My Kenan Family controls Coca-Cola today.     Linda Wilkins-Daniels First the easy: Given the hundreds of African Slaves the Kenans owned (my own line never owned slaves, except my great grandfather saved up, bought a slave pair and immediately freed them, WHY Murphy Kenan was ridiculed in the first (1967) Kenan Genealogy), they surely sired some children by their slaves, but would NEVER have included them as "family" and likely killed them at birth -- Kenans being devout Christians. Today is Wilmington, NC's GAY PRIDE celebration day, but most of our Gay Leaders are also Drug Addicts and Traffickers with the Christian Churches here -- SEVERAL of our top Gay Leaders have died of Drug Overdoses, so I won't join them, and will blog about this extensively and properly answer you.
