Ralph Evangelous was Chief of Wilmington, NC Police from 2004 - 2020. Originally, he came out of Massachusetts, and spent much time in Los Angeles rising from beat cop to driver for Chief Darryl Gates, After the arrest of Rodney King and the subsequent riots, Gates resigned from the LAPD. Much of the blame for the riots was attributed to him.^[5][6] According to one study, "scandalous racist violence... marked the LAPD under Gates's tempestuous leadership."^[7]

Today, City Hall CONFIRMED that Evangelous's Confirmation by City Council was UNANIMOUS!!! And then confirmed that his email address is UP AND WORKING, ALREADY!!!: ralph.evangelous@wilmingtonnc.gov

FUNNIEST because Chief Evangelous was bringing mammoth quantities of drugs in (via my boss Patrick Lee Stansbury of Pentagon Publishing, Inc., of Snellville, GA) -- and so was Rev. Clifford Barnett, Sr. (a Dem on City Council), and Fr. Robert J. Kus of St. Mary's Basilica Catholic Church (short, white, nearly hidden by the colorful girl).

My parents ORGANIZED the Wilmington, NC Drug Mafias with Father Bob (whom I chased into hiding with this blog -- until his recent death in Honduras) -- and Nixon's Aide John Ehrlichman!!!

Then ALL OF THEM (except Fr. Bob), worked with Patrick Stansbury, Lee E. Gosney, Jr., Michael Massicott, and others at Pentagon Publishing, Inc., distributing drugs up and down the EAST COAST, ensnaring Evan William Fish -- and MURDERING HIM, because Evan PROVED TO ME that Lee Gosney had supplied him and his murdering girlfriend with  POWDER COCAINE  while they were the TOP SUPPLIERS in the State of Maine , before Evan decided to GET OUT and moved to Wilmington -- the CENTER OF THE DRUG FIRE!!!

So, although Mayor Saffo was/is a HUGE DRUG TRAFFICKER, Ralph Evangelous is MORE RESPONSIBLE for Evan's Death:

It was THERE that I first met Mayor Saffo and BLACK DEM JUDGE and "CHRISTIAN" MINISTER JAMES H. FAISON III -- and they tried to tell me that NONE OF THEM WERE DRUG TRAFFICKERS OR WHITE SUPREMACISTS!!!

NOVANT Police Lt. Franklin King is ALSO a CHRISTIAN MINISTER!!!

Frank was on duty and got the call from an hysterical woman in the Hospital's CALL CENTER who claimed I was SO UPSET over the every-few-hours reminder texts for an appointment, that I screamed at her and claimed I had a GUN and was coming over to "kill several doctors"!!!

He tried to call ME, but I genuinely missed the call, so he had two Wilmington City Police Officers drive to my HOME to question me -- and we  PROMPTLY BROKE INTO HYSTERICAL LAUGHTER !!!

My sister Jane was visiting and witnessed this!!!

And we discussed ALL THE DRUG TRAFFICKING of nearly ALL WILMINGTON POLITICIANS (except DEM Rob Zapple of County Commission), and ESPECIALLY since City Council: Saffo, Rivenbark, Barnett, Waddell, Spears, and Andrews are ACTUALLY REPUBLICANS!!!

And when those two Wilmington Cops (one Black; one White -- both about 38 years old --  and fit  -- but I did NOT sexually proposition them), they said that I was "even MORE 'IN THE KNOW' than either of THEM  WERE ", and they SALUTED ME FOR MY SERVICE  TO GOD AND COUNTRY !!!

And then, Jane and I had a GOOD LAUGH over it, and I called Lt. Frank back and he said he had sent them, and HE NEARLY FELL ON THE FLOOR LAUGHING!!!

So, if I hear that ANY OF THESE OFFICERS who know what MOST WILMINGTON CITIZENS also now know, get into any TROUBLE for having SUPPORTED ME, with my newly AFFIRMED PARTNERSHIP with Gov. Josh Stein and Atty. Gen. Jeff Jackson (and some TOP NATIONAL REAL DEMOCRATS) . . . there will be  HELL TO PAY !!!
