!!) -- and then Ben David with Lawyer Daliah Saper who was a Fox News Chicago Talking Head, and Wells Fargo Advisor's Exec Jamie Lee Sutherland later charged me with LIBEL in Chicago Courts, never legally served me, then tried me In Absentia in Cook County Courts.

Although they KNEW I was next to homeless then and living in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico, Jamie ONLY asked for $50,000.00 -- but LOOK WHAT THEY GOT!!!

It was only after leaving the man who knows Bob Kenan, that I realized that he must have been talking about Bobby's FATHER, Robert C. Kenan, Sr. -- who is, or was -- an accountant called "Bob", while his son is ALWAYS referred to as "Bobby". 

 And EVERYONE I've spoken with says that the FATHER is a genuinely NICE PERSON!!!

Brandon had TOLD me he'd been arrested a few years ago for CHILD MOLESTATION, but instead of CHARGE HIM, he ended up committed to a Mental Hospital for the Criminally Insane for two years, then got out with only six months of Probation, which he successfully completed.

As Readers all know, I attempted to get the Sheriff and District Attorney of Columbus County, NC -- as well as of New Hanover County -- to ARREST Brandon for the MAJOR BURGLARIES he had gotten away with fairly recently in Delco, NC. 
He'd worn a mask and hoodie, so no one saw his face, but the property owner had SHOT HIM as he ran and escaped -- right in the abdomen, which he showed me, and even used some of my Hydrogen Peroxide to clean that wound -- which appeared to me to be completely healed.

So I searched to find out MORE about Brandon, and found MANY News Items, including these:
"Kennedy is currently in the Pender County Jail under a $750,000.00 bond." They had to be SERIOUSLY CONCERNED about him to set Bail so HIGH -- nearly a MILLION DOLLARS for a punk kid from POVERTY!!!:




And then there is THIS -- and this time, Bail was set at $125,000.00:


So Brandon Scott Kennedy LITERALLY banged on my  door at 11:35 last night. The ONLY person who knocks on my door unannounced after dark is Rob McKinney from the front apartment -- and sometimes that late -- but Rob always knocks very softly. And only Police and Sheriff's Deputy's knock as hard as Brandon did.

The Impeachment Trial of Trump had just adjourned for the night, and I was watching TV NEWS reports trying to explain what had gone on that day. But I got up with phone in hand -- in case it was trouble -- answered the door -- but when Brandon tried to open the storm door, I held it SHUT and asked him what on earth he wanted at that hour.

He said he just wanted to talk about his job at Chipotle Grill in Mayfair (and in fact, by photos, etc., on his Facebook, he HAS worked there since mid-December, 2019 -- but I didn't know that yet), and I asked him, "Well, what about it?"

He asked to come in, but I explained that I was exhausted from watching the News and Blogging -- why hadn't he called me first -- especially so late. And I asked if he still lives south of the Food Lion way south of Independence Mall, and he said YES -- and I mentioned it was a SHAME that he'd gone so far out of the way to visit me, without calling to see if I was available to talk.

Then, he claimed that his phone battery was DEAD and he could NOT charge it at work -- but I already KNEW he has TWO working phones and one to store additional data on, and they ALL have the most popular charger connection -- and he had easily borrowed a charger from others before.

So, without mentioning anything about my having reported him to Law Enforcement (which he obviously had not learned by reading my blog or word of mouth), I wished him LUCK and told him to be sure to call me first in the future.

 NOW, I will CLEAR MY HEAD and organize my thoughts before writing Law Enforcement again -- perhaps more FORCEFULLY!!!

Well yes, this HAPPENED and I witnessed it -- but Sen. Harris did NOT include the phrase "squeeze their pussies" -- presumably out of RESPECT for Chief Justice Roberts, who cannot be imagined uttering those words!!!
