I AGREE that Stacey Abrams -- who had sat on the board of the Kenan Institute for Ethics at Duke, https://kenan.ethics.duke.edu/, before she became a Major Politician -- should be saddled with the blame for the Joe Manchin FAKE PROPOSAL -- since anyone with a computer can find the News Reports of Joe Manchin being not only in bed with ALEC -- but also negotiating with his Corporate Donors over the Filibuster and Voting Rights -- he is NOT REPRESENTING the People of West Virginia!!!

His proposal DID sound like a compromise that Progressives should be able to handle, but Manchin's claim of getting 10 Republicans on board with it was a DAMNED JOKE.
