Here is the Letter that Mr. Swalwell emailed me on Thursday, October 2, 2025 -- although I'd sent him NOTHING about Epstein near that time -- and then moments later, he sent a response concerning the CORRUPTION of my Kenan Family's EXXON-MOBIL and Kenan Advantage Group!!!

BEST is that I ALWAYS indicate to DEMOCRATS that I DO NOT EXPECT a reply (but always ask for one from Repubs -- and 1/3 of the time they send one).

Dear Mr. Kenan, Thank you for contacting me to express your concerns  over the current administration’s withholding of the  Epstein files, an investigation involving child sexual  assault and trafficking victims. I always appreciate  hearing from my constituents, and I am glad to receive  your input on these important issues.   The Epstein victims deserve justice and the American  people deserve a government that upholds  transparency and accountability. Like the majority  of Americans, I am demanding that the current  administration uphold these values and release all  documents related to the investigation and  prosecution of Jeffry Epstein while maintaining the  privacy of his victims.   You may be pleased to hear that House Democrats are  taking steps to help secure the release of the Epstein  files. Legislation regarding the administration's  withholding of the files has been introduced by House  Democrats. I support this effort, which is why I have  co-sponsored H.R. 4401 – Epstein Files Transparency  Act to require the Attorney General to release all  documents and records in possession of the  Department of Justice relating to Jeffrey Epstein.   Additionally, I have signed onto multiple letters calling for  the release of the files, including one sponsored by my  Democrat colleagues that requests a Judiciary Committee  hearing on the Administration’s handling of the Epstein  matter with public testimony from Attorney General Pam  Bondi, FBI Director Kash Patel, Deputy Attorney General  Todd Blanche, and Deputy FBI Director Dan Bongino.
